This is a very popular ice cream shop. They make your order right in front of you. You get to put an unlimited amount of toppings. The employees are nice, the price is reasonable, and the place is well taken care of. Try it out for yourself.

#allergygirl I’m allergic to milk so I rarely get frozen treats. I was able to choose cocunut milk or almond milk. I choose coconut milk. The coconut milk is poured on a 18 degree below zero tray. They spread and mix in fruit. It was amazing.

CLOSED! Researched to make sure they were open (no reviews said closed) and showed up on Sunday at 1215 and they were closed. Mail all over the floor from the previous day (mailman came by as we waited with new mail). We left after that.

The Butter Pecan - butter pecan base, Heath bar, Carmel glazed pecans, chocolate chips. Fantastic Ice Cream, love the unlimited toppings you can add to it. What a way to end the day.

My masked wife, two children and I (also masked) attempted to get ice cream at this location today. My two children, both under the age of 12, have medical exemptions from wearing masks and we were refused service. Not only is this illegal under ADA guidelines, but my children are also exempt under the California mandate. We will be filing a complaint with the ADA and will not be returning to this establishment.

Really wanted to love this place, but my first visit was disappointing. We ordered and were told it was a 30 min wait. No worries, we went to walk around while we waited. We returned at 25min, were told ours was 3rd in line. The room was crowded so we waited outside. Came back in 5min and was rudely told by the guy at the counter that he had called our name 3 times and then skipped our order. I was so confused. I tried to ask why they still couldnt make our order. He repeated rudely that he had called our name 3 times, even asking the random customer standing next to me to back him up (incredibly uncalled for). He then said that wed be next. Our name was called, but I didnt understand that we actually had to walk over to person making our ice cream. The cashier gave me the rudest look and jerked his hand for us to walk over there.I finally realized that you have to actually be standing there in front of the station in order for them to make your ice cream. The only reason for this is so they ask if you want caramel or chocolate on top. This seems silly to me. A big improvement would be to ask people what they want when they place their order and then just call their name when the ice cream is ready. The current process is very inefficient for such a long line. The staff needs more training to explain the process to customers and to make the ice cream faster because they were incredibly slow. It wasnt fair for me to be treated meanly by the cashier when I simply was trying to figure out what I was supposed to do.Ultimately, the ice cream was pretty good. Its difficult to eat in such a small bowl. The toppings are set precariously on top and fall out easily. An improvement would be bigger bowls that are taller than the ice cream rolls. The whole visit wasnt the best experience so Ill probably wait a couple months until my next visit, to give them some time to figure stuff out.

Ice cream was great! I would recommend that the owner put a mural on the back wall and have all employees where somewhat of the same color. It seemed messy and there was nothing to look at while we waited in line.. Just saying. Bomb ice cream tho

My niece turned 21 today and she wanted to go to Rolld for dessert. I never heard of it, but the store is new. Very good ice cream, but u may have to wait. It’s freshly made right in front of you. There was a good sized line when we got there and we were told it would be about 30 min to get our ice cream. It was well worth the wait and fun/interesting to watch what they do. Very friendly staff too. At $8 each, there was a good selection of tastiness on their menu. They serve their ice cream in a very unique way. It was a fun experience for all of us and we saw everyone smiling as they left as we did, especially when we started eating it. Mmmm.My wife and I will definitely go back.

Not super impressed. The ice cream was tasty albeit very pricey. Not too much bang for your buck. The service was good and staff very friendly and accommodating. For me the deal breaker was the long wait to get our rolled ice cream from the time we placed our order at least 25 min to receive our finished ice cream. Another drawback was the bowls are to small, it makes it almost impossible to keep the generous toppings from falling by the wayside. Not the best ice cream experience for us.

It was busy and we waited for 45 minutes and that was fine, we knew we had to wait. But when people that just walk in and start getting their orders and the people that we were in front of start getting their orders, something needs to happen to how you guys do the orders. Also when I was told we were next, the “manger” said we were next, and then waited for another 10 minutes and other names were called. I asked for my money back and then magically our ticket was found. The front cashier that was working stood up for us and said we should have been helped long time ago, but when I asked to talk to the owner, he didn’t even come up and introduce himself, or anything. Learn how to treat customers better.

Yummy ice cream and fun process to watch, but quite expensive. Just took four kids and spent $35. The ice cream dress ups were decorative and exciting for the kids but also overwhelming. No sizes to choose from so only one of my kids (ages 5-11) finished. Not sure we will go back.

Ice cream was incredible!!! I loved it! The reason im not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time. I feel like there should be a way to make this more experience more efficient. With how popular this place is I think fixing the time issue would draw in even more people! But it is well worth a 30 minute wait! If I only based this on the ice cream it would be a 4 or 5. However, service was miserable. No doubt it was busy because it was 4th of July weekend, but still no excuse as I watched one of their female employees slowly plod around, check her phone in the back room where she thought no one could see her, and basically waste time as a line of nearly 20 people waited to have their orders filled. Other employees were in the back room laughing and joking but didnt come out front to help. There were 5 people in front of me and I waited almost half and hour.If theres a line and you dont have 30 minutes or more to wait for ice cream, dont stop here. Clearly no training in customer service, very low expectations for their employees, or no manager to make sure standards are up to par.

