Waited for a while. Not a strong sense of urgency here. Im a military operations shopper. Get me in and get me out in less than five. Took 30 minutes for me to get the one one charm I already knew that I wanted.

(Terrible service) I had recently gone in looking for some jewelry for my girlfriend and was greeted and helped by a gentleman named Michael. At first he seemed nice but as he continued to help me, he seemed less and less interested on helping and more interested on getting me out of there. After making my purchase, my girlfriend had gone back in for either resizing what I had gotten her or exchanging because it had not fit. Coincidentally she was being helped by Michael, if you wanna consider it help. He then had told her they dont do what she had looked for at their storefront. Ultimately telling her in a rude tone to go somewhere else after and not offering any help for an exchange. The terrible service on both her and my occasion has turned me away from this pandora location and maybe even all of pandora as a whole.

Great product, POOR SEVICE. I was looking for a pair of earrings yesterday, and was “greeted” by a Asian sales. She literally pull out SOME earrings and said “these are all we have in store”. BUT THERE ARE WHOLE BUNCH OF OTHER EARRINGS OVER THE COUNTER, AND SHE JUST DOESNT WANT TO GET THOSE FOR US!!! And when I asked her to get one of those behind the counter, she was SUPER UNWILLING to get that one earrings. And it took her nearly a minute to get one single earring out of that glass door.I understand that all people have negative emotions or bad days. But you really can’t treat your costumers like this. You are really ruin my day. The costumers are here to pay for the products as well as the service. You owe my a apology.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to give this place 5 stars because they took their time and patience on helping me out. I used my warranty to exchange the ring Friday night and I was so happy about how beautiful it was that I take fault in not inspecting the ring before exchanging, I take 100% responsibility for that. I only worn it for an hour that day and put it back in the box. Once I got home I looked at it closely and noticed that the band was bent and the gems are falling out. I call them on the phone to explain what happen. I come back and even though I already used my warranty, they took it upon themselves to give me a new one anyways. If I was in their shoes I wouldn’t believe me either, but it happened. I am so appreciative of this place and I would like to thank the manager and a worker there, Sienna. She is super polite, very fun to talk to, and I will be going to her from now on. I work in Mountain View but it’s so worth driving over there because of the incredible customer service. THANK YOU SIENNA, from the bottom of my heart. Your amazing ❤️

As much as I like this store, the employees do not all know what the procedure and protocols are. Online store pick up still needs to wait in line, curbside says it’s available but I was then told it wasn’t. One woman told me to come to the side and say I had an online order, after I did that I was told to wait in line. The associates should at least know what to tell customers, considering there are only a few people working.it’d frustrating to wait in line after ordering ahead of time and they (2 separate associates) are walking out jewelry to show people standing in line but can’t bring me my order.

The customer service is very bad. I walked in didn’t get a greeting or anything. Had to ask for assistance and when asked to see the charms they told me to look through the glass and that’s it. Also they told me that’s the way the store is everywhere and that is not correct because the ones I have been to they took out the product and let you see them not having you look through a glass. I felt like I was treated like a thief not a customer.
