Went to the store on Roosevelt Ave and received service that far exceeded expectations from Zuleyka. She was great and we walked out with a product we werent even looking for.The review doesnt get 5 stars due to the a lack of follow through from their closet doors sales people. We were told we would be contacted within 24-48 hours. That was on a Monday morning. Friday afternoon we still had no call.It goes without saying that other vendors were more interested in our business, took measurements, got our deposit, and were on our way to new closet doors. JM Decor lost a sale. Is you need closet doors, dont bother and go somewhere else!

Poor service, we enter the store and we were not acknowledged, we had to ask if they could help us, and the young lady said yes but never came over to us. She justed answered from a far distance. So we left. The same store in Humacao is completely different, not fancy but the customer service is excellent.

Beautiful and modern lamps, bathroom furniture, closets, fans...love this store.

They do not have much customer service, I was 15 minutes in the store looking at lamps and they did not attend us at all, and we left.