I went here today for the first time just to check it out there was a wait but I ordered the hazelnut with Oreos and brownie toppings and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly and considerate. Overall from getting to watch them roll the ice cream to eat it I had a great experience there. Im definitely going to come back with my friends and family.

Absolutely love Rolld! So many different flavors to choose from my personal favorite is fruity pebbles. After ordering I had an hour to kill so I walked around downtown and by the time I got back they called my name. The staff is super friendly and work so hard to make each ice cream for you personally so I didn’t have a problem with the wait, it’s not like I’m running into rite aid to get a scoop of ice cream It’s an art what these people are doing. The ice cream here was really good. Everything they make is very photogenic and customized to however you want. The texture of the ice cream was very fluffy and light. They also have non-dairy bases and it is really easy to adjust to dietary restrictions. The only thing that was annoying was the wait time. There were only about 5 people in front of me when I ordered and I waited 35 minutes before my order was ready. I wasnt in a rush so I still enjoyed the ice cream, but it is something to keep in mind if youre looking for a nice place to get ice cream.

Went there the other day and the line was a little long but wanted to try out this new place. Once we ordered we waited for our ice cream to be made. We then noticed that everyone that paid after us were already getting their ice cream. And they told us they were related to the owner. I dont think its okay to delay our order for someone else unless there was a mistake.

IGNORE THE HATERS! If you see a long line, JUST ASK how long the wait is if you’re in a hurry. The people that were staffed were extremely busy the whole time, they didn’t have time to catch every person that walked in the door. Most people got in the line of people that already ordered instead of going to the cash register where the sign says “order here,” so no wonder they didn’t acknowledge everyone. They can call you when your turn is up if you want to walk around while you wait. Yeah it’s a ridiculous wait (mine was about 1 1/2 hrs), but it was so good I wanted to go back the next day.

Delicious ice cream! Unfortunately not run well at all. Lines are usually too long and youll be waiting around 30 minutes everytime you go. Cherry on top is they like to mess with instacart shoppers by claiming they didnt deliver items that made it in. Not sure if the employees are just that clueless or what but clearly management is not good here.

Slowest service on the planet. Line out the door, nearly an hour late, and the “workers” are stuck in slow motion. It is obvious that it doesn’t matter to them. Great idea. Great product. Poor implementation. As it is: doesn’t deserve to survive as a business.

We had two wait two hours to get our ice cream and my parents were good but mine wasn’t that good. Not to mention people walked in ordered and got there’s with in 20 minutes while we still had to wait so something is wrong there.

Was a medium amount of busy with three tickets before mine. There was a 45 min wait for the Ice cream. Fairly expensive, but the flavor and texture was good. Not very much seating in the store.

30+ min wait. Customers frequently came in and noped their way out. I was considering doing the same, but decided to stay as I already paid $8 for the damn thing.First time trying “rolled” ice cream, and the texture is definitely harder than traditionally made ice cream, which can be a good or bad thing depending on how fast you want to dig in (which is probably right away when you factor in the 30+ min wait time).I chose a S’mores flavor, which includes a graham cracker and toasted marshmallow mixed into the ice cream. Even though they burnt the marshmallow, it mixed well with everything else and even gave the ice cream a smoky, toasted marshmallow flavor (though unintentional).Toppings are unlimited, which may make you try to justify the $8 price, but you could only fit so many toppings on top of the rolls of ice cream before they just fall off. Even witnessed a customer hand a dropped strawberry to the employee and continue to make ice cream without changing gloves.Not worth the time or price. Go buy softer, cheaper ice cream at Doc Burnsteins or other traditional ice cream shop until this place gets straightened out.

The wait can be long but thats because its so tasty. The base ice cream that they use is delicious and they allow you have unlimited toppings like ferrero rocher, Pocky sticks, and other things.

We were never acknowledged when we walked in. The person on duty just kept cleaning ignoring our presence. Even when we were ready to order, nothing. Waited and the lady just kept cleaning.

Went there last night after farmers market with our friends and were exited to try it out for the first time! They close at 11pm and we went in between 1030-10:40pm. First thing when we walk in was an “ohh great” by an employee. Tall slim and blonde no nametag. We approach the front of the area where they roll the icecream to see the menu board and he says “you order over here by the way” in the rudest tone and we let him know we were just looking at the menu. A few minutes later “Theres menus over here u can pick” also rude and rushing us to pretty much order and leave. We decided not to give this company our business we were a party of 4 adults and 2 kids but will not be coming in at all.

The icecream is tasty, but not worth the price. If theres a line, then the staff wont acknowledge you and end up waiting a half hour just to put in your order.

It was ok...but just ok. The experience is more about the novelty of the rolled ice cream and the ability to customize, but the end result is over-priced and like I said, just ok.
