Super friendly staff and I loved how quickly they got somebody to come out and change the windshield. They are very professional and I will recommend them.

I have used their services for my last 4 vehicles and always been more than satisfied.

Called for a tint and chrome delete estimate they said I’d have to bring my car so they can see how much chrome they would need to wrap. I brought the car and showed it to them. They took my contact information a week ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. Waste of time

Very nice people who did it for a fair price. I would recommend their service over Safelite Repair in Santa Maria because they wanted to charge me $290 while SLO Auto Glass & Tint charged me under $230 and they did a great job! They drove to me!

Slo Auto Glass did a great job tinting my windows. We will be taking all our vehicles to them.

I payed $300 for all windows to be tinted.. They gave me a very light tint, plus the windows scratches every time i role up and down. And then the guy at the register try to cheat me by giving me back the wrong change. I only went there because i would pass it every day..how are they getting a 5 star rating i will never know

Buyer Beware-we were quoted for a special brand windshield for specialty vehicle. When we arrived for install, we double checked paperwork before signing estimate and noted no notation of special windshield. When we questioned, office manager stated they couldnt get the specialty windshield and an after market Chinese windshield would be installed. No phone call, email was sent to us ahead of time to note the change. No discount for change of grade of windshield was offered. This was a complete waste of time let alone being deceived about what was actually being installed.

This place is kind of strange. They seen busy and not busy of the same time period I dont know if I was the 1st to have to sit outside but it got very hot and uncomfortable waiting for hours to have my car fixed. It took a very long time for them to install and adjust my Honda sensing. The Honda sensing didnt work correctly so I had brought bring it back, and they could not actually fix it which may or may not be the fault of theirs but by being sent to Honda dealer to have it adjusted.

Great communication and good prices. Definitely worth a call if your insurance copay is insanely high. We enjoyed supporting a local owned business.

They scheduled my appointment promptly, the technician was on time, called ahead and did an excellent job replacing my rear window of my Honda van. I would highly recommend this company.

Really professional place. I took my truck in for window film. They did the heat shield on the windshield. This is an absolute must. The dash is significantly less hot when I get in. Cooling down the cabin takes less time, less Ac etc. they did a phenomenal job.

I highly recommend this business! They have affordable prices and are very customer service oriented. I had a rear window replaced here because this place was recommended to me by someone I knew who had gotten a window replaced here too. I was very impressed with the service I received. My window needed to be ordered, so I could not get it replaced immediately and was concerned about having an exposed broken window. They were so nice as to put on a layer of crash plastic to cover the broken window until the next day. The next day, while the window was being replaced, they kindly turned the television on so my child could enjoy some cartoons while we waited. And, upon leaving with the replaced window, I noticed they had cleared away all the broken glass that was in the trunk. Every employee I encountered there was very polite and friendly. They all seemed very attentive to the needs and happiness of their customers.

Ive had both of my cars tinted here, and they do an excellent job. I would recommend booking the first appointment of the day to ensure that youre taken on time. That or plan on dropping your car off to pick up later.Their scheduling system is a bit odd, and their appointments do overlap depending on the number of crew members on -site each day. If there is 1 person on duty and you book an 8:30 appointment while there was also an 8 am booking? Your 8:30 appointment will really be a 9:30.)

Just glass no problems. Sensor realigning not so much, cars are too advanced now for them to have uptodated test/align tools, as they change slightly from car to car year to year.

Windshield Replaced and windows tinted. New window is looking Good and tint seems fine so far. Drove off and my rearview mirror fell off, was never put back on. Lucky it was not broken. Park to put that back on and its covered in water marks and finger prints. Drive off to see in my rearview mirror a puddle of water sloshing around on my back dash. Watching it dump into my speakers and the seats as I drive. Good thing i keep towels in the trunk and I hope my speakers work after I let them dry out...Cleaned what little water remained out and noticed the inside of the cars trim is completely covered in water stains from the tint job as well.I expected this establishment to be professional about the installs and was why I chose them, even with the very high prices for tint I paid but got less. I would not recommend.

I had my Vanagon tinted by Doug at San Luis Customs. I checked all over the county and they had the best price plus the lifetime 3M guarantee. The job was done in about a half a day in spite of all the windows. Very pleased with the result and it has held up well.

Rarely do you find an auto repairs shop who goes above and beyond with quality of service but this place amazed me. The staff was tremendously friendly and they got my window replaced almost immediately. I will definitely go here for any window problems in the future.

Was looking to get my new rides windows tinted and had shopped around various SLO county shops, and these guys are the best price/cost value around. Great customer service from the start such as providing me price quote and tons of info over the phone, were able to get me in the next day for an appointment, and again were super patient and helpful in answering all my questions (seriously got a Window Tinting 101 lesson from Leeanna!).While in, I learned they also do paint protection via a transparent film so I opted to add that to my front hood -- they gave me a good deal as I was already in there for the windows. And this film is such a good product, Ill probably get other sections of my car done in the future.Its been now 3-4 days, so the windows have now cured/dried and I am extremely happy with how great it looks from both interior and exterior. Love the UV and heat protection too! Definitely recommend this shop for any of your auto window/paint needs!
