We feel so fortunate to have found Central Coast Flooring, Cabinets and Granite for our LVP install! Tim, Gigi and the crew are phenomenal. We were in a bit of a bind trying to get new flooring installed from afar prior to moving in to our new home, and Tim went above and beyond to make it happen. We could’ve be more grateful! Tim and Gigi are great communicators who are always welcoming, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and informative. Since we were out of town when the job was being completed, we sincerely appreciated the photo updates sent along the way. We were beyond impressed by how Tim took initiative to help, even when unrelated to flooring- like calling an electrician when our garage door wouldn’t work, checking in with us when he noticed our chickens were out (they weren’t supposed to be!) or making sure that our windows we’re locked and covered since we hadn’t yet moved in. We were able to relax knowing Tim and his crew were looking out for both our floor install and our home. Everyone involved in our install was extremely courteous and left the house cleaner than they found it. Not only was the job finished when promised despite some surprises (at no fault to CC Flooring- joys of buying a new house with unexpected glued-on hardwood and elevation changes), the result is simply beautiful. The photos speak for themselves! They are true professionals. We will be sure to share CC Flooring’s info with others and look forward to working with them again, next time on our kitchen remodel!

I am so impressed with Gigi, Tim, Chad and Jose’s crew! I decided to have my kitchen counters replaced 8 weeks before our wedding. I shopped around and loved the customer service I received. Counters were supposed to be in by October 29. Guess what! The counters were finished on October 16! The plumber they recommended finished up yesterday and I have a completed job, EARLY! Love the counters and sink. Would recommend this team to EVERYONE!

It was our first time not only owning our home, but also going through a renovation. We had met with a few different contractors and didnt have a great feeling after our meetings. Everyone wanted to rip our tiny condo down to bare bones and do everything custom, which wasnt what we wanted.We were under a time crunch being in between places and of course on a budget.Walking in to Central Coast Flooring all that uneasiness totally disappeared. First off we were met by the best dog Scooter, such a good guy.After meeting with Tim, Chad & Gigi we knew right away they were the team we wanted to work with. They offered to come out to see our place that day. We walked through what we wanted and what was actually possible with the small space. We had a quote and a drawing a few days later.With our start date a few weeks out we had a planning meeting to go over any outstanding questions, materials, timing etc. We gave them 5 weeks to do new flooring, replace the whole kitchen & bathroom and carpets in the bedrooms. we started on June 29th and moved in August 1st! The process was extremely smooth and Tim & Chad made us aware of any issues as they came up, best of all they always had a solution for us.Chad walked around and talked to all our neighbors (condo complex) and let them know there was some work going on and what to expect etc. Their team cleaned up every night and left everything clean when they were gone (we know because we would sneak in every night to check it out).Central Coast Flooring delivered everything on time, and almost exactly on budget. They even let us use their yard to paint our baseboards.I highly recommend to anyone going through a renovation project. I especially recommend them for anyone going through their first projects.It has been 7 months since we completed the renovation and we love everything about it. Materials and work is holding up great, no loose ends or empty promises with Central Coast Flooring.Gigi was extremely helpful with itemized invoices, and allowed us to pay as projects were crossed off the list which was great for us.

We used Central Coast Flooring, Cabinets and Granite for our recent hardwood floor project - changing all of the carpet to hardwood floors - and could not be happier. The two owners and installers (Tim & Chad) have a combined 50 years of experience between them, and it shows in their expertise and craftsmanship. They were so easy to work with throughout the entire process, and if any issues came up, it was never a problem for them to resolve. They followed through on everything with a high level of customer service. My only regret is that we didnt do the project years ago! Highly recommend!

I found a great selection of quality flooring at Central Coast. The best part is they have been in business installing floors for so long that they can answer any question. I actually ordered flooring in SLO and had it shipped to Tucson. It was faster than they could deliver there. Great experience and ended up with beautiful maple floors.

I would probably give them more stars if they were professional enough to show up at our scheduled meeting. I went into the store and was looking at countertops. They couldn’t get someone out to our home for 2 weeks, which seemed long to wait for a consultation, but I just scheduled an appointment. I took off work to be home on Monday at 9am. At 9:10am I called the store and was shocked that the man who was supposed to meet me answered the phone. He was oblivious to our meeting time and sounded very nonchalant about waisting my time. I was taken back by his care free attitude, and told him I would call back to reschedule (since I had a meeting at 10am that day). He basically said “ok” and hung up on me. I’m not one to write reviews, but feel there is a level of professionalism a business should have. Valuing a customers time is important. I will not be calling back out of principal. Plus, down the street is another company who has been super accommodating and helpful to our project.UPDATE: I did call at 9:05am and they did not say they were running late. They specifically said when would you like to schedule your appointment, which insinuated that they did not remember that we had an appointment to begin with. Then they said that their wife was not there yet, so they were unable to come until 9:35am, to which I said no because I had a meeting in Pismo at 10am. Once again, I felt that the business did not value my time. If they were unable to make the appointment, they should have called to notify me that they would not be there. I would have been fine with - as I am an understanding person.

As before - Tim and his team did a wonderful job. And - the price was good!!Thank you Tim and we will certainly recommend you to anyone needing flooring or cabinets.

We had a great experience with Central Coast Flooring! They gutted our home on September 9 and finished on November 11 (9/9-11/11) of the same year (2019)!!! . They provided and installed our new cabinets (kitchen and baths), new flooring (hard wood and carpet). New countertops (quartz), sinks, shower surrounds, tile/marble work, built ins, bath tub....They (Tim and Chad and their crew) were easy to work with and kept us updated as they went. We particularly liked their detailed schedule of when certain jobs we’re supposed to take place (demo days, countertop day, appliance day, plumber and electrician rough in and finish days, shower glass and mirror install.... They had all this scheduled in advance. They stuck to their schedule and finished on time.Paperwork was impeccable and detailed thanks to Gigi in the office. They provided a payment schedule for us too, which was nice and kept us on track too.Our new/old home turned out great,...we couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with their work and Central Coast Flooring work ethic and their dedication to this job.Very grateful,Keith and Lisa Andrew

Great experience with Central Coast Flooring. From the initial talk with Chad, to the final walk through it went smoothly. I had them replace the flooring on my first story and I love the result. Chad brought samples to our house a couple of times to sort out choices, and once I had decided he sent an estimate in a day or two. The only hiccup was we had to wait a couple of weeks for some carpet that was ordered to show up. The tech who did the actual work was quick, accurate and had the whole thing done in one day. Chad actually took back the baseboard that he had prepared and redid another set because he didnt like the color . I intend to use them again to do a bathroom remodel and highly recommend this smaller, local company.
