I came in wanting to browse tablets. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. They were more interested in making sure I had all the information necessary than closing the sale.I didnt end up buying anything, but thats only because they didnt have what I wanted in stock.
If I could give this store 10 stars I would! They helped me resolve an issue I was having with my IPAD. I had turned in my IPAD + WiFi+Cellular capability at Best Buy due to a cracked screen using my Apple Care insurance. 2 weeks later I go to pick my replacement up at Best Buy and I am informed that Apple sent me the wrong IPAD which did not have WiFi+ Cellular capabilities. I had been on the phone with Apple Care for 4 months trying to get my issue resolved until I decided to go to the Apple Store in San Luis Obispo. They called into Apple Care trying to resolve my issue for an hour until Apple Care said they weren’t going to fix their error. So this Apple Store offered to provide me with a newer version of the IPAD I had with WiFi+ Cellular capability! I just want to say Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate everything you did for me and foe picking up after Apple Care failed me! 10 stars for customer service!!! Definitely will recommend!
Helped by Liam. Friendly and professional. Made the process of solving an issue with my iphone stress free. Great people here 👍
Got my screen replaced under warranty. Very nice staff & fast service.
This review is NOT for the store, I wouldn’t bother posting a review but I’m going to take my time on this one. This is for the Customer Service Rep name Ryan. I came to the Apple store in SLO after leaving geek squad in Best Buy (by the way don’t waste your time and go there, absolutely waste of time and beyond TRASH customer service.) They told me I needed a new phone and there was nothing they can do. I was hopeless when I arrived to Apple in SLO until God brought Ryan my way, I work customer service and I love to make people smile & laugh and that man made my life so much easier after not having a phone for nearly 2 days. In conclusion, Apple thank you for hiring people like Ryan and thanks for a clean environment folks.
Avoid this place at all costs. Not only is super dirty and usually surrounded by homeless, but they mess up on traits and claim they can do stuff they actually can’t. Got one phone screen replaced, and left with a phone that could no longer access the camera application or a couple other features.Scheduled an appointment to have my phone data transferred to my new device which they said they could. Instead they informed me I have to pay $300 for another screen replacement and that they couldn’t transfer data from my old phone to a new phone. Over Apple and going back to competitors with Sd cards.
Charging My iPhone 12 is not compatible with my Ranger. It took a lot energy via lightning to usb. Went there with explanation for proper product. Staff was unmotivated to assist me through texting communication. It’s viable to do because I’m Deaf. His eyes looking behind me at the entrance for incoming customers and suggested me to go to Best Buy via voice to text on his phone. That’s the FIRST time a Apple store referring me to other place. Higuera Street? How sad....
Very clean place to eat . Great service from Lauren. Thank you.
Bearer of bad news! They broke it to me genteelly !! My phone took its last breath😔
Apple support said my laptop qualifies for their recall replacement of a butterfly keyboard, battery & speakers.Upon arrival to the apple store I come to find out my 2016 laptop is 1 year outside of their 4 year policy to replace the sub par parts.Really ruined my day & time lol. It honestly figures though. It really doesn’t surprise me that Apple would try to pull something like this.I Wish I didn’t need to use Logic Pro x & Final Cut Pro x & be forced to use overpriced equipment that takes a poop on you right outside of a policy lol
Asked if a cracked camera lens could be fixed . They said I had to buy a whole new device . What a bunch of liars .
My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant experience here today. The older gentleman named Mark was very nice and super helpful. Thank you apple and it’s employees! (:
Jim Rizzi in the business department is helpful, polite and efficient. A real pleasure to work with him. Highly recommend this apple store.
10/10 experience! Came here during the pandemic and Chris /(whole staff) was so helpful! I was able to switch my broken phone for a new one. Thank you so much, my new phone is working perfectly!!
What a wonderful experience today! We were assisted immediately by very helpful and kind persons: Shane and Bryan.Thank you, Shane, for your kindness and attentiveness, especially with being diligent in cleaning the iPads before our class!Thank you, Bryan (Brian?), for your excellent skill in teaching us the basics of Procreate. I really appreciated your patience and knowledge! And it was fun!
