The piece I bought was nice but the lady tried to get me to sign ul for a rewards card to save me a few dollars. She seemed really anxious for me to get this and I thought what the heck, I asked if if was like a Safeway card. She said it was and then upon doing form asked for my social security. That was a huge turn off. I declined the option to save a few dollars and paid full price. I am happy with the. Necklace I bought my fiancée. The way the lady had gone about it was just a sense of shiftiness and I didnt like it too much. I would return because they have nice jewelry. I wouldnt get the rewards card.

Emily Quesada, Customer service was so great at Oakridge Mall San Jose Kay Jewelers. After searching all around at other jewelers for an engagement ring for my girlfriend after 18yrs, I finally was able to purchase a beautiful ring. The experience of Emily showing me lots of rings to make the moment right and not just trying to make a sale like the other jewelers I have been to all week.
