Was a quick visit needed an oil change. Didnt have to wait that long.

I went in for an oil change which I believe was quick since there wasnt anybody else at the time getting one, but I also asked for my tires to be rotated. They told me I was 3rd in line, but now its been 3 hours, and still Im here waiting. Is there only one guy working there?This is the third time this has happened, and will definitely be the last time I come here.

I was a little antsy about going to Pueblo, as I usually prefer an independent mechanic shop. The Pueblo shop in San Juan is, in a word: awesome. Youre kept up to date via texts. The front desk is courteous, and the mechanics do very competent work, imo. Abraham is always a super courteous & friendly guy. Francisco was my mechanic. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. In San Juan, they have a really good team there. Ive been about four times, each was excellent. Thanks. Elmer & Madge. (Old but gettin it!)

Went for information to get tires shipped to location and put on my vehicle. Two people on counter. One asked me what he could do for me. I asked for more information on the process. He seemed uninterested and in a bad mood. “Yes chief” he said while he gave me a card. I asked what tines were best, and he frowned and said, it’s busy. Didn’t want my business it seemed. Wont bother with them.

Waited 3 hours and they never put my truck in. I kept seeing people come in and out of the shop getting serviced before me.Left without servicing my tire and found reliable help somewhere else.Seems as though they service their friends before a random customer.Never bringing my company truck or any other of my companies trucks to this place. I’m sure the owner won’t mind. We have other vendors

Pueblo Tires in San Juan, Texas was awesome today. Got new tires and rims and oil change the whole works. Awesome customer service. Rudy and all the staff were amazing. My truck looks awesome and is running smooth. I highly recommend this Pueblo Tires in San Juan, Tx. Excellent work and customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location from now on.

Came in for an air pressure check and was lucky enough to visit these monster trucks. My son just so happened to have his hot wheel grave digger so that was cool. Pueblo tires has always treated me great, staff is so nice and the waiting area in this particular store was filled with antiques. Love Pueblo Tires.

Great people great prices. I had been a customer of Discount tire for 20 yrs. However the refused to sell me one tire telling me I had to buy a set. At the time I barely had enough for the one tire and they sent me down the road with my tire which had a bulge the size of my fist. Monday I went to Pueblo and they fixed me right up. The next day I went back and replaced the other three tires. My hat is off to these guys and they have my business for now on. Thank you Pueblo. Shampoozy

When it comes to tires they have the best prices around because I’ve checked and they have free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires. They have never let me down when I needed service

Do not waste your time,. I Went to get some tires change on a truck and a trailer. Told me the Waiting time is 2 hours I been here 4 1/2 hours...When I got here theres 2 people. After I talk to the gentleman at the red 9 people after me... Now Im the only one in the tire shop still waiting,,

Came to buy tires for my car at 9:30am it’s now 3:00pm and asked twice what’s going on...apparently two studs broke when taking tire off and now waiting for studs to be delivered from auto parts.Plus failed to let me know what was going on while I’m here just wondering.Plus an extra $180 for labor, horrible service I would never recommend.I’m slow with this technology but it’s more 4:24pm and I’m still here waiting and waiting.

Excellent customer service! My tire blew out at my house after a little accident. I called Pueblo Tires and Sam asked to text him a picture of my tire and told me he was sending a worker to my house to replace it with my spare and with no charge. Sam was patient, very clear and kept in contact with me the entire time. Best customer service I’ve had!

As i was driving down the freeway my car had a warning sing on the dashboard come on. One of the tiers was low . Pueblo tires was on the next exit. I pulled in thinking it was going to cost me a lot of money. But instead, not only dod they give me free air check they also suggested ways to maintain the tiers. Not even expecting to use them for this service . Good people.

Really disappointed in there service didnt really want to pay attention to the comments but after going to fix my car with them they truly are rip offs they charged me 40 for a drive belt then charged me 50 dollars more for a the pulley wheel they got at advance auto parts for a cheaper price..the worst of all is they dont tell you what the labor charge is going to be till after there done with youre vehicle i ended up paying 300+ for labor and like 200 in parts and all they did was change my pulley and the belt . they truly are ripping people off..

GREAT SERVICE!!! I tried serveral locations to get my Lincoln Navigator fix but no luck til I (single mom of 4) decided to go to this place. All the major parts needed to be fix was done in one place. They made take so long waiting but no rush cause I wanted to be done the right way that way I dont have to fix it again. FRANCISCO who work there, took care of my Lincoln Navigator like it was his. Now Im able to travel out of town and visit my family!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND GREAT JOBS!!!!

This place fixed all of the things that I paid for two weeks ago at the McAllen location. I DONT recommend the McAllen location on 23rd St. This place even recommended other repairs that my car needed. Thanks guys! You sure know your stuff, not like those other guys who all they did was take my money. You all actually FIXED MY TRUCK.

They changed the oil on my X5 BMW and left the oil filter loses which leak oil into my alternator I took it back with them and told me it had a damaged belt I show them the oil leaking from the oil filter and told me that that’s wasn’t the problem I had to buy a alentador that’s cost me $360 and the we’re going to charge me to change the alentador wich I refuse pay them took it so anther place they didn’t wanted to be responsible for the damaged done to my vehicle I ended paying $ 700 out of pocket this guys have bad technicians and bad customer services never will I go with them again

Been here for almost 3 hours just for a new battery and state inspection.

Horrible customer service along with expensive prices. I went to have my oil changed and wipers replaced and it turned out to be more expensive than the dealership would have charged me. I later went to buy my wipers at an auto parts store and the prices were cheaper than what Pueblo Tires charged me for my wipers alone. This place is a ripoff! Wont be going there again. Ever!

Ive been here for two hours just to change two tires I cant believe this is happening but I went to the bag just to see what my progress is and to what I saw if they dropped all my four tires can I pull a storefront test in a tell me they had a miscommunication thats dumb because they talk to each other all the time you should have got that right in the first place but I cant believe this just a tank two tires takes two hours
