My vehicle was repaired about three months ago. The paint job was fine, but the mechanics and repair of the front end was poor. After a month they began to take off the scales of the keepers and also noises from the front train when braking. I took her to repair in another workshop and they found that screws were missing and others were loose. The chassis had been straightened to clean brown.

I had to visit them in one of those moments that are not so pleasant, but they were super empathetic, positive and accepted the challenge leaving my little bus after an ugly ugly crash. So new that at the official dealer they didnt even realize that it was crashed. They threw away! Now I go for more work with you, but pleasant ones. Thank you!

Be very careful if you are called to offer to paint an area worked by another person and knowing that the area is badly worked, but they send the secretary to call you (with the knowledge of the person in charge of being badly worked) to offer you to paint it without giving any suggestion and letting it be understood that the other work that someone else did was fine and that it would look good if they painted it. Then you complain to a manager that this is ugly because the paint is cracked and opaque but the only thing he knew to tell me was: I did not break the job, I just painted (knowing the manager who was going to be ugly) and told you to speak with the that is in front desk to give you a sweetie (for the price) but they want to charge you to break the work of the other person (that there is no problem) and charge you the painting again 🤔.

EXTREMELY SLOW, does not answer the phone. It seems a lie that a mirage years ago both left doors were hit and in 1 week it was new. However, here The X Shop, for a few details that I had and a custom grill it took more than 5 weeks (THE CAR WAS NOT CRASHED) and when they delivered it to me it was incomplete (because I was putting pressure) they did not want to return the payment of what it was not realized. I fight for them to finish it and this time it comes out with the lights out (they reversed the cables). Again 2 additional weeks to claim them. Terrible service, the ojalatero has been slower than I have gone. I have evidence of all date by date, day time that I call time that I passed and the excuses made.
