I looked everywhere for a tractor repair company and had no idea that was a service offered by ACM Body & Frame. I took my tractor in for hydraulic control repair, to replace all of the old hoses, and a handful of little things. They repaired everything on the checklist at an amazing price and in half the time I had anticipated! I will definitely be coming back to them for all of my tractor and lawnmower needs, not to mention the side by side they have for sale that caught my eye.
WOW! WOW! WOW! That was my reaction when I saw my Airstream Argosy with new paint and trim! Terry and his team were top notch and treated my project like their own! They went above and beyond and blew me out of the water with their attention to detail. They replaced as many parts as possible on the outside to make it look as original as they could! I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited about a completed project! A+++ for ACM
Overpriced and unprofessional. I was sent here by Husqvarna warrenty department. I was told work would be covered. First impression was a boys club with guys trying to make you feel bad for bringing warrenty work to them. Begrudgingly they wrote an invoice and told me it should take about a week. Next call was to pick up equipment indicating it was ready. To my surprise alleged work done was at my expense because warrenty didnt cover the work they had done. I never received a phone call nor was I told that I would have to cover the cost till I showed up. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was busy and would call me the following day. Well a month later Im still waiting. I have never wrote a review about a company, but this time it seemed worth it.
I really enjoyed doing business with them theyre very friendly and knowledgeable as well.
Dont let the very industrial look on the outside scare you. Everyone I talked to there was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke to the owner for close to an hour and he treated me like a close friend and took the time to answer all of my questions and share quite a few stories. I was looking for a used tractor and in the end, what they had wasnt a match but it was a great experience. Id definitely go back...
Great friendly service. Ruben who works there helped me. He was very friendly and got my lawnmower fixed right there in front of me. Very reasonable . Price. I highly recommend this business. They will treat you right and not try to charge you an arm and a leg like other businesses out there.I will be telling friends and family to go see them for your lawnmower and tractor issues.

Rarely do I ever get what I need from these guys, they are good reps for NAPA as that is where they have sent me. They have yet to have parts for the mower that I bought from them, even things as simple as a deck belt, they had on site but wouldnt look for it.
Ordered parts for my mower from this location and was very pleased with the staffing. I had an issue identifying my model so the parts manager sent me an actual guide for locations to find the info on the motor. Without that I wouldnt have been able to fix the mower myself and would have ended up sending in for service which would have put me without my rider for at least a week. It only took a couple of days once I had the necessary info.

These guys have the best customer service ever. They also provide quality work on repairs. Turnaround on repairs is pretty good depending on what is being worked on. Allen Berry is the owner and he will bend over backwards to find what you need. They sell tractors and lawn mowing equipment as well.

The sales staff at ACM is very knowledgeable and courteous. They have lots of farm and/or home equipment to choose from. Also, the staff was very helpful and asked questions so as to be sure the equipment met my needs. I would recommend this business to anyone.
I took my motor home to get the generator fixed. First I was told by Ruben that it would cost me $700 or there about because taking the Onan generator out would be challenging. I called and was told that the carburetor had some dirt and perhaps a rag inside. I was told I would be sent a picture of the damaged generator. I did not get a picture so I requested one. I was sent a picture. Neither I nor my husband or son could see anything in the carburetor of the generator. I was told that it was impossible for any dirt to get in the fan or the carburetor by several people. Then I got a call that the carburetor should be replaced. It could not be cleaned and this would cost me about $75.00. I agreed after being told that the whole bill should be $775.00. The generator was fixed and when I showed up the bill was $1230.00. I was then told that ACM had to go to San Antonio to get a carburetor and the cost was $380.00. No one notified me of the change of price of the carburetor. I cannot understand why if the carburetor was full of dirt or shredded rag why wasnt the carburetor simply replaced. Why did it have to be cleaned adding cost to repair. I cannot understand why I was not informed of the higher price of the carburetor before continuing the repair. Communication is apparently not the best quality of the repair service at ACM. The owner lowered the price of the repair by $300.00 but I believe ACM would be better improving their service versus lowering their charges. It would be less frustrating forboth ACM and their customers.
Bought a new Kioti tractor and mower from Brian. He was very helpful and easy to deal with. They have a nice inventory.

I purchased the Hustler Fastrak SD, it is still under warranty and have taken it to ACM three times . The mower will run for a short while then die . I have also noticed a decrease in power which I told to the service department . The last fix I was told was a crack in the fuel line. I got it home and started it. I got it off the trailer and it died and it would not start . If I can give the service department any credit is they are nice guys, but that is about it when it comes to repairs they get 0 stars . The first time I took it to them I was charged $300 which I want back because my mower is still under warranty. Management, I feel could care less about my problem . This Zero Turn cost me $6000 and should not be giving me problems after 2 years . I will be contacting Hustler and the Attorney General consumer division about this . The owner can down play this post all he or she wants like they did in the last one star post, but your repair service really really really SUCKS . I will be taking my mower to BILLS TRACTORS being they are a Hustler dealer . If the owner wants to contact me look in your service files for Deluna and give me a call my number should be in the file . Mr. owner you should really think about service quality rather than just sales . I will never buy from ACM ever again and I will be letting other people know to stay away from ACM. If anyone reads this review, please purchase from another company .

Sorry guys, i cant give you many stars for being nice people up front. I would really rather give your service dept no stars for no help and for ignoring my repeated phone calls and emails - and ultimately leaving me to fend for myself. The ACM service department will ditch you if they cannot figure out the warranty/repair issue- i would not do business with them again for how they dealt with my situation.I brought a newly purchased brand new tractor in to these guys and transferred my 5YR warranty service to their service department as they were the closest official dealer. The tractor was stalling out randomly at different times during operation, which was becoming much more frequent and was a huge issue for a brand new tractor. I brought the tractor in to these guys on 3 separate occasions in 5 months’ time all with the exact same issue, essentially all they did was tighten a ground screw and then replace the electronic controller at the recommendation of the manufacturer. Neither solution fixed the problem, and after some reading I asked them to check /replace the stop solenoid but they said they checked it and it was fine and they had ruled it out. The ACM service department absolutely gave up and decided they were done with me when the controller replacement didnt fix the issue. Repeated calls and emails to the ACM Service Dept. with videos of the issue then went unanswered for multiple months. When i spoke to their Service dept. manager - he told me they were too busy and suggested I should test the battery myself to see if it might be bad.Left with the prospect of an expensive tractor with a worthless 5YR warranty because the dealer (ACM) is inept, I did my own diagnosing with downloaded engine repair manuals and a multimeter focusing on the solenoid. I finally went around these ACM guys and dealt directly with the tractor manufacturer. After talking with them for 15 minutes on the phone, they overnighted me a new engine stop/fuel cutoff solenoid, i installed it myself and the tractor has been running great as it should for many months now. A good dealer and service department should not leave warranty work up to the customer, and manufacturer defect issues should not have to be diagnosed and repaired by the customer.Beware of ACM and their service department - a BIG lesson i learned here - if you are going to buy an expensive tractor or equipment, make sure that the network of dealers are capable, solid, and trustworthy and can handle any warranty service.ACM could have had an advocate for their service if they had treated me right, but instead they chose to ignore me and try to get me and my problem to go away. Im sure ACM is fine as most dealers would be if there aren’t any repair/warranty issues with what you buy from them, but if there is a problem that isnt straightforward dont expect them to put in the effort to solve it - or for them to care if you, the customer, is left in a bad situation.
Dont go anywhere else to get that tractor. This is your stop. Dont forget their mowers and the fact that they do bodywork. Good people down there at ACM.