Best phone store vist Ive ever had. Took my daughters phone up there to get it reset. I myself have an android but after this visit I am going to go to Apple. Costumer services was above and behond
Made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment to be helped. The gentleman who helped us at the genius Bar was nice. The other issue I had was with their security. I had a fussy toddler (after having to stand in a corner for 20 minutes who could blame her) with me who was growing impatient. While trying to distract her as the associate took my phone in the back I walked 2 feet away from the table to show her the phone cases. No other customers or workers where close to that area. We where approached by a security guard who told us (pretty rudely) to go back to our table. We didn’t touch anything, didn’t get close to the product. I get covid is an issue but If you see someone with a small kid who is losing their mind and a parent who is trying to keep the kid from running around by distracting them don’t approach them rudely and tell them to go. Definitely didn’t make me want to make a purchase after that.
I’ve been in several times and have only good comments to make. Very well organized and knowledgeable.Efficient, able to answer all my questions. I know it’s routine to the employees but they make you feel valued. Not like your a pain.
Great staff that saved my iPhone when it was stolen. I went there to buy a replacement and they helped me track the old one down. Long story short we succeeded and it was those apple geniuses that gave me hope when I had given up.
Very restricted with the covid policyes
As far as Apple retail locations go, this spot tends to miss the mark when it comes to engaging the customer and providing excellent customer service. Typically, my experience with Apples brick-n-mortar spots has been outstanding. For whatever reason, this spot has rarely gone above and beyond for the customer during my store visits. The staff seems to be comprised of quite a few young, college-aged reps that generally do not seem enthusiastic about their job duties. They fail to ask qualifying questions in order to find out the needs of the customer and far too often I find myself having to guide the rep through the interaction as opposed to the other way around (as it should be). Possibly, this is an issue of undercompensating employees for their efforts. More than likely, its an issue with quality leadership and proper motivation. Either way, if you have the opportunity to work with another location, maybe in your home town or on vacation, go for it. The only thing I would do is be sure to confirm that any purchases made elsewhere would still be able to have access to full support from all locations in case anything ends up requiring a future visit to this retail location. Oh, and if you arent liking the rep thats assigned to you, I definitely recommend asking to be set up with a different rep or simply coming back another day to be helped by someone else that might be a better match (or more competent). Thanks for reading and best of luck!
Found a way to waste my time 3 different days for many hours. They Sent my phone to get repaired and didn’t end up getting repaired. Missed 3 days of work for them to realize something they could have noticed on the first day. I thought this was finally my best experience considering they’re usually not helpful, turned out to be the worst ever. My disappointment is the fact they wasted my time. I was greeted politely but the guy that eventually helped me didn’t seem to care at all quite rude.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PHONE THIS STORE DIRECTLY. YOU WILL BE RE-ROUTED TO “APPLE SUPPORT”, WHICH IS USELESS.
This is my second time needing to go into the Apple Store for two different reasons, but in both cases I was welcomed in and treated very kindly and professionally. The first time was a while ago, and I had to wait because it was a walk in appointment, the second time I booked a genius appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. In both situations, I was lucky to work with Miles (one of the geniuses at Apple)! Miles has been very educational and has outlined my options in both cases to where I feel as informed as possible when making decisions. Its really important to me that I can trust someone with anything that I would purchase at apple, whether its my phone or my laptop. If everyone there is as awesome as Miles then I will definitely be returning for any and all Apple things.
Went down there to look at buying a new computer today. The hours posted online (and told to me by an Apple employee) indicated theyd be open at 11am. I got there and was the 3rd person there. After a few minutes, I was told they wouldnt be opening till 1pm. This is pure b.s. I will not buy anything from them again. Unfortunately, their attitude was like Oh, too bad for you. If theyre not going to honor the hours they post, then theyve lost a customer.
Fast and efficient customer service.
Very disappointed and so un professional, I order a phone online yesterday and they confirmed my order that it was ready for pick up the next day, I drove 3 hours to SLO Apple Store at 2 pm like we scheduled to find out the store was closed and wasn’t able to pick up my phone purchase.. waste of time drove 3 hours away from home for nothing and they told me there was nothing they can do and what was going on was out of there control, I asked if they could ship it since they made me drive there for nothing and they denied it saying they couldn’t ship it that I needed to pick it up at there store even tho customer service was unaware that Apple store in slo was closed due to protest smh never again will I order here
Terrible customer service. Had us waiting there for an extra 1.5 hours for a problem they said they could fix at first, and some technician walks by and says “we can’t fix that” extremely rude demeanor and unprofessional. This Apple store is a joke and would definitely recommend taking the time to go to Santa Barbara if you actually want help with your phone etc.
