I expected flawless service and I hate to say it, because it sounds arrogant. But, Ive never been disappointed and I guess Im spoiled. Its o.k. I work hard for my money,I bought a car from Hyundai San Luis Obispo and it is absolutely comfortable to walk around the showroom and feel like Im part of the Hyundai family. I know, I know, Im not trying to be melodramatic, but, I have a car from there so, I guess I kind of am. If I was at a different car dealership, Id be hiding behind the brochures. Here I am among my people, so to speak. and, I brag not only about this dealership, One day i was telling a guy that walked in the door that if he was looking for a car, THIS car, and THIS dealership is the way to go. It turned out, he was the owner, Rob. (He kind of already knew about Hyundai.) I thought I was being a helpful customer, selling a random guy a Hyundai . We both had a laugh.

I was in the market for a specific truck a Ford F150 Crew Cab 4X4 XLT with navigation, back up camera... After looking all over Nevada where I Live I decided to check quite a few California dealers as I searched the northern region of California I decided to try the central coast. Im very happy to say I found exactly what I was looking for! I called in and spoke to Rob the owner and it explained to him that I was in the same industry a finance director since 1982. Rob was very attentive a I explained to him I was in Reno NV it didnt matter to him he still had a genuine interest in making this a reality for me. I had a friend who I trust dearly go by and drive vehicle. Once Bob Santa Cruz gave me the green light I was ready to work out the details I contacted Rob and he worked out the numbers for me! Rob put me in contact with Jaymi Mantz the controller who was just as awesome as Rob she basically setup all the documents for me so upon arrival it was sign up and down the road... I have to say this being a tough critic of the industry were In I was pleasantly surprised how professional Rob and Jaymi handled everything Im 100% completely satisfied and would refer a customer to Autp Park Superstore without any reservations... Ive brought my car here for service a few times, and Ive been impressed every single time. Not only is everyone friendly, I never feel like theyre trying to take advantage of me. I know that sounds like faint praise, but weve all had dealership service experiences that leave a bad taste in our mouths.I love my car and will definitely be cross-shopping Hyundai when the time comes for a replacement. When I do, Itll be at Hyundai SLO. (I hope they pick up a Kia franchise in the meantime.)
When approached, I had said to the sales person, that I dont have time for for this to become a 4 hour ordeal and the several trips back and forth to your manager. No disrespect to you as a person. Please keep all this to a minimum. I felt he did just that. The entire process was very smooth. I apologize for not remembering the sales persons name, he deserves all the credit for the purchase.
This was a recall service appt. The est time for the recall repair was spot and I had my car back in a jiffy. Thank you very much. I will return for any service issues.
I actually had a BIG problem with getting the 12 Volt battery replaced on my 2017 Ioniq Limited EV. The problem wasnt with the dealer; it was THEM GETTING THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY in the first place! If you guys are going to successfully sell EVs, you need to MAKE SURE that basic replacement parts are EASY to come by! I had to wait something like 6 WEEKS for them to get the battery!

Last Monday - Sept. 21 - took my Santa Fe in for a recall repair, after making an appointment the week before. I also wanted them to check my blue tooth, as it had lost connection with my phone, and I couldn’t get it to re-connect. I waited 2-1/2 hours in the waiting area before they informed me they didn’t have the right part for the recall repair. They said it would be in the next day, then gave me a ride home to Los Osos. They didn’t call until Thursday. They picked me up in the shuttle, and when we got to the dealership, they sent the technician out to look at the bluetooth connection, which they had done nothing with. He was unable to re-connect and said I needed a new bluetooth unit. I asked how much, and he said to wait, and he’d have someone give me a price. I waited about 45 minutes, and no one returned, so I went inside and asked them to have him call me with the price. I didn’t hear anything for a couple of days, so called and asked to speak to him, but he was with a customer, and they’d have him call me right back. I’ve never heard from anyone. I’m glad I don’t have to depend on them for service on my vehicle, and I won’t go back unless it’s another recall that has to be done by the dealer.

This company did not want honor the warranty I bought with the purchase of my vehicle. The insurance company they deal with confirmed the issue and authorized repairs. After two transmission replacements and several other trips in, the vehicle was never properly repaired. I’ll never make the same mistake of buying a vehicle from somewhere that has so little positive reputation to back their services. As far as my experiences go, they are a total scam and did little to nothing to resolve the issues I underwent as a result of doing business with them.

I bought my car from here for a great price and excellent 5yr/100,000 mile warranty. Anybody whos had a bad experience here is probably just ignorant and cant figure out how to solve a problem on their own. Cars have problems sometimes, taking action to fix them is up to the customer.

Between my family and friends, we have bought 10 cars from this place. Doing so you would think you are going to get decent customer service.... Well think again! Almost every single car we have bought has had issues and is still under their warrantee and they will not help us AT ALL... The truck I had bought is having trans problems and they told me nothing we can do about it, sorry even tho my warranty covers the transmission.... I will never suggest anyone to buy here again.
