We did a whole house remodel and used Chuck for tile and cabinets. He was very expensive but said he and his team would be with us through out the project. That didnt happen. He was very attentive until he got the deposit. Thats when the problems started. We asked for final elevations of the cabinet design and didnt see them until he sent drawings to our contractor. Thats when we realized he got the design wrong and some of the cabinets had to be reordered causing a delay. When the cabinets arrived half of them had the wrong finish because he didnt understand how to order the finish we wanted. Others were damaged in shipment. Again, reorder, reship and more delay. When we got the next delivery there were more damaged cabinets which were supposed to be inspected before we got them but werent. All through the process we had to call and ask for progress and we rarely heard back and never saw him. I had to call the cabinet company directly to get any answers. He insisted on much more of a deposit than I was comfortable with and I made the mistake of paying it so I had no leverage when things went wrong. The project took a year to complete due to his lack of response and mistakes in his ordering. I was going to give him two stars because the quality of the tile and cabinets was good and he did finally follow through on finishing the final details. I changed it to one star when I remembered him telling me I was the worst customer ever and I could F myself. I expected more for $100k.

Chuck and his team at Quinn Home gave us more time and effort than we deserved. Even after we made change after change (which then affected other selections) they never lost their patience with us. They even visited our home during installation to make sure that the layouts were correct. In the end we ended up with a home that vastly exceeded our expectations. You can not go wrong with CW Quinn Home.

The staff at CW Quinn are fantastic. For cabinets, tile or design, there is no other place you should go. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They had unique tile options that we couldn’t find anywhere else. We can’t say enough good things about them.

I have used their services for 2 jobs now, the staff is fantastic. Very welcoming and reach to work with you to fit your specific needs. They do fantastic design work and are just great people in general. Highly recommend them for any project big or small.

We had a very bad experience with these people. First of all they said that they had all tile in stock Second,They tried to give us the wrong tile. When confronted with pictures of the tile that we ordered they admitted that they gave us the wrong tile for the floor.Then the tile for the shower was the wrong tile also. We ordered smooth subway tile and they gave us some crazy hand made tile that would have come out crooked. Our tile contractor would not even install it because he said that it was a look that we would not be happy with it. They did not let us know beforehand that this type of tile was going to look like that. We had to wait for over three weeks for tile that is very common. We paid a lot of money for this and we will never do business with Quinn again. Dwight Reimer

CW Quinn Home was fantastic to work with. I originally intended to do a bathroom remodel and ended up with three new bathrooms and half of my kitchen.Chuck than you very much for your attention during our development stages. Your attention made me feel very special.

Stay away from this retailer! He is more interested in taking your money and not following up with the install. He ordered a wrong size cabinet and will not make good on it. He blames everyone but himself. He does not return calls and disappears for days at a time. He had a shop in Cathderal City, CA and closed it up over night.....Buyer beware! I will let everyone know the level of service he provides. Shame on you Chuck Quinn!