They are handling safety during the pandemic very well.
Me and my friend went in to have his phone looked at iPhone S7. Checked in with one Associates I said it be 40 minutes are quick and attentive to all of our needs
I have been shopping here since it opened. Our family has many Apple products and they all work, even after many years. Whenever I need help figuring out something, the staff is happy to help. If I have a broken cord, it is usually replaced. I dont agree with everything Apple does, ( not having enough products when first released and having to order them online, having to make appointment when I have equipment issues,...) However, I appreciate the fact that there is a store that can help me with my devices. When I had other phones, there was not a store that would offer free workshops to learn more about them. The staff is friendly to me and my family and quick to offer help if needed. For repairs on devices not under warranty, I go to iMechanic or Mac Superstore. I have read reviews about cords and other things like that. Apple products are great but not indestructible, buy Apple Care if you can. All in all this store does a good job at helping people get the most out of their devices. I encourage going to the free workshops if you want to learn more.
They dont answer their phone.
They have made my multiple visits the absolutely terrible. I have to go there since theyre the only Apple store open close to me but they are rude, inconvenient, and make shopping a nuisance. Also very inconsistent on how you can visit the store.
When I went to the Apple store my mom and I were interested in the Apple upgrade program. So josh came to us and talked about it. We decided we were going to do it but the iPhone XR did not have the service that we were on. Then josh said that all the other phones had the service that we were on. So we went to the iPhone XS and we got that and went through the whole process and then he said that it did not work with any of them. Then my mom and I left. After that I had the worst weekend ever. I was so sad that I was not talking to anyone. So that was the worst experience at the Apple store because of that stupid idiot josh guy.
Stood around in store for 10 minutes and didnt get help from anyone, let alone have my presence acknowledged.
Randy or the manager saved my vacation! I just started grad school and had lost my plug to charge my computer he was so helpful and generous!!! Five stars from me!
Check in is busy and chaotic. They need a much better system. I got shoved out of the way by people who refused to wait in line and the employees didnt really care. I had an appointment. 15 minutes past my appointment time they were calling and helping people who came in behind me. What was the point of an appointment? Its very disorganized, needs better management. The saving grace is that the geniuses know their stuff.
Long story short, got a iphone 6 for $325 30 days ago with 90 days warranty. Device stared having issues (soft/hardware we dont know). We tried everything they said to fix it but no luck, (couple of trips involved) they couldnt fix it either. Apple can only give me $125 now for that device under warranty when I paid 325 30 days ago. The wait times are also extremely long but I wont complain on that since its the only store in the area. Staff are nice, professional and friendly though
I take my kids there because they have iPhones. They have to explain everything to me. For I am just a caveman. The blinking lights and buzzing sounds confuse me. I dont understand the language. Its a nice store though.
Very helpful staff. They helped select and configure a new iPhone phone for my Father and the results were beyond excellent.
Lots of customers, but Roger helped us with a new phone purchase. Great service.
I first arrived at the Apple store and I made an appointment at the Genius Bar and the women said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. So we decided to walk around and just wait for them to text us when they where ready. So after about 20 minutes and no text back we decided to head back to the store. The women checked us in and told us to wait in the back and we would be helped shortly. We ended up waiting in the back for about an hour. When we were finally helped the man had no idea what he was talking about and could not fix our issue. Then later in the car I researched my problem and was able to figure it out myself. I would not recommend going to this location the people working in the store only really cared about you if you were buying something.
Great service❤️
Always used to love apple and their Genius Bar. However recently I have noticed it has been going down with customer service and product quality. Most of the staff don’t seem too happy and a lot of the time can’t help you with your problem.
Wont make appointment to sell a power cord. Demands only one cord be used and then wont make available.
Busy place but the staff compliment the product! Way to go SLO Apple Store. There are two nearby public parking spots, the one near Barnes and Noble always has an open spot and is close enough to walk around the block to get to the Apple Store.
