Of all the Supermarket shopping choices in the San Jose area where I reside, Nob Hill is the best. Here, you can enjoy a nice ambience, as well as a great store design. The bakery, deli, produce, and meat departments are all good. The variety of foods here is plentiful. And, this store even has hand-made luxury soap! The floral department is like a mini-garden shop, so pretty!

I love this nob hill store & location. Parking isnt to bad. Some trees for shade parking. The store feels comfortable, clean, organized. Some good deals on food items. Gotta get them when you can, because once there out there out. Nice little deli & hot food section. I always get my cakes here. Highly recommend. Overall not to bad of a store. And they have a nob hill club where you can get little benefits as well.

Friendly staff and very clean ambiance. They have quality meat produce and the vegetables and fruits are fresh. They are fully stocked and organized as always. I also like their organic variety with a much lower price compared to other stores. Their bakery always smells amazing and I love that they have a wide selection. I always had fun every time we shop here.

MASKLESS CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES INSIDE THE STORE! They truly dont care about the rules put in place by our governor to keep us safe. I will not be returning if they continue to play roulette with their customers lives. Even Vaccinated individuals are to wear masks to protect the ones who cannot get the vaccine or who are not getting the vaccine for personal reasons. Do better Nob Hill I am highly disappointed in your staff for allowing this total disregard for human life and for rules to help save human lives. I will be contacting corporate.

Nob Hill is a solid grocery store with a great selection and ok prices. The butcher here is particularly good and worth the visit. It has particularly knowledgeable and friendly staff. All in all I would rate it as above average.

Super convenient and pleasant staff. Just a bit more expensive than luckys but cheaper than Safeway. Avoid managers specials on meat though.

Nob Hill foods is my first choice for groceries, though its pricer than Safeway and Luckys. But I prefer their variety of foods and the store is much cleaner. Of course parking is also easily available. Their bakery makes the best baked goods especially the cakes. Though sometimes they mess up with the cake orders,, but they are very helpful and easily fix things. I always get the cakes from their bakery, even the photo cakes..

Upscale supermarket with Peets Coffee, sushi bar, sandwich bar, full service deli hot & cold, full service fresh fish & meat counter, pharmacy, US Bank & ATM. The fresh vegetables and fruits department are one of the best in area.

The produce here is so much bigger and nicer looking then safeway. Its just all around prettier lol. Plus they have great staff and good hrs.

Love Nob Hill foods. They have a great deli area will multiple salads, meats and cheeses. They also have ready made items that you can warm or cook for dinner tonite and look like a star chef. Always find what ever I need, both for those fancy meals and just what I need for a typical meal. Always clean, always seem to have the nicest, most helpful clerks working there. I adore most of the staff of this place. this place is kept very clean and there is always someone around to ask any question to. One of my most recent venture into this specific store was unfortunately disdainful. I met a new cashier named Jared i believe his name and he was completely rude. He did not greet me or ask me if i was ready. he literally just took the hand basket from my hands without asking. I couldnt believe it. i thought it was quite rude. after that, he was very cold and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. the sad part is he looks like he could be a nice fellow. i dont know why he acts like this when i cross paths with him as a cahier. if you can and if you want a more pleasant experience, avoid his line. ive learned so far every other cashier is very friendly and helpful.

Love this store and the staff are very nice.Id give it 5 stars but there some items theyre out of whenever I get there. Plain sparkling water, Izzes, Hawaiian hamburger buns, microwave bacon and XL adult diapers for Gramma among some things. I suppose these are popular items but its frustrating when I have to go somewhere else.

People here are experienced coaches. We work one on one. They treat you well and are some of the nicest people Ive ever met.

Decent food store, nicer since remodeled, closest to my home, they are a larger store with more products than Los Gatos. I would rate them a smidge better than LG because of selection and volume. Close to some good Asian restaurants too.

Nob Hill Foods super market had all the needs for any shopper. Nob Hill food staff is very friendly and helpful they help you get through the check out line fast. There is prepared meals, $5 sushi on Mondays, excellent delli and bakery. The wine and liquor selection is abundant but not overwhelming. Prices are compare with Luckys and Safeway but service is excellent. Good supermarket.

Anyone in South San Jose can and should appreciate a store like Nob Hill. The neighborhood feel, long-time, friendly employees and clean store give a sense of simpler days while you shop for your every day foods. Add in that their bakery, deli and specialty offerings are amazing, with affordable pricing, it it really levels up the whole shopping experience. My favorite feature is the grocery pickup, as if your bill is over $100 there is no shopping fee, and under $100 its only $5.95. Instacart prices are a complete ripoff and not worth the service so having the ability to plan my shopping, pick up at convenient times and its FREE? I am totally sold.

