Terrible service. Very low response. Never come back.

Very nice and friendly on the phone. They did not have the part in stock but quoted me a price and found it at another location. Due to the weekend, I can get it on Monday. Called Appliance Parts Company first but they were rude, couldnt give me a price, and couldnt tell me when it would arrive. So very helpful...NOT. Thanks again gang at Coast Appliance Parts :-)

The coast guys are great, they know their stuff. If you need appliance parts at a moments notice or youre willing to wait 1-3 days for shipping this the place to go to. On the contrary, if you have time, its painfully obvious you can find appliance items cheaper online, apparently these other reviewers lack in doing their due diligence.

Friendly and helpful staff! I was in & out with the parts I needed quickly. The staff helped me to find the product I needed even with my vague description of the appliance manufacturer. Will definitely patron here again should I need anything.

I could not be happier with these folks. They were willing to help me even though I did not end up buying the part from them.I came in with the whole freezer fan assembly for my fridge. I had an issue where my ice maker was not producing a bunch of ice in a day. But would make some ice.After watching a couple of YouTube videos, I came to believe the ice maker cooling fan was faulty.I went to an appliance repair shop and they were no help. They wanted me to schedule a service call, have a tech come out and charge me a bunch of money. I said no thanks.So I call Mike at A.P.C. no hesitation, he says bring it on in. He was able to check continuity on the motor and confirm my suspicion, bad ice maker cooling fan. However they didnt have it in stock and I would have to wait a couple of weeks if I ordered through them. So I paid a bit more for priority shipping directly from Sears.If I ever have an issue again with anything I will call these guys first.

The staff was very helpful and we appreciated that they explained some options which saved us some money.

I called and ordered a propane orifice for a dryer. They quoted $6.82. It took days to arrive and I should have just had one sent to my house and saved the long drive over there (and gotten the part sooner!) Then I get the part and they charged me over $10 !!! What a rip! In addition the guy warns me about how soft the brass is and they sell alot of these he says . A lot of cheap brass parts, that they say they stock but had to order. They stink. I will order online in the future and get better delivery, better prices and probably better quality. I cant drive over there again for this abuse or to return crappy parts. PS this place is a bitvch to find the first time. Your nav will not get you there.

Spent twice the amount for a long drive. 70 bucks for a 30 dollar on-line same item. Called back and the guy says thats the way corporate structures their pricing. And I fix stuff for a living.
