Went here because my niece had a gift card and figured Id start looking for a new face moisturizer because Kielhs was discontinuing the one I use. The first lady was super sweet but told her Im allergic to a lot of things. I ended up breaking out a few times on my arm since I applied it on there. This other lady came to join us and she was super knowledgeable. Ends up shes a trainer for Spehora! She found me 2 brands that tested fine on my arms and gave me samples to test at night. She was amazing! Thank you ❤
Ok, first if all, the woman Giselle, and the entire staff, but definitely her, are amazing. I was apprehensive to come to this location because of what I read online, but the reviews couldnt be more incorrect from my experience. I have been going through a lot, and I really needed help with everything. She (Giselle.) Spent two hours helping me. Now,I Im not saying to expect this regularly, as my situation was definitely different than any normal persons. It was my first time in several years so I needed literally everything for full face. I wish I could have tipped her what her time was actually worth. Because I havent tried the foundation yet, which is the big one but she straight up NAILED my brows. I was about to shave them and use temporary eyebrow tattoos for the rest of my life. She was calm, inspiring, and reassuring. And so far everything she helped me pick is an exact match. Literally when I got home and saw myself with beautiful eyebrows that I did myself from the products, I almost cried. Its the first time Ive had my make up actually work for me and look good. Super compassionate. Super down to earth. They wont try and sell you the most expensive thing, but they also wont judge you by how you look and show you only low end stuff. They really try their best for what will work for YOU. Literally a perfect shopping experience. I just feel bad that I took so much of her time because my needs were so great. But she communicated so gently, and non offensively when she literally *had* to go to her next appointment. She worked within my budget with me, and Im so excited to try everything. This place,and the people in it,are magic. Best Sephora experience hands down.

Great! I tend to feel super awkward and out of place at stores like this, but the staff was so helpful—a good balance of answering my questions and letting me walk around on my own without feeling pressured 😊 excited to try what I got!

Went in to get a gift card for my girlfriend today. Handed the lady a 50 and 20 and said put 60 on the card. So she ran the bill marker over both bills, put 60 on the card, put 60 dollars cash on the receipt and I realize later that i was short changed 10 bucks. Nothin gets me more heated than being short-changed. Are you tipping yourself for doing me the honor of doing a simple transaction, or can you not count double digits?
No one wanted to help. When asked two employees for help both asked to give them a moment and never returned. Had to leave the store and return later. Finally was helped by the third person. Three and not one star because the third employee was very nice and helpful as well as the cashier.
Was here for a while, needing help because makeup confuses me. There were associates just hanging around, talking amongst themselves, no one came to offer help. Left with nothing. I would rather go to the Sephora at Santana Row, where they are always willing to help in a very attentive manner.
One stop shopping for all beauty products and fragrances. Their staff is friendly, and knowledgeable.
They are always very nice when I come in and checkout. Unfortunately most of the time it feels like they are uninterested when you actually ask a question and they just want you to buy the product without even explaining why they are recommending it (they literally just say ”this” and walk away). I agree that certain shelves are empty a lot (Sephora brand makeup brushes) and the bags to carry with you around the store are always dirty so I just hold stuff in my hands.

The moment I walked in I was greeted. I had just a question and ended up walking away with a free facial and free hydration treatment. Patty took care of my skin and Mirella took care of my makeup question and makeup needs. They were both super nice and treated me like family. Needless to say, I walked out a happy camper. I haven’t had any Sephora store treat me as awesome as this one! Thank you!!!!!
It’s uncomfortable shopping here! They follow you around thinking you’re going to steal something! Once I check out at the register they are surprised on how much I buy like really?? This Sephora needs to be re trained on costumer service! Learn how to treat costumers and smile

I visited this location on 11/10 which will be the last time I shop at this Sephora. The customer service was execrable and time consuming. The young lady who helped me was incapable of doing a return I had brought in. Then she charged me for three products but only wrapped two out of the three. Coming home seeing one of my products is missing was the most infuriating from this whole situation. I called in hoping they could resolve this issue but I have yet have any contact back from any manager in regarding to my missing product. Now I lost thirty dollars and no product. I am incredibly unhappy with the service I encountered on 11/10 and will never come to this location again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