Let me start out by saying that there is NOTHING genius about this bar. I went in this morning to get a new phone via the upgrade program... simple, right? Somehow during this process, Luigi and his offensive breath had successfully programmed my mom’s(who, mind you, lives across the country and has no idea what is going on,) phone number onto MY phone. Two hours and three “geniuses” later, I walked out with no new phone and when I asked the store manager what to do, he had no resolution for me. Truly the worst experience I have ever had. This place is a total sh*%show. Please train your employees thoroughly before throwing them out onto the floor. WHAT.A.DISASTER.
Im not an apple customer, I work for the local T-Mobile store. This stores employees have no consideration for their customers or our store. We have told the employees on multiple occassions that we get paid based off of our conversion and to stop sending customers to our store to update their sim cards because it messes up our commission and their sim cards DO NOT need to be updated. Simply just need to switch their sim cards from their old phone to their new phone. There is NO differences between the two. We constantly get customers that were previously at the apple store that apple couldnt do simple things for them like look up their apple ID or reset their password but then come to us to do it which we dont mind but again it shows a lot about the employees at the Apple store. I am not bashing on them I am simply stating facts and the fact of the matter is that unless this store stops sending customers to our store to update sim cards this is going to stay a 1 star. If you guys at the apple store can stop and be courtesy of our store then I will change this rating to 5 star. Thanks for understanding in advance :)
We had an appointment but couldnt go inside because of the time it would take to do what needed to be done. The young man helped us outside but we never did get it all finished.
Clean well run store. Always helpful staff. No complaints at all, keep up the good work!
Purchased new iPhone XS and was helped a by very kind employee Fundip. She made the whole process very easy. I was not rushed and she answered all of my questions. I was worried about all of my data transferring over and she made the whole process clear and easy. We had some hiccups with email and she took the time to get it all figured out for me, instead of rushing me out with instructions. I really appreciated her help and would highly recommend this Apple Store.
Not pleased with the service at all. The staff seemed unwilling to help and encouraged me to come back another day after I waited for 3 hours. Worst Apple store Ive visited. Sorry to say, but true.
Friendly and helpful staff. As some have said, wait times can be long but there is so much to do in downtown SLO its no problem for me. I just left our phone and came back before the estimated repair time.
Beverly was really helpful. And understanding
They are well staffed, but the staff isnt necessarily friendly. They are a bit pushy, and the person we were dealing with was very sarcastic. Came in to get a new iPhone and it took nearly 2 hours, the sales person I was dealing with was joking about how long it was going to take, but it took longer! It came to the point that the manager had to come out to get it to work and then it only took 15 minutes. Manager was super nice and helpful but the other people were terrible.
Very noisy. I definitely learned a few tricks on my MacBook but it was difficult to follow along due to the noise. According to the instructor, the class was bigger than usual.
Favorite store!!!!I love to spend a few hours every month at my favorite store!! The staff is very helpful and ready and willing to show the latest and greatest.
Stood around for 15 minutes and was not helped. This place gets busy and I would suggest going during off hours. Once helped, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem you will face is getting that help.
My G5 tower died this morning. I was horrified. Horrified and panicked. The thing wouldnt even boot up. It was however six years old, so hoping (praying) it was a small issue I took it in. Turned out to be the logic board which was about $500 to replace. Still cheaper than a new computer, or so I thought. Back in the day my G5 was about $2500. Then the tech explained to me that the brand new Mac Minis had comparable, if not better specs than my old G5. Not only did I get a new computer for only $100 more, but they also were able to recover everything on my hard drive, and I was basically able to plug-in and go. Still had all of my apps, and all of my data. These guys came THROUGH for me today.
It pays to have an appointment. I went right in. Purchased a new phone and watch band. They are very conscientious in their Covid procedures. The staff is marvelous and very Knowledgeable. Shopping at the San Luis Obispo Store is a pleasantly and memorable experience.
Its nice and sleek and expensive, just like you would expect. Folks were decent and staff were pretty friendly. Nothing above average, or below average for the store. The location can be difficult to reach in peak traffic times, but otherwise nothing good or bad to say.
