I needed a glass with a very unusual size, thickness and bevel. Few glass companies were not able to do that and two of them wanted to charge me $250 for that very small glass (2 by 4 inches) original glass did it in just two days, charge me $120 and gave me the second one as reserve for free.This is the second time I do business with original glass, first time I was positively surprised by their price and this time By the Precision and perfection of their work.

On Aug 17, I went to OGD to get three 5x8 custom cut glass shelves for my shower remodel. It is now 4 weeks later and I still do not have the shelves and they cannot provide a date the shelves will be done.- First, it took a week to just get a quote from them, and that was only obtained by constantly hounding them. Incompetence.- It then took a week to get the material in, but they ordered the wrong glass. Incompetence.- The third week was then spent arguing with the supplier that the shower guard glass supplier wouldnt offer me the shower guard warranty because OGD was tempering it. I had to sign a waiver. O...K... So apparently I am the first person to ever want shower guard on glass shelves? I think not, and the new glass company didnt have a problem with this. Incompetence.- Fourth week was spent waiting for them receive the glass and cut it, and now I am told they still dont know when they will have three simple shelves ready for me.- It required constant hounding to get any information out of them, they missed their target date by weeks and still couldnt even provide me an expected date.I have had to reschedule my tile guy three times, cancel my shower door install entirely, and postpone my final inspection. I am done and m getting the glass at a reliable glass place. This place has delayed my bathroom project a full months. Complete incompetence.
