Conveniently located right off of Winchester in a good sized shopping plaza. However, the people working here are rude and impatient. I came here for the Covid 19 Vaccine, and the people working the registration clearly shows that they DONT want to be there. I feel sorry for the lonely nurse who has to administer everyones vaccine on the store; she was frustrated too with no breaks and the never ending line of patients.This is one of the bigger Rite Aids, and they have a better selection than others, but the overworked staffs vent their frustration on the customers, which is not a good sign.

The staff is not friendly and you can’t use their cart outside. You have to carry your shopping to your car from check out.

The girl & the COVID-19 check-in is so rude! Very dismissive & unkind. I should have gone to Safeway or Walgreens.

Come here because it is conveniently close. However, pharmacy has rude, grouchy personnel so I go up a little ways up Winchester to another pharmacy.

This store should be shut down. The store trys to get an inch on you with there prices. I bought something and did not give me the advertised discount. I went back to get the discount with receipt the next day but would not honor a simple 4 dollar refund for there error unless I brought back product. Will not return. Amazon has all you need.

Love this Rite Aid. Ive gotten to know alot of the employees and the are super nice people.Great place to get your prescription filled, get some junk food on the run, wine, beer, all kinds of Alcohol, candies, kids supplies for school, seasonal stuff, health care and beauty supplies. The counter guy was great, fast & had a great personality, unfortunately his manager is just awful, I tried asking her a question & she rudely put her hand on my face & said WAIT on a rude tone just to continue her conversation about her weekend she doesnt deserve to work on costumer service.

I went to rite-aid, West Park Plaza,1333 S Winchester Blvd, San Jose, California.My dermatologists faxed a refill for CLOBETASOL. Rite-aid wanted to charge me300.00 dollars a tube. I went on line and found it for 36.92 at KOGERS.Before you by anything from Rite-aid check around.CVS,WALGREENS,KMAKARTand Kroger were a whole lot cheaper.

The pharmacists are rude and unprofessional, for example asking personal questions about how much I pay my doctor specifically.

Clean store with good management despite crappy neighborhood and the steady flow of transients into the store.
