UBreakiFix? This shouldnt be the name, since I had to wait 3 weeks, after they told me it was only gonna take 1 week. After waiting all this time, they called me to tell me that they were giving me my playstation back how I left it, without it even working because there repair didnt work. So even if I break it, they dont know how to fix it, they should change the name to UbreakiReturn, because thats what they do. Even though it didnt work youd expect the playstation so be clean on the inside, but it was disgusting, how did they expect my playstation to work if they didnt even try to clean it. Overall horrible service, letting everything for the last moment, even the repair was sloppy. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy, overall trash company.

Wow. This was really bad customer service. They wanted to keep my work laptop for a week to diagnose that my space bar was broken, not to mention fixing it.

I was avoiding the sketchy repair shops but here the experience was worst. Nice staff but I dont think someone was honest with my repair. Left a working phone with a cracked screen, then hours later receive a call that the charging port was damage and the phone is not powering on or charging. I told him that the phone was powering on and receiving vibration alerts just a couple of hours before. Inmidiatly he responded that he can make me a deal on the new needed part. I just return to collect my phone because it doesnt feel like an honest assessment.

Took my computer for one think then had many issues with it also they left some keys on the keyboard loose becuase they left the borders open and close it in my face and now have problems it did not had before, it is so uncomfortable because I need it and I dont have the money to buy a new computer now. The receptionist at uBreakiFix lied to me and told me that I could only repair my MacBook on MacLine, where they charged me $ 900. Apple has a service that repairs it only for $ 200, you just have to go to Modernica.

The service was excellent, however too expensive. The part they put on me (PS4 Pro Power Supply) costs $ 60.00 on amazon. They charged me $ 199.99 + tax for the repair. Not even the labor of a health professional is charged so much, the price is exorbitant but for everything else I am pleased with the attention and service. My PS4 Pro works great to date but I think they should modify their prices and thus they will be able to capture more customers. I paid for it because even the PS5 is not on the market, because otherwise, I would have avoided the option to repair it.
