High pressure sales tactics for fake products. Be weary of this store and if you do go in, say no and dont buy anything! Its all scam as the other reviewers stated. Luckily I used to work in sales and caught onto to their BS. I was able to say no and get out of there without a dollar spent.

My experience here was excellent!! Go see Emma! My husband and I went in for a free sample and I was so impressed by my husbands results. Loved my results, too, but my husband works hard, long hours and has developed deeper lines around his eyes than mine. Incredibly, I kid you not, I saw major results in one application of the Black Truffle Instant Repair Syringe and the Diamond Infused Eye Serum. Also impressed with the Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel. My face feels so smooth. Im going back today for a relaxing afternoon with the gorgeous Emma, champagne, and a facial. Did I feel pressured to purchase anything? Nope. Just happy my sweet husband treated me to a fantastic, non surgical way to slow down the aging process.Emma did a sample on each one of us (one eye only) and the instant results blew me away. I came home and did the other eye for both of us, and again...whoa! When Mark left for work this morning, after sleeping his usual six hours (sadly, sometimes four or five), I could see a tremendous difference. He actually looked like hed had a complete eight hours of rejuvenation. My eyes arent too shabby either. If this is what one weekly application looks like, Im either going to have to bring Emma home with me or become a regular Forever Flawless customer. Both are great options but Emmas a busy woman. Forever Flawless it is!I am in no way affiliated as a rep or sales associate with Forever Flawless. Just a completely satisfied customer whod like to vanquish a few unwanted wrinkles WITHOUT cosmetic surgery. When my husband asks to borrow my beauty products, I know Im on to something great!

We were recently on a cruise and walked downtown San Juan were given a sample at the door and than was asked to come in and the young lady was going to show us how to get rid of dark circle etc. she did that and than this other guy came and he was the fast talker. We had decided to buy the product she show us so she gave us the bag and I used my credit card to pay for it. As the gentleman was fast talking us for the other product we were understood we were getting a life time of product and a couple facial machines and agree on price. Well he wanted to keep my cc slip because he was mailing the product to our home and had the list on the back of the slip. I have no complaints about the product I love it. But when all said and done he was going to credit the sale we had already made and charge us the agree upon amount. Now come the part where they never credit us back $275 and over charged our cc another $875. Every number I tried to call just hangs up and can not even call forever flawless. So buyer beware do not leave there without receipts for everything. My credit card company could not help us because we have no proof as the never sent the receipts like they said they would, so we are stuck paying. Please be careful they really don’t need to treat you like this they have a great product.

Life changing! Worth every dime! I swear by it and my wife agrees!

While visiting PR on a cruise, I was pulled into this location and they used some cream that worked great to get rid of wrinkles, however, what they gave me in the bag was not the same product. Its a bait and switch. Do not buy here.

Started out very friendly, however the products are way over priced. Not worth the money. Asked to get our money back and they said no refunds once you leave, but failed to mention this detail. The owner become rude and wouldnt refund money. A lot of smooth talking and chaos happening during the sales pitch to keep you confused. Buyer beware!

Got a collogen treatment to remove the bags under my eyes and also had a very helpful and enlightening conversation with Lola while doing so, who had a lot of great advice to give. This is a great place to go to cultivate both inner and outer beauty.

I recently stopped into this forever flawless store on my most recent cruise and im extremely happy with both the products and service i received here. While reading some of the other reviews posted i saw quite a few negative comments but my experience was nothing like that. I was offered a demo of the 24k gold instant tightening complex and since ive heard of the products from family members i was excited to try it. Emma was fabulous, she answered my many questions and worked with me to help me choose the products best suited tovme and gave me a great deal in the process. I was also provided contact information incase i had questions, concerns or if i wanted to order additional products. I know a few of the reviews stated that the product they were given the demo of wasnt what they actually received, and i can confirm that i most definitely did receive the same products from my demo. I have nothing but good things to say regarding my experience with both Emma and the forever flawless store in San Juan.