I purchased my Mac Pro on a Saturday night online and arranged for a Sunday pickup...The next day prior to the appointment a friend had told me about a school promotion where you get $100 off plus free Beat Headphones...! After arriving I was paired with Celine, who was ultimately able to return my original order and resubmit a second order so I would benefit from this promotion...!So heres the deal...This young lady handled this like a boss...! She didnt quit until she found the solution, which wasnt easy for her as Apples system wasnt letting her do this very easily, but she talked with a manager and was able to get it done..!Celine was quite possibly one of the best customer service professionals I have ever experienced...!So once again Im thoroughly impressed with Apple not only because of their outstanding products, but also because of the outstanding people...!So thank you Celine....! I was very impressed with you young lady...!Greg Hagen
Five stars for the staff. Friendly people all around. Three stars because its Apple and I cannot stand their software or OS. Not the worst Evil organization (lookin at you EA and Activision). However still just an over priced babies-first-computer. It was upon this visit to the genius bar my wife realized just how many people had stupid little bugs and ticks with their Apple products and has since decided when shes ready to upgrade her phone and computer that shell be actually upgrading to something worth her time and money.
Terrible service. I put my name on the list when I got there, but was skipped over and had to wait even longer after bringing it to the attention of manager. Then they wouldn’t even help me with my problem.
So difficult to find someone to help me and the two people I finally managed to track down seemed pretty disinterested. Hey I get it ... Its a holiday and there are other things theyd rather be doing, but ... What happened to quality customer service?
Always a good experience at this location — very clean and pretty, like Apple just is. Tyrone is the best Apple Rep EVER and just the best at customer service in general, very helpful and very real.
Employees were attentive. I would have rated it 5 starts, but they had no dedicated parking lot for their customers. I had to park several blocks away from the store.
I found staff very unwelcoming, blunt and honestly rude towards simply waiting to pick up my device. I was practically asked by an employee what my business was for being here and had to confirm my appointment time after only waiting for 5mn. Could work on social skills.
I always love going in to apple stores whatever city I am in, and it was no different with this store. Great service and obviously a great location in the middle of downtown. Try it out!
Sometimes the door workers are not so friendly.
Lines too long!! Have to make appointments
Very nice Apple Store. The team is great and Zack is awesome ! Thank you very much guys !
Wish they have faster service!
Now that Mac Superstore has closed and turned into an El Pollo Loco, I am left with the actual Apple store. Now, the Apple store is not a bad place, and its interesting in its own way to see what products there are. But the wait time for the genius bar is just a little too much for me. A tip an employee told me:Wait outside at 9:45 (they open at 10) and they will put you on the waitlist. When I brought in my laptop, it was OF COURSE working perfectly fine. But the gentleman that helped me was helpful and provided a solution in case the problem persists. In general, the staff is friendly enough and the place is always so clean!
Just dealt with Lemoore and all I wanted was an appt. What I got was attitude and no appt. Apple is not easy to deal with at all. Like the phone hate the service I get.
I got to the store early 10:30 AM, and was informed it would be a 2 hour and 30 minute wait for the next technician to inspect my BEATS Headphones which I informed them broken and could not power on.Meanwhile there are several Apple Employees standing around chit chatting with other Apple Employees.I was finally helped around 12:45 PM, which only took two minutes for the Technician to inform me my product was broken and would need to be sent back to Apple for servicing.APPLE STORE IN SAN LUIS OBISPO IS THE WORST WITH THE LONGEST WAIT EVER!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT COOL!!!also THEY CAN GREATLY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY TO HELP CUSTOMERS BY HIRING MORE skilled and knowledgeable TECHNICIANS, WHICH WOULD ALSO PROMOTE A DECREASE IN WAIT TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place if you own a iPhone. Very good and well trained staff
Set up an appointment for 12:50, arrived at 12:35 and the guy told me to come back when it was closer to my turn. So I waited until 12:50 and then he was like okay just hangout for a bit longer. Waited until about 1:05 and still no help. Taking my business elsewhere to get my screen fixed and for a lot cheaper too. Dont go here unless you HAVE to. Apples screwing people of money and their time
Great assistance and solved my problem quickly. Everyone one was super friendly.
Friendly helpful and fast service
I have never used the support foe Apple. My first experience with both phone and support was exceptional. In the store with an appointment I was helped in about 10 to 15 minutes. On this day the were really busy. The person that helped me Sat with me for about an hour to figure out what the problem was since it was between my phone and Apple watch. I was really impressed with the t r double shooting and explaining e very thing she did. You might sYmpathy an hour is a long time but I spent a morning trying resolve it myself and then called support and we spent another hour to try to resolve over the phone. Since I have been so attached to my watch I was elated when all my problems where resolved. Thank you to Apple staff
I have been shopping here since they opened. I have purchased hardware and software and accessed the genius bar. I have ALWAY had excellent service.
