They have gorgeous pieces. Customer service when buying is excellent and when called for assembly instructions. Pick-up at warehouse is an understandable wait time. Quality of the product I bought is very poor. A white leather bed that had dark spots and dirt. Tried cleaning it but is kind of penetrated. Came without instructions but when customer service was contacted, they provide it in a expedite time. But even thought the service is very good, Im not satisfied with purchase and has no return i might have been a fair price. But you dont want to pay a fair price for a product with spot that looks used. Sad.

Dont get me wrong, I do like the place. The reason of my rating is because of the return policy. They only give store credit and it is specific to the store you bought it. They dont have a large selection and sometimes you just cant find something to interchange it with. So please, make sure you have a plan A,B and C. Even if its in the store it doesnt not mean it is available or available at the moment. Make sure that you are certain about the items that you will purchase beforehand.

Purchased a sofa bed that was supposed to contain a queen bed, but upon delivery it was discovered the bed was smaller than a kids bed!During checkout, we signed the 7-day return period agreement. Our receipt also shows the 7-day refund period. We contacted the manager immediately (Juan Carlos) to return the item, but he said the owner wouldnt honor the 7-day refund period because we purchased the last floor model. Well that was absolutely not told to us when we purchased the sofa bed.So multiple mistakes (or knowingly misled?) by Ambiente Moderno and then they completely disregard their printed/signed 7-day return period.Weve now filed a chargeback with our credit card and filed a complaint with DACO. Dont buy here!

Have large variety of furniture with very good taste and modern. Prices varies from from moderate to very expensive. Customer service is good at selling point but not when paying when you have to wait for a while at least on a saturday.

I made a purchase on February 6, they gave us a date to pick up on February 18, I called in advance to change the date since we had a problem, they gave me a date for 24 at 12:30, when we arrived they told us no We had an appointment, but they could dispatch us, we were waiting 2 hours and nothing, I called and explained the situation and all the time they treated me as if I were making up that we had an appointment for that day. In the end they didnt give us anything and we had to come back the next day and borrow brothers bus for another day. They didnt want to give us something already paid for. And there was at no time an attempt to patch up the mistake made by them. To top it off, they dont help you load the boxes into the car because it is company policy. So much luxury and so much in-store looks for lousy service when it comes to getting the merchandise. Im not coming back from my side.
