I couldn’t wait to share my experience!! I am here in Puerto Rico visiting from New England. I decided to stop in with my buddy and take a look around. I went in not expecting to buy any of the “cool looking soaps.” I thought hey I have nice skin so I wouldn’t need any of this stuff. I spoke with Tati, one of the employees, and she blew me away. She provided one of the best and most memorable experiences ever. She explained everything in detail and down to literally the ingredients in every product. Her attention to detail, personality, ability to provide a unique and meaningful experience, and go above and beyond to is unparalleled. She allowed us to try a face masque, moisturizer, facial massage, and bath bomb so we can truly experience how each product affected our skin. All in all, I decided to buy of the “cool looking soaps” which was a face masque called “Mask of Magnminty” all because of Tati. Needless to say, I will be making sure I am coming back to Lush for all my skin care needs!
