These guys are the best, I called another company, they said it would be 5 days before they could get to my truck. Keep in mind, this is my work truck and I need to get on the road as quick as possible. These guys replaced my windshield and window the next day I also have lumber racks on my truck in there filled with work materials right now, and the installer said, that would be no problem at all, took care of it, I highly recommend this company Im already back on the road back to work

National Auto Glass in SLO was awesome. Especially Jacqueline! She was so friendly and accommodating. It is never fun to have to get a windshield replaced, but she made the process easy and kept me up to date every step of the way. Her friendly customer service would make me want to use them again for anything else I may need done.

I called them to see if I could make an appointment to replace my windshield and it kept going to voicemail although they were open. I called about 2 times when someone picked up and said “ you keep calling! What can we help you with?!?!?”I was like “ oh, wow, I’m sorry I bothered you, have a nice day”.I seriously could not believe that service. Do they not want business? Absolutely disappointed.

4 and 1/2 stars. Great prices, extremely friendly and honest service and communication. Not 5 stars because theyre so busy (mobile) so appointment wasnt as soon as Id have liked ..... but thats great for them to have so much business!!

This is the best place! After dealing with another shop for almost a month and having a hole in my car, National got it done in 3 days! They were professional, courteous, on time, answered all calls, and were fast. Steve with Westside Auto Parts and the waiting room were pleasant and well as the installer. But big props to Jackie who made it happen! Thanks, guys, for making my headache disappear!! I can’t say enough good things about National!!

Jackie & Jess couldnt have been nicer or more professional. They had my new windshield the next day after I called them..were on time...and the price was extremely fair. Highly recommend them.

Theyre busy, but they dont rush you: youre able to consult them and think through the problem together

Bad customer service. I had to reschedule an appointment twice because work took me out of town. The second time I called to reschedule Jackie said youre canceling on me again!?! Then she hung up on me.

Had an emergency out of town. Jackie got us taken care of!
