Amazing staff and fantastic new products for kids.

Had no idea what this place was so I stopped in.Man this is such a guy candy store for guys. They sell motorized boards, motorized skateboards,net gear,video surveillance cameras, baby monitors, wall video systems, speakers and perhaps one the best digital cameras out on the market. This place is just cool!I talked to an employee that was hanging out, he seemed to know a lot about the products and was very informative (good job)

Amazing gadget store. Fantastic place to buy gifts. Everything is try before you buy which really lets you see what you’re getting in the box. Prices are on-par with online shops. Staff is friendly and helpful and not intrusive. Will definitely pop in every time we’re at Santana Row.

Very nice place with lots of fun stuff near the Tesla store! I came in and a young gentleman asked me if I wanted to try out their electric skateboard but last thing I needed was a broken hip!Eventually I talked about my comcast situation and I was recommended their AC1900 modem router; very nice and gave me more range than the comcast box I got and rented. One of their associates Billy called me days after my purchase to make sure everything worked well and was thrilled that it worked out for me. I even got slightly more speed than I am paying for when one room away from the router!Protip: there are video games in the back, so if youre off of work, might as well play some solitaire with their staff on a projector!

Pretty cool place if your into the latest cool tech gadgets. Staff is very knowledgeable helpful and kind. I would recommend this store if your looking for something to add to you home or lifestyle.

This store is SO COOL. if youre looking for cool creative gifts (especially for guys) this place is great, they have products that boggle your mind. so cool, I came in to look but took pictures for things i will buy in the future. staff is friendly and helpful, they also change the products every month to have a variety of great items

B8ta was an astonishing shop to look around and experience the new products. It always feels great to explore and try innovative products that are new to the market. We get to feel how technology could change the life.

B8ta was amazing! We loved that we got to tinker around with all the technology, and the workers, Richard and Israel, were great at troubleshooting and showing us some features of the products. Would recommend anyone who loves technology or cool gadgets. Great place to visit overall.

The store is pretty cool. All the latest products are available for hands on testing. They let me try the boosted range on the street and get the actually feel. Special shout out to Israel and Wataru.

Its cool to see products before their mainstream release, but many of the products were exactly what the shop name suggested; in beta. Some of the exhibits (namely the computer displays in the back) werent set up properly to do anything. I was particularly disappointed that they had a pair of Razers Nari Ultimates that didnt do anything.

Israel was helpful and educated on the products. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere that allows you to have a great sales experience trying out the cutting edge offerings. Will do business with B8ta again.

I loved this place! I bought this keyboard, the Qwerkywriter, and its so fancy and loud, I love it! The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the Santana Row environment, will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice hipster keyboard to go here and try it out.Note: Theres a bunch of other neat gadgets besides the lame routers everywhere, just jump in! :)

Love the concept of the store where they collect feedback and showcase their products. Good chance to see items IRL before buying it online. Def worth walking into to play around with gadgets

Cool stuff to get as gifts

Went to the smash bros event and that was a great experience. Everything was put together well. Israel was very nice and helped make the experience enjoyable.

Attended the super smash bros event. Kids had a lot of fun, Luigi made a surprise appearance. Thank you for providing Capri sun’s and snacks.

There was this touch pad on the table, pretty cool cause the images were projected onto it and I could control the device from the pad. I put my spotify on it and people made me playlists :>

They have some cool stuff, but nothing really blew me away. The propel electric bike was pretty cool.

The Netgear store features technology from local bay area startups, on display for you to try. A great concept, with solid execution. And they change it up every month... A solid sample and variety of new age consumer electronics from around the bay

Was checking out some smart wallets here and accidentally put too much cards in it so it wouldn’t come out, the employees there were so nice about it and just took some pliers to pull em out. Thankfully we didn’t fully break it. But this place is pretty awesome. Workers are chill and social, spoke with Israel, he gave us some cool insights on some of the gadgets. It’s a nice place to check out some techy new electronics that I haven’t seen anywhere else, kinda like Kickstarter products. A lot of cool little lifestyle gadgets. Most of it is interesting to just play around with the displays and kill some time. Overall, worth checking out!

I just walked by wondering what the store was and I was surprised at the cleanliness and appearance. Also, the staff (Ro in particular) was absolutely wonderful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about a vast array of the products. Great place, check it out!!

Im visiting from Arlington and decided to check out Santana Row, and was wondering what could possibly be inside a Netgear store. I saw electric skateboards and other cool start ups, and Ro told me how b8ta actually builds and runs retail stores for other companies. Way cool design and I will be visiting the b8ta stores back home in Texas!

I was there on Saturday and attended their Super Smash Bros event. My kids had a blast and the employees were helpful and informative, especially Israel.

I had an awesome experience with israel! he helped me buy an arlo 2 home security system and did a great job helping me figure out what i needed. a few weeks later, i was having trouble with a couple of the cameras. without hesitation he was happy to help me replace the problematic cameras and took care of the entire thing. he had such a great attitude about helping me and i truly appreciated his sincere approach to making the situation right for me + hes a really nice person. kudos to israel and to netgear for hiring a great employee!

So I’ve only just learned about B8ta, now Netgear, and I have to say what an array of cutting edge tech that you can actually touch feel and use. Ro was a huge help in demoing and showing us the brands. Ro is the perfect brand and content rich rep for these items, he’s passionate, wants to educate you on the latest tech in store. I know where I need to go to get hands on with new release products
