My insurance company suggested them because they have this lifetime guarantee. All their work is guaranteed, or they will fix it for free and reimburse you for out of pocket expenses if their workmanship isnt correct.Well...they fixed my front end after a deer collided with me one morning. After taking a month to fix it, I drove it for around 20 hours. Nothing stressful just around town, and the radiator blew stranding me on the side of I-35. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back to them...after a 165 dollar tow, and another 2 weeks of renting a car, they informed me that there was a crack in the radiator caused by the original deer damage and that they missed it. They did fix the car, but charged my insurance company for the second round of repairs. Also I was not reimbursed for the tow or the second rental car. About 465 dollars. So their work was sloppy and their guarantee was deceitful at best. I was very disappointed. 0 stars.
Went today to turn in my truck. Long story this specific location in San Marco doesnt inspect thoroughly they are just parts changer.i was told to If I wanted complete inspection go to dealership!!!thank you for the advice and for waisting an hour ofmy day. I found a better place Im glad we couldnt do business. I highly recommend them if you need a parts changer. Ps Vincent is weird little man
Service King in San Marcos will be my recommendation to anybody who needs their car fixed quickly and professionally. They made a process so simple and easy for me when I have never been through anything like this before (collision repair after a deer strike). My insurance company was on site to make it easy as well, I would highly recommend Service King to anybody who needs auto repair or service
The guys there kept me informed of the process and provided me with good service.
They seem to do good work and despite some delays due to a part that arrived damaged and had to be reordered, they worked well and my car seems to be repaired well.
The only issue I had was being update with everything looking good for the 16th of July...Friday came and went...NO updates...Had to find out from Insurance Adjuster there was a delay...
Very unhappy I brought my truck here after an accident. every time my estimated pickup date would come, they would push it back and is still going on over 3 weeks. definitely will never do business with service king again.

I had some work done because someone hit my brand new car while I was driving in Austin, and Service King did such a great job on my car; went above and beyond.Richard was awesome and very helpful. Obviously you cant know for sure when everything is going to be finished due to potential complications but he said hopefully by Fri and.. even during this holiday week, my car was complete by Friday!Quick service, estimate/pickup/drop off were all very easy and took less than 10 min each visit. Work was completed was on time and done well, there was a little issue with a small item not related to the repair itself. The manager went out of their way to make it right. The insurance paid the bill so I can’t speak to the price, but the work, communication, and follow up was very good.
Richard has gone above and beyond to help me get my truck fixed 100% of the time. The work done was great and timely. Even when small things needed to be addressed at a later date Richard always was willing to help and fix the issues to a standard I would hold for my own truck. Would definitely go back to service king for any repairs needed in the future.

Took my car there for a routine replacement of an Accord bumper which was told would be a 3 day repair. They got the new bumper in and for some reason have had my vehicle for more than 10 days. Then the new bumper they bought had a chip on it and they did not notice it until i came to pick it up 7 days late and now they have to hold it for another 3 days. Punctuality and efficiency is a minimal value here from what it seems.
They fixed my car fast and I had great service. They text me every step of the way so I could see what was being done to my car and when. They kept their word on when my car was going to be done. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Richard and the lady at the front service desk. This place has the best customer service! My Maxima and I thank you!!
BEWARE!!!! I would give zero stars if I could.I never write reviews, much less bad ones, but this place is terrible. My sister took in her car to be repaired after it hailed in April 2019 and getting some minor damage on her rear bumper a few weeks later after another driver failed to slow down. Her car is a 2008 model that unfortunately suffered more hail damage than the car is worth. My sister was told by Ronnie that due to the extensive damage, they couldnt release her car until our insurance company approved the new estimate. Ronnie made my sister believe that the car had been fixed and couldnt be released until they were paid by the insurance company but failed to let her know that none of the repairs had been started despite having the car sitting in the hot sun in their shop for over 3 weeks. The insurance company from the driver that hit my sister paid for her rental car for a week and then my sister had to pay for another week out of pocket. My sister called Ronnie every day for an update and Ronnie failed to properly update my sister as to what was causing the delay. Ronnie also failed to communicate with our car insurance forcing my sister to be the one to make the communication on both of their parts. Despite my sisters plea for urgency on her cars release, Ronnie did nothing to help. My mom and I stopped by to pick up her car today thinking it was ready to go after our insurance told us to pick it up and were shocked to find her car had been held hostage without having been repaired for nearly a month. Ronnie denies having led my sister to believe the car had been repaired, but apologized for the miscommunication. Although she was polite, her apology and poor costumer service will not make up for the unnecessary money we were forced to pay on a rental car and the lack of respect for our time.
My experience with service king in in San Marcos was outstanding. The outstanding staff and mechanics did a wonderful job and kept me up dated and the time I could pick up my car.
COMPLETELY HORRIBLE . They had my car 9 days longer than they said to replace and paint my front bumper. I pick up my car and the AC doesnt work.. So I instantly take my car back they look at it for about 20 minutes and tell me my compressor has went out while it was there. My car is brand-new so I did not believe them. So I take my car to a different place to have it checked out. The other place told me there was twice as much freon in the system as there should be and thats why it wasnt working. They bled off the extra and it worked fine. So Service King lied to me about my compressor being out and they put twice as much freon in the AC as they should have..On top of that the bumper they painted did not match at all.. they chipped the paint on the driver side door.. I always carry about 10$ in quarters in my car for whatever and someone TOOK them!! Simply amazing.. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER EVER go to Service King.. Their operation is crap
Ive had my vehicles repaired by Service King several times over the years, this was my first time at this location. I have to say, David Sauceda went above and beyond keeping me in the loop about my cars status. Would definitely take my car back if needed!

