Line for a raffle. Opened almost 20 minutes. Late. But good service once inside. Ended up spending almost $200 for 2 pairs of shoes.

Great staff killer kicks

For decades I have purchased sneakers first based on how they look and then on if they fit. Lesson learned. Much better to have a professional look at my feet and how I walk and bring me the right shoes. Took half the time and my feet feel great.

Can be a bit rude but so far good. Ive been going there for l I keep 5 or 6 years already. Since then they have remodeled it. The workers there are never there to long. Almost like every time I go there is new workers or a new worker. In I go there like every month or every other month.

Too many egos floating around. Staffed with young guys on a power trip.

Dude in the phone was rude, asked a question and he responded with I dint know, i dont know, all releases are raffled. When I said thank you he let out a brief sigh and hung up before I could ask if the hours have changed

So unprofessional walked in to get some shoes for my husband when I walked in there were 4 employees talking to each other didnt even say hi or hello nothing didnt even look at me and when I needed help I had to go up to them and ask for help and they get mad as If I was annoying them when I did ask for the shoe the girl said they didnt have it with so much attitude and being smart about it. This was the worst customer service I have received in this shoe palace and I go there all the time and it has never been this bad 👎👎

Good service, good selection. Would give 5 stars if they werent sold out of lots of the shoes my daughter and I wanted.

I went to buy a bunch of shoes and shorts and this other sales person came up and asked if I wanted a t-shirt, I said yes, and after paying and getting home I realized they charged me and put 8 t-shirts on the pile of stuff I purchased. My ticket was about 700, without the t-shirts it would have been little less than 500. So I went to take them back (I never take stuff back), and they refused, I feel conned, I only authorized one t-shirt, he took advantage of me buying a lot of items. The corporation itself might not be the bad ones here, but their policies, and commission employees certainly allow for these things to happen. We will never go back to any of these stores.

They seem to have a skin color preference and poor customer service.

It was good..I remember back in the day they used to dam near harass you as if you were buying a car..they have finally calmed down..or maybe it was because I went first thing in the am..either way it went good.

Trash service call they don’t apply good customer service to the customers.

WORST SHOE PALACE I HAVE EVER WENT INTO. 2 workers, NO CUSTOMERS. 1 girl on the phone, 1 guy walks the floor. My husband asks the girl for his size in some Js. He goes to the back to check, comes out with some dudes JS he ordered brings them out to him, STANDS RIGHT THERE WITH HIM, AND THE OTHER GUY WORKING THERE, as if she purchased the JS for the guy who picked them up from the store LIKE REALLY? WAT ABOUT MY HUSBAND AND HIS SHOE?NORMALLY you get irritated when you walk into shoe palace and they attack you, lol...guess it is worth the attack! AVOID THIS SHOE PALACE. not very customer friendly!!!

So, I ordered shoes for my son, and they dont even update me on the status of my order.I have to literally send about 3 messages asking about my order.& now, its at the point where I cant even get a hold of anyone.their supposed email keeps rejecting my emails, and no one picks up the phone or even replies to my voicemal. I want my damn money back you thieves!

The store does not always carry the sizes customer want maybe because its always sold out!!!!

I like to say customer service sucks nobody said hi can i help u and i wait 30 mins to get help while people are folding clothes and putting shoes away. Another thing i ask for shoe and they never ask me if u like me to check another store. No just said im out only have 7 and half. I went there two day in row... Rude and walk pass me

Good place to find the shoe you want and the best thing about it is the service is excellent everytime i go there. I will forsure be back there for the rest of my shoes.

They wouldnt/couldnt measure my daughters shoe size. The reason given? ...size varies from brand to brand...so we dont do that anymore You know what else varies? EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSONS FOOT SIZE. Youre a shoe store...get a clue!
