A driver ran into the left front and side of my Subaru January 22. The repairs look great just like a new car. Three times his insurance was very slow about okaying the various needed repairs. I finally got my car April 9. Sam seemed to work very hard at getting it done, but the insurance company was terrible. All was done by pictures rather than a real person seeing the damages. A snow storm slowed progress. Terrible situation. It took a long time, but we are happy to get it back and will use and recommend All Makes Collision.

Eddie was awesome in keeping me updated with the progress of my car. The hail had done quite a bit of damage, but when I got it back, looked as good as new! I definitely recommend them for all your work.

I was recommended by my dealership to come to them for a scrape on the passenger side of my bumper. I have to say I’m extremely pleased with the work that was done. Eddie took great care of my car & it looks just like new. You would’ve never guessed there was a scrape at all. He fixed a little scrape on the driver’s side of the bumper that I hadn’t noticed, too. Also, it was done in less than 2 days & for a great price. 10/10 would recommend to everyone :)

Went through my insurance to have bumper and grill replaced. Several days later came back to a wavy orange peel paint job with an entirely different style grill and grill emblem missing. After I addressed these items, the following week the car was ready to go after the appropriate repairs.

Provided the quality youd expect from the dealer, but with the superior customer satisfaction you can only get from a local small business. In my opinion, its always better to use an independent mechanic because you build a personal relationship and they have loyalty to you, rather than the brand. Adrian had the whole front end of my truck rebuilt in 3 weeks. Needless to say, I highly recommend!

I found this shop through my insurance and it has been quite a headache dealing with them. Passenger side collision, decent amount of damage. They had my vehicle for almost 40 days. Apparently the parts were out of stock, then they got the wrong parts, blah blah. On the last day, the pick up time kept getting pushed because the detailers needed more time. Well when I finally got it back, the inside of the car was trashed. Covered in dust and grease, dust blowing out of the air vents. The soap wasn’t washed off the back of the car which seems to have damaged the paint. Contacted them about this and was told they would pay for it to get detailed. Went in to show them the damage done by the soap and the guy who has been handling my account was out sick. They said he’d call me when he was back in, which was over two weeks ago. Now, I owe money for rental car overages, there are maintenance lights coming on in my car (most likely because they never reattached the sensors or did so improperly, I’m up to date on all maintenance things and took it in just in case), and the door isn’t properly sealed so wind is coming in (he said that might happen). All just one excuse after another from these guys. Maybe I just got unlucky but it has been a pretty disappointing and inconvenient experience.

After striking a deer with my truck I took it to All Makes Collision. I chose them largely based on their overall positive Google reviews. I was very disappointed with them for several reasons.First of all I took my truck to them on Monday, December 10th. I got an estimate from them that morning for $4,049 to repair the damage. I dropped off my truck with them later that same day late in the afternoon. (I didnt have a rental car and I had to arrange for my wife to pick me up). I was originally told the truck may be ready as early as that Friday, the 14th. I was surprised they could get the repairs done that quickly. Well, my truck wasnt ready that Friday...........or the next Friday.................or the next Friday. I was finally able to pick up my truck after 5 pm on Friday, January 4th, a month later. During this time I was given at least three different days when my truck would be ready but of course each time it wasnt ready and I was given another day when it would supposedly be ready.The real shock came when I went in to pay the bill. The bill was now $400 more than what I was quoted. This is where it gets interesting. I did file a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company estimated the cost to repair the damage at $4,415. The insurance company wrote me a check for $3,915 ($4,415 less my $500 deductible.) Now I figured that if the shop can repair the damage for less than what the insurance estimated I just save a little money. The insurance company wrote the check to me not the body shop so as far as I am concerned the shop is dealing with me, not the insurance company.I guess I should have known something was up when Adrian (the person I dealt with at All Makes Collision) asked to see the insurance companys estimate. According to Adrian as soon as he saw the insurance company estimate with the claim number, his previous quote went out the window. They were now charging me the full price that the insurance company estimated. During the month that they had my truck, neither Adrian or anyone else at All Makes Collision felt the need to inform me of this change. This price increase was not because they found additional damage (they did find an additional bracket that had to be replaced which they billed to the insurance company). No, this price increase was just because they felt like they could. The extra bracket was only $124.I apologize for the lengthy review but I really feel like this is deceptive business practice. I have a fair amount of business experience and when you quote someone a price to do a job you stick to that price. If there are circumstances that change the original quote at the very least you inform the customer of the changes up front, not wait until the repairs are done and you are holding their vehicle hostage.I mean that last part literally, in the state of Texas any shop can and will place a mechanics lien on you vehicle and legally hold it until you pay whatever they say the bill is or settle the matter in court.