This is your typical “cosmetics on the street”, highly pushy sales place. All of the employees were good talkers and very persuasive. We were told the company has around 2300 stores worldwide. The products sold here can be seen on TV advertisements in the states. My wife new about them from Dr. Oz.First, my wife purchased “Gold Elements Instant Lift Expert (wrinkle corrector)” cream or serum made by the Gold Elements company. Supposedly the supply would last three years yet the expiration date on the box is 2 years away so from the start we were ripped off somewhat. We did not think to look at the expiration prior to getting back on the ship. The product comes in a tall gold box and is in a tube that looks like a serum needle. It is .34 fluid ounces and cost us $150.Oddly we tried to find this exact product on the web later and could not find it. We wanted to compare the price we paid to see how bad we got taken. It is uncertain if this is a legit product or not. Whatever was put on my wifes eye skin during the sales pitch appeared to work right away. Likely though it was a product that simply added glow and DID NOT actually decrease wrinkles. Of course once you are happy and excited you “think” you do see changes.We believe after looking at other reviews of similar products from the “Gold Elements” company that this is a total scam and it is best to avoid it. There are BBB complaints that this Forever Flawless store in San Juan DOES NOT give you the same product they use on you in the eye demo. We also believe this is the case, as we beleive they demoed the “Diamond Infused Eye Serum” made by Forever Flawless (which gets good reviews) but they substituted the poorly reviewed Gold Elements product. We will be submitting a BBB complaint. The sales guy kept saying the product was diamond infused yet the Gold Elements product we received is NOT.Secondly we were sent to a free facial in the same store, provided by a lady named Lola. Of course they were going to try to sell more products. We dont know if these people were using their real names or not. We did not get last names. Supposedly she had 5 kids and traveled the world with these kids selling products out of the various Forever Flawless stores. That seemed hard to believe given her looks and the logistics of doing such a task. She claimed to home school them all. From her we did purchase the “Perfectio” (Silver) made by Zero Gravity. From the box it says it is a therapeutic beauty device that combines LED infra red light and heat therapy to reduce facial lines and reduce pore size. It supposedly does wonders for double chins. Lolas demo actually did appear to tighten the skin around the chin and that was after one use. We paid $1150 for the device. She claimed the normal price was like $4300. We did find it on the Web for around $1400 at its cheapest. It gets almost all 5 star reviews. They included a diamond infused HYDRA-PM night cream (1.76 oz.) made by Forever Flawless. You can find that on the Web for $179. That was nice.All in all if you really want the “Perfectio” then the price was right at this store. Everything else I would leave alone and get elsewhere. They had some kits costing up to $25,000 which are legit kits according to the Web. They are selling various products from three companies so dont get confused if you visit (Zero Gravity, Forever Flawless and Gold Elements). Force them to give you what they demo.

Let me list all the things they lied about before I even get started on their almost illegal tactics that I have researched in the last 241. They said they were recognized and rated number 1 for beauty their beauty products. TRUTH. It is an in house reward2. They claim to have this miracle cream. And mind you, you will see results immediately. WHY? everyone has a good side. Do you ever notice how one arm is stronger, one shoe sole wears out more than the other. Well the side of your face you dont sleep on will always wrinkle less just appear a little more taught.3 I asked if they had other stores. They said no. Have this recorded actually, not intentionally but yeah me!!!! They said no. Truth. They have one las vegas, Atlanta and yessss another store at their local mall. They claimed you can only get it in Puerto Rico. After research the owner puts the store with different names. TAX invasions.4. Asked if they were from Israel TRUTH: they are. I know my husband is from Israel. Im not your normal tourist.5. Small alcohol shots. No liquor licence.AND THE BEAT GOES ON...6. My mother wanted purchase their useless item. Before I worked for the federal government I worked in the clinical side of the medical. Yes!!!!! There are products that can help fine lines, but none I MEAN NONE that make them permentaly go away7. After I questioned him the sales man insulted me and asked me to leave8. RUMOR ONLY!!!!!! OTHER local vendors claim they are using amphetamines. I will be very happy to verify that for all at a later date. (Hey guys consider it heads up. Your lucky day )

Friend on cruise went here. Very high pressure. Actually blocked the door to prevent her from leaving. Very intimidating. She bought product just to get out but did not take package. They chased her down to give her package but she refused to take it. Called credit card company to have card credited. Store claims she took product. Fortunately there were witness that she did not. Should have called police but just wanted out. Do not go to this shop!! If I could give them a negative rating I would. Parent company will be notified of their unprofessional and possibly illegal tactics. BEWARE

Is a major scam! Purchased and walked outside and it set my face on fire! Do not buy! Tried to return 15 minutes later and refused to give me my money back!
