I have been in the NEW MAC Store a few times already and LOVE it. I cant wait to go back and buy more.

Ive been wearing MAC since 2000. The best make up ever. Great quality. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Less than 15 hours after buying something, I realized I got the wrong color and needed to exchange. I didnt take up anyones time, I was in an out. Since it was a lip liner, when I checked out she asked me if I could just put it in my purse. That was fine with me. I had done a lot of shopping that day and cut off tags and tossed my receipts. When I called the next morning to ask about exchanging my liner, I was met with total attitude. When I told her I didnt have a receipt and I paid cash... OH NO... I was told that is not their policy. I told her who was in the store and who helped me, but that fell on deaf ears. I asked her if she would like me to go through my trash, and she actually said, yes, if I wanted to exchange. I was shocked but went out to the dumpster and found the stupid tiny receipt. As a Makeup Artist for over 20 years, they lost an important customer. The snobbish attitude these girls had was embarrassing. I hope Management teaches better than this if you want repeat customers. I wont be one of those.

I had amazing customer service, I wish I wrote down the gentlemans name. Parking is always tough in the area, but otherwise a great experience.

Went in and was hoping to get assisted so I could find a new highlighter and I walked around the store for 5 minutes without even being looked at by anyone in there. There were lots of women doing girls makeup but there were at least 2 just walking around who didnt even acknowledge I was in there. Very rude and I will never spend my money there
