Best VW repair place in town. Fixed and diagnosed my brake and engine issues quickly. I don’t know a lot about VW’s, and I wish you would shop here instead of anywhere else for vw

This shop is by far above and beyond all the rest. Called for a part and they said they have in stock. Drove down the next morning to pick it up and they had it ready and waiting for me. They were exceptionally kind and went way out of their way to help me out! I ended up needing more parts than I had originally thought and the owner and employees were super understanding and knowledgeable of vw/Audi parts. They were able to quickly find and easily remove parts that I needed from other vehicles. When I say fast I mean it took me longer to pay than for these guys to find pull and bring to the front everything I needed. The shop even explained some of the different situations of face in installing and removing parts. These guys were amazing and I cant imagine using any other. I will def use them in the future and recommend them to anyone. Cant state enough how easy they were to talk to, deal with, how kind they were, understanding, knowledgeable, and able to deliver as promised. Wont find that level of integrity at any dealership.

Just finished writing a whole paragraph reporting these scammers to offer up so I’m all typed out for now but these people will knowingly sell you bad car parts regardless of how far you have to drive to go pick them up. I drove 7 hours round trip to throw $150 away not including the $20 in toll road fees and $30 in gas totaling $200 of ripped off money out my pocket.

Great place if your looking to buy oem parts. Huge selection of jdm and euro. I bought a gli front lip for my car. The guy I talked to walked outside and took great pictures of exactly what I needed to see before buying the part. The part was also packed and shipped the next day. Really couldn’t ask for anything better.

Awesome. Great shop for VW parts. I got a shifter boot and a couple other small parts for a great deal, and the owner even went out of his way to install one part for me. They talked to me a lot about my car and the best things to replace vs fix myself. Super helpful, straight shooters. Will use again.

Great place for VW parts although they do offer other select makes/models. Management is friendly and very helpful. Ill definitely be checking back when I need anything else.

Overpriced af, it’s a junkyard no need to sell parts close to what they actually cost brand new oem. No one waste your time here just buy new parts.

Austin Imports shipped me a 2009 DSG Jetta tdi transmission to Phoenix Arizona. After installing and test driving Im very pleased to report that it works perfect.

It was on a new level of of experience!!! I was out of town and trying to get subframe for my brothers car. They worked with me even after hours. And they also installed the parts. I dont know if this is a normal practice for them. However I am more then satisfied and with this experience they have a lifetime customer!! I have and will keep on recommending them to anyone looking for vw parts. You are crazy if you dont call and deal with them first!!!

I had to get the Airbag clockspring fixed in my 06 VW Rabbit. VW quoted me $600 for the repair, which is ludicrous. A friend referred me to Austin Imports and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. The staff were friendly, the owner personally greeted us, and the entire repair took 30 mins in and out the door, when VW wanted me to leave the car for service. On top of that, it only set me back $120 for the entire job, which is fantastic! Would highly recommend Austin Imports to anyone looking for work on their VWs. Will absolutely be visiting them for any future repair needs.

This is probably the most over priced place ever they sale most of the part more expensive then what they cost new ..... Ridiculous
