I spent nearly $2000.00 dollars purchasing a recliner/lift chair along with a basket and tray for my 92 year old mothers walker. They had a one size fits all tray and I specifically asked them if it would fit a Drive walker and they said it should. Well what I Should have asked is if the tray does not fit would you take it back....well needless to say after finding out it did not in fact work with her walker I took it back for a refund only to be told they would not give me a refund for the tray. Their attention to service is very poor and are only interested in making the sale. Will not go back.

Try amazon the stuff is all extra overpriced and a huge rip off on top of that they have NO REFUNDS even if its brand new in the package

Mark up on medical supplies is outrageous!! Takes advantage of the fact that people are bringing home loved ones from the hospital and need supplies fast.

I was told by my Dr to get a walking boot for a broken foot and wear it until my surgery and would be in it for at least 4mos picked it up at 4:00pm on a Friday and by Monday it had completely failed the inside sleeve looked like it was a year old it was shredded the Velcro ripped the lining apart and had holes all over it the straps had come off there was a piece of the heel tore off when I took it back they refused to replace it or fix it in just 2 1/2 days my surgeon saw it and he called them and told them it was inexcusable that they would not replace it and said he would never send another patient to them ever !!
