Was sent here from the Homestead location for a product I was told was in stock. Took me 15 minutes to get here and was told sold 45 minutes prior. With technology as it is and in silicon valley. A true live inventory system should be a bit more realistic. Waste of gas and time. 3 employees working and can only say oh well.

Do not go to this store the assistant store manager is quite hostile. I went in to inquire about the xbox series x and there were none nor any idea of when they would come in so I asked if I could cash out the gift card to get cash instead and the manager seemed upset that I even asked he said no I then asked if I could purchase items leaving 10 on the card so I could cash out and he then called his store manager asking him if he should call security on me instead he calls police instead all because I had a question about cashing out a gift card. Clearly this business is not doing well if they cant even cash out a gift card because they cant keep stock of a console which is the main purpose of gamestop. Do not spend your money here the people have always been a problem you can check youtube for former employees stating the condition of the working environment and they are never good. There is a reason this company almost went bankrupt stocks are the only thing keeping them a float now cuz its never been customer service. They do not want to make customers feel welcome so do not go in if you have any kind of problem they will not want to help.

The sales associate where very helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly and helped me save some money while still being able to get my son his game. Definitely will shop here again.

Gamestop is a good place to get games, but around 30% percent of the employee arent experienced with games. I am not a gamer. I used to be pretty good at video games. I was the cousin that was called in on difficult levels of star fox back in the summer of 94. That being said, I am a wondering idiot it comes to games these days and what I should and shouldnt know about them. I like this games stop because it has a good mix of well informed reps. And they are all very patient with areal my father questions. How much violence? Is there sexual objectification of characters? Would you let you little brother play this? And every time they answer as best they can and point me in areal safe direction. And they dont even make fun of me for when I ask about the latest Kirby game coming out. Thanks game stop peeps, keep up the good work!

Went to trade in some things and received excellent help from Travis, the store leader. He went above and beyond making sure I had everything I wanted, including letting me know that a product I wanted was slightly damaged and recommending another one, as well as looking for box art when he couldnt find the case for the game I was buying. Great customer service and great inventory, definitely recommend.

Went to pickup. They closed early. Child outside crying. Not cool. Closed a hour earlier. Turned off phone. People standing outside. Child crying because his mom couldnt get his birthday gift. I had comformation of my order ready for pickup. So did everyone else. Your customers deserve better. If you need to close or dont have support. Closed the store permanently. This store closing early only caused much greater issues. Not ok. Very disappointed. This is on GAMESTOP not the store. You need to do better as a company. You have managment. Up them in the store. Hire new staff. I dont care. Dont close earlier EVER. After conforming order are ready for pickup. Now should be ashamed GAMESTOP.

Friendly staff, lots of merchandise, which makes for fun presents if games arent your fuerte or preference, plus the library of games is still very large. Small location, but only an issue if foot traffic picks up.

Its no secret that GameStop has been in a rough place as a company for awhile... what with tanking stocks and the retail apocalypse but this store is going it RIGHT.I called this evening to ask if they had the new Baldurs Gate: EE for Xbox One in stock. Fella on the line said their last copy was the display and kindly put it on hold for me while I drove over.I brought some trade-ins with me (which I normally dont do) and was greeted by the three employees there. Cynthia had my game reserved and waiting, and all three began enthusiastically telling me about the updates to GameStops Pro Membership: $5 off coupon on sign-up, and $5 off coupons monthly for all of 2020, $5 bonus for trade-in + 10% additional on trade-ins, and of course the digital magazine, for $15. So I went for it. Id been expecting to drop $50 + tax on the game, but came out having only spent $46 for the game and the membership. Made me pretty happy!But I want to give kudos to those three employees who seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the new membership benefits. They revealed there was a competition going between stores for sign-ups, and I think theyre gonna win it, lol; they made a great team. I also recognized one of the guys from a prior visit Id had when he was all on his own manning the store at the end of the night and he really hustled to help everyone out as efficiently as possible (he even kept the store open late to attend to everyone, when he could have locked up and sent people away). So clearly they have an excellent work ethic at this location-- its busier than most GameStops I walk into.

Couldn’t get a refund for an unopened item with a gift receipt. Apparently the gift receipts that they themselves issue, do not have all the information that they need. These guys are awful; this is why GameStop is not doing so well.

Good customer service. But was weirded out by picking up a pre purchased product n pay for the difference for city tax. Never heard of that but oh well.

Poor customer service, knowingly wasted my time because the employees are lazy.Items were damaged or used returns and one employee wanted to sell me as new.I wont shop at Gamestop any longer, with so many options for what they sale, I dont have to be treated poorly to buy game related products.

I feel like all GameStop locations have employees who are just barely average at customer interaction.

The staff is knowledgeable when it comes to games and since I go there for my daughter, I need all the help I can get.

Game stop has always been my number one place to go. But when I went here I was happy to see the friendly staff, and a wide selection of things. I think these guys should get a raise.

Manager is rude and unethical. I came to buy a Nintendo system that was the last one available 5 minutes before I entered in the store. The manager told me that a friend of him just bought it! When I faced him saying that is not possible because I was outside of the store waiting and nobody came in or out he started to yeall at me in front of my children. This was the first time I was going to buy at this place and certainly I will never do it because of the lack of modals and that this kids working there sell to themselves instead to real costumers.

They sell dirty pre-owned games. Bought this Shin Megamin tensei iv cartridge and it was so dirty to the point that my 3DS couldnt read it, I could hear scratching when instertingit.

They literally play informercials non stop while youre shopping. Its annoying. Im surprised they can get people to work for them.

Only way to judge a gamestop is their used games section and demos. this one fails at both. the nds has the sticks broken and hasnt been replaced so playing demos sucks. used games are ridiculously expensive; eg. gta4 lost and damned is still going for $40. wow what a rip

I just called 15 min ago to ask about the PS4 and they specifically told me that they still had some in stock. I drove down there and when I asked about the PS4 they said they had no more. So I told them that I had just called this store and an employee gave attitude and started saying that we did not call the store and I have false info. So then I gave them the number that I had called and he says I actually dont know our store number so this is no help Never again am I coming here.

Reserved an item on-line and after getting email confirmation that the item was ready, I drove across town to pick it up. Once I got there the associate apologized and told me it was a system error they actually didn’t have what I wanted in stock. This was a complete waste of my time.
