I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I walked in and they were so friendly when they greeted me. They made the process quick and easy. I highly recommend coming here from the office staff to the gentleman that worked on my car, they were so nice!

I was recommended ARG through the shop i get my BMWs serviced at. i had a crack in my windshield that quickly turned larger and larger the more i drove the car.i filed an insurance claim, and quality ARG took care of the rest. i believe i was speaking with Kim? she was a delight and always called for updates.i was worried about getting the cameras re-calibrated with the new glass but rest assured, the glass install was so seamless that it didnt need to be done.the technician came to the house on time, and finished the windshield in about an hour or two.flawless install with OEM glass and the process couldnt be more seamless.

Ed at ARG-Quality Auto Glass did a superb job at reattaching a latch onto my RV’s side window. This required special glue and accurate placement of the latch. I appreciate Ed’s expertise and careful attention to detail. I would highly recommend ARG for glass replacement or repairs!

They are truly a dedicated team of professionals. I took my car in and checked with them a few times ahead if they had the right windshield (Pilkington), primarily because I know how other shops get you in the door and change your windshield with cheap Chinese glass. I researched multiple companies, and called to ask for pricing. ARG was not the cheapest service, but the quality is phenomenal. They get out of their way to make sure they do a good installation and that the customer is happy. I am so glad I used them and not take the bait from the insurance company and to use Safelite. You cannot go wrong with these guys!

Perfect!I called around and they were the cheapest (except for one place that was $1 cheaper and felt really sketchy). They were affordable, did a high quality job, and had excellent customer service! They were available soon, fast, and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.It sucked to have a rock fly up and crack my windshield and I have to pay for it out of pocket, just what I need! But actually it turned out to not be a very big deal, got it repaired fast, easy, and at a good deal . I hope it doesnt happen again, but it wont be awful if it does since I know about Quality ARG.

I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout out to ARG Quality Auto Replacement Glass in San Marcos! On the night of June 10th, I was a victim to a road rage incident which ended with assault with a deadly weapon and damage to my vehicle. As if the entire ordeal was not enough I was informed that I would have to take care of the repairs to my car on my own and then attempt to collect in a small claims case. Although my insurance is great, they didn’t really do much to help me in this situation. That’s where Kim from ARG stepped in. She offered to cover the cost of the glass and then her along with the owner reduced the cost of the labor saving me a ton of money and even more stress! Kims compassion really made a huge difference here. The repair was done in less than five minutes, they vacuumed my car of all the broken glass and really made a positive impact on what has been a very horrible, terrifying experience. If you have any auto glass needs I highly recommend ARG in San Marcos! Thank you to Kim and the entire ARG team, you have my eternal gratitude!!!