It was a dark covid night. I pulled up slowly to a nearly empty parking lot. It was 945pm. It was one of those nights where it wasnt cold, but it wasnt hot. It was kind of like a sensation of a lukewarm bath. I get out of my 500,000 dollar sports car and to my surprise the door opened when I walked up to it. I was greeted by a man who looked like he was half dwarf, half elf, and half Puerto Rican. He smelled pungent as if he had just cleaned the restroom. Which is interesting to me since the restrooms are closed. Anyways, I found everything I needed and if it wasnt for Nob Hill, this dashing Young Man would have had nowhere to go walk around and buy absolutely nothing. I definitely recommend the Guch Le le pluoeu. Which is something where they mix a blueberry with an imp. To die for. Absolutely.. to die for. I give it two big toes up.

The lady at the deli counter was very helpful when I asked for my out of the normal sandwich. She went to the deli fridges and grabbed tri-tip that was packaged for sale and made my sandwich with it just as requested. She asked along the way if I would like more of any condiments or veggies as well. Very polite and helpful! Sandwich was tri-tip with mayo, lettuce onion and havarti cheese! She even warmed the meat up for me.

The pandemic has given me a new appreciation for this grocery. Rarely crowded, well stocked and good prices. I try to limit my trips and I can get everything I need here

Very well laid out store, with a good selection of merchandise. A little bit more expensive than local competitors, even on common items. I can understand being more expensive on unique brands they carry, but not on the common products. That is why I rated it 4 stars. I go to their competitors for those common products, but shop here for the unique .

Correction to store hours6am to 10:50pmStopped by 3 times afterwork over the past few weeks and they close their doors before 11pm each night even if you want to buy one water with debit. I know its a small thing but the bare minimum of effort is being made at closing and its starting to show.

Store employees would not help me locate anything at all but they do have my favorite soda Boylan cola so I have to go their to get it as most places dont carry it just wish the employees would actually be helpful

My first delivery order, I paid a delivery charge 6.95 14h-30m. But my order is already behind schedule. They claimed because of the holiday. So disappointed. Im not sure whether Im going to be a regular customer or not.

The store is always clean and the produce and meats are usually top notch. Small selection on some snacks but still plenty to chose from. Bakery always looks so fresh. Tend to see cops here alot....Good to know they are around but wonder why there is always something happening here.

My family has been going to Nob Hill for many years. I have recently moved further away, but still make the drive to Nob Hill once a week. I go just for the fresh produce, deli and bakery items. The employees have always been kind and professional as well.

Always clean. Great everyday prices on store brands. The Nob Hill jarred olives are the best I have ever had! My favorite are the garlic stuffed with herbs and Chardonnay. They take your items out of the cart to ring them up, bag them and if you would like they will help you out and put them in your vehicle. Best overall customer service!

This place is very close to my house and is my go to place for groceries. Managers and crew who works here are very helpful and always willing to help if you cannot find anything. This has a peets coffee shop inside as well. They also carry fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit salad bar and hot food bar. Never tried the hot food but fresh fruit bar is really good. Also has a pharmacy inside and a bank as well.

Great local grocery store. Quality is much higher than Safeway or Lucky’s. Their produce and meat are top notch. Customer service is great. The store is always clean. They have a nice selection of foods and have added more organic fruits and vegetables.

Ok, had to return romaine lettuce dated 11/29/19. Was already brown. They should have sold cheap,or got rid of it. Just my opinion. The cherry tomatoes, were not good either. Maybe next time. Theyll be better.

This was my first visit to a store in the Raleys family. It was pleasant and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and of good quality. It was not as busy as most of the grocery stores in the area. Some process were a little higher, but there were also bargains to be found. Many of their products were in the natural /organic category, which can lead to higher prices, much like Whole Foods prior to the Amazon acquisition. The 4 star rating is because I had signed up for their frequent shopper program online and was supposed to get a welcome discount, which I did not receive.

Not having been to one before, I was surprised by how homey and inviting in a Midwestern way this store felt. Things were more or less where you would expect to find them in a grocery store, which made for a very efficient, in and out trip.

Everything is VERY fresh! Meats, deli products, vegetables and dont forget Sushi made daily ($5 on Mondays) with most friendly, always smiling, Sushi Chefs. Everyone in the store is very friendly and I know some of them for more than 20 years, The most recent remodelingkeeps all meats and cheeses behind the glass door. The best store in the area.
