After placing an order of over $25,000 over 7 months ago, Pottery Barn has cancelled some items without letting me know, delivered items I did not order, sold me items in stock and later let me know they are back ordered, among many other mistakes, and whatever tracking you make on their online tracking services, does not work. It is a painful process which I do not recommend and never again will use. Terribe.

Absolutely the worst furniture buying experience ever in my life. Furniture took 4 months and then when it arrived it was all wrong colors and things we never chose or agreed on. The mistakes had to be intentional because there is no way that they could have gotten it all so wrong. We spent hours on the phone auditing the mistakes and having them corrected. The local store sent out a person to our home to try to convince us the wrong stuff we did not order was nice and that we should just accept it. After spending over $50,000.00 US we finally received our correct order 17 months after the original order. Good luck shopping here. You would be better off buying in Florida and shipping it here yourself. Or try Berrios they saved us from being furnitureless during our catastrophic shopping nightmare with Pottery Barn.

Great stuff! High prices!

Worst customer service ever. Im front of the store for 25 mins, Im number 2 in line. A total of 6 people have exit and no one is taking care of those customers in line to enter. Made a call to find out, they have my call on hold for 15 mins. Store is empty and we asked why no one cares, they replied unless you have appointment they don’t allow you yo enter. Again: store is empty!!! Your lost, not mine. Won’t come back!!!

Love the attention to detail and the fact that the people who work there are architects and interior designers. That are great help and give excellent advice.

Terrible service. Placed an order for two beds ( king and Queen) which was originally scheduled for delivery in late November 2018. The shipment then got moved to December. It then got moved again to January 2019. Upon delivery one headboard was missing and they said they would have to reorder it and deliver it in 3 month’s time. Cancelled this bed! Response from store salesman and manager (Mall of San Juan store) has been very poor! When I called for inquiries and follow-up on the order and delivery they were more often than not on a break of some sort and failed to return the calls. Will not shop there again!