Trying to make an appointment at the genius bar was a very frustrating experience. Neither online tech support, over the phone scheduling, nor the in store employees seemed to know how to set one up. When I finally found someone on the phone willing to take a stab at it, he needed the phones serial number and a lot of other extra information to set me up. Why? Im currently on hold, where I have been for 20 minutes. Clearly the employee handling my call is waiting for me to just hang up. Nice job, Apple. Im very disappointed. Oh, I went by the store earlier today to try to get help there, but was met with apathy and indifference. All I wanted was an appointment!! Avoid the store, avoid Apple I guess. Really a drag! PS I gave them one star because Google reviews requires at least one to allow me to post the review. If that werent the case, I would have not given this store any stars. Really disappointed.
A few times, the wait has been about one hour long than I was quoted at the beginning of my visit. However, the store is great, has a great staff, and is always clean, so I would definitely recommend!
Other than rushing me through the process and let me look at the computer my experience with this store was very good
Worst customer service ever... Came in with the intention to get a new phone but no one asked even though there’re quite a few of them just staring at me.
In an attempt to activate a new IPhone...second visit to this Apple location in San Luis Obispo. Previously was told I needed an Apple ID and Password....OK...got it. Needed help in transferring photos, emails, and contacts from a Samsung....staff was very helpful - Katherine and Ryan exceeded normal customer service...thank you for that. Transition has been made....now how to learn the IPhone world after 10 years with SAMSUNG.
Should be easier. Can I purchase a phone without getting a genius involved?Maybe apple fanboys cant function without so called genius. Insulting isnt it?
Terrible customer service. I walked in with an issue with my iPhone and the guy standing with his iPad by the front door treated me like I wasn’t worth his time or energy. His attitude was just plain nasty and uncalled for. If you don’t want to deal with customer issues, then maybe just maybe don’t work in a customer service field.
My husband and I went to the Apple Store on Higuera to see if the new Apple watch was available to look at prior to the pre-order date. We were greeted by three young people who would not let us past the front of the store until interrogating us about our purposes. Then, after telling us the watches were not yet available, they still would not let us go beyond their imaginary line to browse the store... I guess we didnt pass their snob check. I think Ive been using Apple products since before some of them were born :-) Dont bother going into their store. Shop on-line or go to the Mac Superstore on LOVR.
Very long wait times. I recommend you call and make an appointment, but youll probably still wait....
Excellent service: Eric Morana and Brian Moseley worked a miracle for me on my 5yr old grandaughters Apple tablet.
This Apple store is conveniently located downtown and has several friendly workers. They are usually pretty busy but there is always someone available to help.
I woke up this morning to a completely black MacBook screen and a laptop that wouldnt turn on which is obviously very concerning. Im a student and my MacBook has all my college class notes and files as well as photos from high school. When I went to the Apple Store to get help right at the 10am opening I was told I would have to wait 2 hours. I register for classes at 11am so I started crying because literally everything has gone wrong for me today. Instead of being sympathetic the old man who was booking my appointment asked have a lot of important stuff on here? And I said yeah all of my high school photos and Im just really worried I lost them. To which he condescendingly replies oh those are your whole life huh? Which makes me start balling because I really dont need a millennial dig thrown at me while looking at a potentially very expensive MacBook fix that my college income is not going to cover. Long waits and unsympathetic employees are what you should expect here.
Terrible salesman sold me wrong item mlm i dont use apple any5ging
Get there early. The issue may be resolved while waiting. Very helpful staff.
John Cunningham is a terrible associate. Such a racist. Will never return to this Apple location and I spent over $200,000 with this location in the last year.
Drove 50 mins after being on the phone with Apple and being told we just had to go pick up new phones. We got to the location and they told us something completely different than what we were told on the phone about upgrading. We left empty handed to drive 50 mins back. We called ahead of time to avoid these issues and the worse part was the comment when the manager told us to forget everything we had been told prior to him because it was wrong and he was right.
Love this store hard to get parking though
