I order a vanilla ice cream sandwich. I repeated twice to the worker and he confirmed it. Then He still give me a some banana flavor with nut inside which I m allergic to nut! I am glad my husband tasted it first.otherwise I will be in the hospital.

Was in San Jose for a wedding and went on our own walking tour. Came across this place and so happy we did! This ice cream sandwich was delicious! Never had fruity pebbles on ice cream but man it was bomb! I love trying things that don’t normally go together and I’m so glad I did!

I got a cookie sandwich and it was pretty good! The cookies were strong enough to stand up to the ice cream but too hard to bite through as a sandwich. It was served in a paper bag and it made it very hard to eat. I used a spoon for most of it. However the cookies themselves were really delicious and the ice cream was pretty good too! My partner got a brownie sundae and it was really really good. They had fun toppings for sundaes and lots of cookies/icecream options.We also noticed they had a cookie/icecream sandwich cake that looks so fun for birthdays! It seems to be pretty big, like pizza sized. Keeping in mind for our next party!

I went for the brownie sundae. Ice cream tasted good. Not a whole lot of topping choices.As i visited in march 2021, the rush was less for a Friday evening. Its right in the downtown, opposite to the temple bar.

Yeli was super helpful, she explained the different options and gave some great examples of flavors that go well together. The store was clean, I liked earning rewards and payment was fast and simple. Lastly the ice cream was delicious and the cookies had a nice chew to them. I will be returning soon.

Honestly, we drove 30 minutes from our hotel for this.I expected it to be amazing and I can see how some people would like it. However, I feel I have had better ice cream other places. The main issue for us was that the ice cream felt grainy.

This is a nice mom and pop ice creamery. The prices are decent. You get two real sized cookies and a big scoop of icecream. You can even get the cookies warmed so they can be softer while you eat. Hidden gem.

Their vegan options are actually good. Not just sorbet, which is so not a replacement for ice-cream. The soy ice creams are good, they usually have 2 flavors. Blueberry is my favorite, but it was switched out for strawberry at the moment. Their gluten free and vegan cookies are delicious and theres several options. Also, their regular cookies and ice cream are good...obvs.

The ice cream comes in different varieties and it’s just sooo sooo yummy. Its very big as well. I tried pistachio and strawberry flavor with brownie and enjoyed it.

I live dangerously close to this place, so I have to constantly fight the urge to walk over and grab one of their delicious sandwiches. It doesn’t help that they’re open late and have a respectable price of $4.99.I recommend the Cin-ception: two Snickerdoodle cookies, churro ice cream and Oreo cookie toppings. Yup!

Went in to get a dozen of their amazing cookies only to be put off by the fact that the one employee I saw did not have a mask on when I came in, did not put on a mask to greet me, and did not put one on while filling my order. Masks should be a mandatory part of the uniform at this point. I will not be returning if I see this employee be hind the counter in the future.

Staff is really good and courteous. Ice cream is good, many flavors, nice toppings too. This place does not have seating. Its not one of those dessert places where you can sit with friends and enjoy the dessert. Good to pick up and go. Tip: try the banana Walnut fudge flavor. Its delicious!

Delicious cookies and pretty good ice cream, it means that the cookie sandwich is really really good. It doesnt make that much of a mess when you eat it either, compared to the same product of other chains. The service is quick so they were able to take care of a large group without issues.

Cream started in Berkeley, Ca and now has stores all over the greater S.F Bay Area. The Cream ice cream cookie sandwich is what put them on the map. With different cookie options and many ice cream flavors to choose from. You can INVENT a different ice cream cookie combo each and every time you visit.

Good place to hang and eat some good food. The service was very helpful and welcoming. Prices were fair for the quality of the food. This place has many good reviews for a reason.

Great tasting and fresh ice cream and toppings, with a great variety of flavors. Conveniently right on a light rail line, and stays open late. Can get busy at times, and theres no spice for a line inside the shop. No longer $2 for an ice cream sandwich, and the prices now make this a sometimes treat instead of a regular stop.

The ice cream was very good but unfortunately there was a parade earlier in the day. Some items like hot fudge was no longer available. It was not ideal but we understood. We also found there were no seats inside or outside the store so we had to sit on the benches for the rail which worked ok.

Smaller location so line moves a bit slowly if it gets crowded. Friendly staff, but sometimes the system gets down so you have to wait until they reboot their iPads so you can pay -- and your ice cream is melting while you wait.

I believe I got the mini ice cream sandwich and it was perfect! It was late at night after an event and we wanted to sit outside just for a few minutes. We’re not from the area but a homeless man started to kinda bother us, and then Marquis an employee there, came out the store and stood there until the man would leave. We ordered brownie sandwich with vanilla ice cream. It was around 12 AM on a Saturday night. Ice cream was good but the brownie was gooey, we couldnt finish the brownie and had to scoop out the ice cream and eat it. Had good expectations but was a huge let down.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their ice cream. I got an ice cream sundae instead of a sandwich and really enjoyed it.The interior is very small and there isnt a lot of room to stand while your waiting. Also no place to eat inside.

I wish they had butter pecan. I tried other flavors but ended settling for good old Vanilla. The dipped waffle cone was delicious. I would come back. I do have one suggestion: if you sell bottled drinks, having a bottle opener would be great.

Same as MZ. Had the mint chocolate chip and it was very grainy. I would suggest smaller chocolate chunk sizes as well. That is why I think Baskin Robbins has the best mint chocolate chip. The chocolate melds in every bite without that bitter bite of a chunk

Speciality is ice cream sandwich, I personally felt it very difficult to eat and the ice cream was melting too fast. The mini sandwich ice cream could have worked for me. Its located in downtown and there is no dine in. The ice cream itself did not taste so good as well as the cookie was average. Overall with many better ice cream spots around this one dint attract me.

For around 5 or 6 dollars, you get a giant, warm cookie with creamy ice cream. It was so big, I almost couldnt finish it. And trust me, I have a big appetite. Only complaint is that the cookie was pretty hard. (Since the location was in downtown San Jose, and its a corner shop, there is always a lot of people there, but the line didnt take that long to get thru.)

Great spot for dessert. When the cookies are fresh, warm, and soft thats when the ice cream cookies are lit. I recommend snickerdoodle bottom, chocolate ice cream middle, and peanut butter cookie top.

One of the few places which are open late for your midnight ice cream cravings.We drove 10 miles to get there. Parking is not easy just outside the place, but street parking should be free near by.Lady at the counter was very courteous and helpful.

My daughter and I stopped here on Monday afternoon. We were taking a walking tour of downtown San Jose before our flight left. This sweet ice cream shoppe was the PERFECT ending to our delightful California holiday! It was innovative, yummy, well priced and in a great location! I had the macadamia nut/ white chocolate cookie with salted caramel ice cream. She had turtle and Double chocolate chip cookies with chocolate fudge ice cream AND chocolate sauce. And the server was so nice. WE LOVE SAN JOSE!

The place was not very clean. While waiting in line, a piece of the glass display case above the ice cream became dislodged. When an employee removed it, pieces of the caulking feel into the ice cream below. Either the employees did not notice or did not care, but the ice cream below was not removed. The floor was filthy. The hygienic practices are such that I would not return. The ice cream flavor was OK. The price is a bit high for what you get, generally about $5 for an ice cream sandwich with two cookies forming the outsides.