I experienced excellent customer service, Joey was on the ball with helping me and making sure my car got repaired. I received text messages updating me on repair status for the first few days. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the last few days when the repair took a little longer than expected, I had to call to check on the status and did not get updates. Every employee I encountered was very nice and helpful.

Esurance sent me here after a fender bender, and the service I got almost made me happy I got into a car accident. Not only were the repairs done very quickly, but my rep Joey was wonderful, and went above and beyond. He even let me know that my oil was low, and cleared out my check engine light. It’s obvious he cares about people and doing a good job.

I was hit by 2 different cars within a week. One wanted to go out of pocket and the other required insurance. I was so worried about how complicated and difficult the entire process would be until I met Joey at Service King. Not only is he incredibly polite and easy to talk to, he has looked out for me and simplified the process. Unfortunately I had an accident, but luckily Carco made it a breeze to deal with. My service advisor Robert walked me through the entire process and handled everything from start to finish with my claim. I would certainly recommend Carco Collision Center if you need any body work done on your car. They are trustworthy and Carco did a fantastic job with my car.
I recently had my car repaired at Carco Collision after a front end collision that busted my grille, hood and headlamp and I cant say enough about how professional, and courteous the staff was at this shop. My car was returned to me 3 days later, looking better than it did before the accident.I dont wish anyone to have to use these kind of services, BUT if you happened be in a situation when you need great service and quality repair work, I will recommend this place to anyone any time.

I give this location 5 stars. I drove here from Austin to repair my car and it ended up being a total loss. I asked Service King to remove my personal belongings (two big strollers) from the car, so it can be released and moved by Allstate. They were very understanding and agreed to help. Also they did not charge anything for my car sitting there. Special thanks to Roni! She was very helpful and always answered her phone.

When I sent in my car for repairs and saw it after they had finished, it was impeccably clean inside and out. Although the color is slightly different from the bumper, Im sure it was because they used the original color and not my cars sun damaged color.
Needed an estimate for damage to my truck. Manager told me it was Fri & not a good day to get an estimate. What?? Told me if I could wait 40 mins hed get me one. There were no other customers around. Needless to say I didnt wait. These people are a joke!!

I honestly wish I could rate this place with zero stars, so one will have to do. My fiancee was involved in a hit and run recently and our insurance company recommended us here. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, in fact, my fiancee came home in tears after having to deal with the service manager (Joe). What finally upset me enough to come here and place this review was after the car was fixed there were still several issues that still needed to be addressed that I knew were related to the accident. After going back in to explain the issues, my fiancee had been given the whole run around...that the issues she was experiencing were unrelated to their work and that she would have to pay them to diagnose the issues. She refused, as I told her she should, and we ended up taking the car to an honest mechanic who was able to solve our problems. After showing them all the work that was done, and talking with insurance, they were able to determine it was in fact related to the work done and she was compensated (by insurance, not service king) for her diagnostic fees and rework of the problems. Lesson Learned: Dont trust these guys, dont give them your business even if it not at your expense. They have horrible ethics and the way they treated my fiancee was extremely unprofessional and flat out disrespectful. This incident will also be reported to the BBB.
I was side swiped by an 18 wheeler and by my insurance my car was fixed by service kings. My car was completely crumpled on the right side. They replaced both right side doors had to be replaced my car needed a realignment and so many other fixes. My car drives like new looks like new on the outside. I have complete lifetime warranty if my paint on the body chips. I was given updates on my car every 3 to 4 days by phone. I wouldnt suggest them if you need same day fixes but if you want the work done correctly Id suggest this place.
I went to Whataburger to get a BLT they do not know what a BLT is they couldnt take my order right I had bad service there Andrew employees I will not be going back to Whataburger there are better places to go then there.
Poor expertise. Lady in the front specifically couldn’t give me a clear answer about when it would be ready. Completion dates changed every time they would said it would be ready. Unknowledgeable of general times of completion for small repairs.
My car was involved in an accident, so I brought my vehicle here for repairs. I was kept up to date with messages on the progress of my vehicle. The worksmanship is excellent. The mechanic even showed me personally all of the extra work they put into my car.

