Sorry for just a One Star due to the cause, lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE . The wife and I walked into pro karaoke and A lady was too busy talking on her phone not helping us. We had many questions to ask but, the expression on her face just says we don’t want your business I need to go back on the phone and talk about personal business, it’s because the way we look or Probably just a waste of time. we were willingly to throw down at least a few thousand of dollars for a karaoke equipment system for Our entertainment room at home. We took our business elsewhere that day, ended up To Another karaoke place on Tully Road in San Jose California. At least that person was really attentive, he was helping two customers before us and he was all by himself. But, the wait was worth it. We purchased at least $3000.00 from this gentlemen. And that’s what you call customer service.
