Quickest and most pleasurable visit. They had Autozone DEF when in my last 10 visits to other Autozone locations they had none! Great customer service!!!!!

Avoid Autozone !!I prepaid special order parts and when they arrived they were the wrong part # that I requested.When I went in to reorder the correct part # they indicated they would not refund me for the wrong parts that they gave me !Package was unopened and recipe in hand but employee with a bad attitude would not refund me for the wrong parts they ordered.I suggest to anyone to avoid Autozone and go to O’Rilleys or NAPA.NEVER will I ever go to another Autozone !

Employee didnt seem to know what I was showing him so he took me to aisle and suggested I search through for what I needed. No help. Otherwise the place was clean and pleasant

Loved it they help me like no other.

Even in the midst of this time of social distancing Isaac helped us from beginning to end. Looking up and locating the blinker light we needed and even offered to install it for us — which he gladly did. He didnt even mind me trying to help a little bit. He was super nice and supportive, thanks Isaac!

Its an auto parts store that has all the stuff youd expect a good auto parts store to have. It doesnt have a bathroom. The parking lot is accessible and free. The front door entrance is accessible but a bit hard to open.The day we went, which was a holiday the supplies were a bit depleted.If youre looking for auto parts or supplies to keep your car up this is a good place to shop.

They helped me confirm the oil filter I needed to replace one that was no longer in production. The trip was quick and easy.

This place is hit and miss (more miss) unfortunately. Never a consistent stock, never really have what you need, and there parts people are not knowledgeable. If you need VERY BASIC THINGS, and know exactly what you need, you might get lucky. Otherwise gl and well I wish you the best of you shop here

Customer service is great! I needed a brake light replaced. The gentleman helped put it in for me. AWESOME!

Ok..employee Mr Avila I believe he is a manager, ROCKS. I walk in and right away he assists me and I didnt have to go looking for my windshield wipers. In fact he offer to install wiper. I took it. Auto zone is blesses to have an awesome manager. Thank u Mr Avila.

Store is fine and staff is nice, though some werent really wearing their masks properly, which is annoying.

The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and offered to help me right away. I had and unusual request, and they did their best to find a solution. Best of all, their prices were a lot lower than the competition!

Auto zone is a really nice place to go to when you need anything for your Vehicles. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. If they dont have the part for your car they will order it for you or find it for you.

Pretty average Autozone. Staff is usually helpful. Has decent stock on hand for the vehicles Ive needed parts for which has been quite a few times over the years. Easy access from Higuera Street.

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and answer questions on the spot if not... Ive seen a good share of knowledge talks between staff to answer a customers question.

I always go to Autozone. I went in to get a battery charger for a one time need. They reminded me they have a free battery charge service. Dropped off my battery and picked it up the next day charged. Theyve always gone the extra mile in service. Good deals, always found everything I need in stock.

Once again I had a pleasant experience with exceptional service from someone at this Autozone location. Today Angel who is a newer manager there helped me get the right replacement windshield wipers for my CRV. Not only did he do that but he offered and I gladly accepted the installation of said wipers. Great guy and great service!

Have everything auto related you would expect. Nothing special though. Parking lot a bit small. Employees polite and respectful, somewhat knowledgeable enough to help with most things. Pretty clean shop, parking lot has garbage all over ground though, not prettiest store Ive been to.

Box was unopened and there was all my parts missing for a radiator. wouldnt give me the ones they had in another box because it would have to labelled open.so mine was opened ...so i get jacked? Thanks OReillys for helping me correctly.i should of gone to u first.

I have never been more blown away by the lack of knowledge or service. I go here for cheap parts. Forget any kind of knowledge or advice.God I wish I could remember the one guy who actually knew what he was talking about. Everyone else there just gives you a blank look when you ask for anything more technical than a windshield wiper blade. Fricking hopeless service. Ive been told to wait for half an hour TWICE now becuase some dude was out in the parking lot changing a battery. WHY!? is this place still in buisness?? Step up your game, come on.
