3 hours at store today, I left because store was going to close in 1.5 hours and they wouldnt have phone ready. Second time there. Many phone calls. 2hours 20 min on hold with warranty people. Still no replacement phone. Bad info on replacement phone. Terrible product knowledge. Get to come back again. Be sure to bring spare battery for your replacement phone, cause you dont get one with phone. Warranty on phone is not worth the hours to get replacement.Thanks for the reply. How about an actual email address? I tried sending note and I need INVITATION or something to send. I want to go in store ONE LAST time AND less than an hour to pick up phone I paid for. Better than email, maybe text me? You have my number. You know the speaker does not work well so calling me is not productive.

One of the employees, Mr. Gee, was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot an issue. Online, it now says that any T Mobile Store can also service Sprint customers. That is far from the current reality. Instead of sending me to a different -formerly Sprint- location, however, Mr. Gee hopped on the phone with Sprint customer service and walked through the issue with me right there in store. While the issue turned out to be brand incompatibility, I truly appreciate Mr. Gees help in finally having an answer after several frustrating calls and chats with Sprint that led nowhere. Im so very thankful Mr. Gee was there to finally resolve a very frustrating problem.

Marsh Street store told me I could not buy my wife a specific iPhone with a specific Plan from T-Mobile.Went to Marigold Center store and left an hour later with the exact phone I wanted and the exact Plan I wanted.

I first went into this T-Mobile store almost a year ago to replace a phone and had a great experience being helped by one of there employees, Steven. I went back with a problem recently and he ended up being the one that helped me again. Now I go in to Steven with any questions that I have. It’s so great to know that there’s someone at my locate T-Mobile that I can trust to give it to me straight! Keep up the great work‼️

Great customer service!!! We had lots of questions and they answered them patiently and in a very friendly manner. Our rep really cared about doing what was best for us - even when it meant a lower sale for him! And we love our new phones :)

Rude and full of attitude. All for a simple question. Left the store and went online and called the T-Mobile contact number. The rep was amazing. The two workers in the store have something to learn about customer service. Today’s date is 10/16 and I went in around noon.

Had a great experience at T-MOBILE today. Went in to switch from Sprint and hook up 2 phones, which we did seemlessly. Also added a third line and a brand new phone for free and the monthly payment is much cheaper than we were paying before. Maiko provided excellent service!

Id been having an issue where I could not send or receive picture and group text messages on my unlocked Android phone after traveling to an area where I was on roaming. Or maybe it was after the last OS update. Anyway, a feature I used often, so I was annoyed.I popped in 10 minutes before close on a Wednesday night. I thought maybe Id need a new SIM card. Matthew thought for a moment, reconfigured a couple settings, and patiently helped me test the fix, which was a success.I really appreciated his friendly assistance, especially for a BYO-phone that he had probably not been formally trained on. My husband and I have been with T-Mobile for two and a half years. My phone just dies out of nowhere. My husband calls tmobile informing them we have been loyal customers and cant afford to put hundreds down for a new phone and if there is anything they can do for us. The customer clerk at tmobile calls tmobile in slo and they offer us something in our price range A new phone for 22.00 down. That is more doable down payment then hundreds of dollars down. We went in and I got my new phone. The customer service was great!!! Shoutout to Rueben, John, and Maiko who helped us! Maiko took his time to explain and help us get the best deal possible. Great service!

I recently had amazing experience with one of the fellows down at the T-mo store! Prior to this encounter i had always had an understanding that going into the tomobile store would take hours and altough very friendly, the staff would make the transaction overly complicated and long. MATHEW was amazing! He helped my boyfriend and his mom get on a killer plan with no hidden adgenda. I really appreciate a straightforward sales person:) anyways thanks Mathew, it was a pleasure! Give this guy a raise!!