Buyer Beware!Worst Customer service experience. I was recommended to use this facility by Liberty Mutual but the entire process was a nightmare and I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be fixed. When I informed this facility that I did not want them to fix the issue, they returned my vehicle with the windshield smashed in. I have all the before and after pictures to prove it and were turned into Liberty Mutual claims services and they had to replace the windshield as well. This was my worst experience with any service center . BUYER BEWARE!

This place was equally as bad as the first one I went to. I was rear-ended and after taking my car to the service king on TX-123, they failed to correctly fix my issues. So, I took my car to this service king.Firstly, I want it to be known that I had no check engine lights or alerts prior to my car being rear-ended. Secondly, the issues that I had from the other location were that my trunk lights were left dangling in my trunk, they replaced my broken tail light from the accident with another broken taillight, the paint was coming up after about a week, and my bumper was misaligned.So, I spoke to the manager here and he told me that he would fix my issues. It took another four weeks to get my car back- and when I did, it looked like they had just brushed over the paint coming up without any prep work, they had repaired my broken taillight and trunk lights and somewhat fixed the gap between my bumper and body panel. I was willing to let the paint slide, however, as soon as I got into my car I was willing to let the paint slide, however, as soon as I got into my car a check charging system notification came on. I returned it to service king only for them to tell me I returned it to service king only to have a receptionist tell me that it was like that when I brought it into them (which is false). I then had to go back-and-forth with my insurance as well as Service king, to which they finally agreed to take the car to a dealership and have it diagnosed. I then waited another two weeks to get my car back, and I just finally got it back last week.Now, I have a check engine light...Dont ever go to service king. Ever. Take your business elsewhere, because their customer service and quality of work is terrible.
This place is a joke. They act all professional when you walk in but once your car is there everything changes. They dont return you phone calls, dont know where you car is at or when it will be ready ...only..we will call you back. Over a week late. The manager(Johnny) is pathetic and lies. I will definitely not take my car back or recommend this place to friends or family.

I dropped my car off after a hit and run and they gave it back to me in worse shape than I dropped it off in. DO NOT COME HERE. I know some people dont bother to go by reviews but save yourself a ton of time and go somewhere else. I got my car back late, they didnt bother to follow up with my insurance OR the rental car place so I was charged for the rental car (my insurance dropped the charges, thankfully) and when I got it back 3 things were broken. They refused to take responsibility when it was CLEAR that they were the ones who messed up my car. Oh and Joe, the manager, hes a joke and has no place AT ALL being a manger. This location and probably any other Service King needs to be shut down.

This service station is positively awful. Im a graduate student going to the university, and home is almost on the other side of the country for me. I drove my 10 year old, mint condition car with less than 50,000 miles on it all the way here so I could have it when I moved. It was damaged in the recent flood and towed to Service King.I understand that many other people have had the same problem, but the way they treated me and my car after it was on their property was absolutely appalling.The day following my car being towed to their location, I had to go out of town (a trip that had been planned and paid for for almost 4 months). I was assured that my car would be fine for the 5 days I was gone.When I returned and went to get some salvageable items from my car, I walked onto their premises to a curious sight. My car, which the windows had been previous rolled up, were down. All the doors were unlocked. And the most distressing part was that my $300 radio had been ripped out.Upon inquiry of the staff, I was told this has never happened before and that a manager would contact me later that night. Upset, I left not only all of my information, but also my parents, since the car is in their name, in case I was unable to be reached.Two days passed and not a word. I called the shop, and finally spoke to the manager. He informed me that it was probably fried anyways as a way to dismiss the theft, and planned to do nothing about it. He offered no condolences, no reassurances that they would at least try something to correct their mistake. He merely stated that he needed the receipt for the insurance claim and when I brought it to them not two hours later, they copied the receipt and that was it. No apologies, no excuses. I was simply dismissed as if I, my car, and my money did not matter.Before I left, I requested that my car have the windows rolled up and the doors locked. A simple and, quite frankly, reasonable request. They said they would and went back to working without anything more to say on the subject.I left and returned later that night, after hours, to check on the car. Imagine my surprise when, upon pulling up into the parking lot, my car windows were still down (as it was raining) and my doors still unlocked (at this point, my car had been there for over a week and this was the way they had been leaving it when there was no one at the shop; its no wonder that someone broke into my car).Since then, I have filed a police report and insurance claim for the radio, and the insurance company has declared my car totaled. I am not upset about this, but my radio, for which I had less than 6 months and a lifetime guarantee (as well as the package that, should it be fried or I change cars, it will be removed and relocated for no charge), I am very angry about. If this company had taken better precautions to secure my vehicle and give me a better piece of mind, as well as treat me better when my personal property was stolen from their premises, I would have been a distraught, but comforted individual knowing that they care about their customers.As it is, I will never bring any vehicle that I own here ever again. I have also told all my friends in the area about what happened, and have informed my insurance agency that what has happened, and they need to take this location off their suggested service stations. The police have been notified and they are going to look further into the matter.If youre looking for a decent service station, I recommend somewhere else, where you know that your car will be secured and you, as a paying customer, will be treated with respect.
