I cant say enough good things about Roger, Chris and their employees. I have been taking my 2000 Lexus there for 7 years. The car has 215,000 miles on it and runs like a champ due to their work. I have always found them to be honest and straight forward when explaining the repair needed and the cost. Stopped in here to ask about my 2002 Lexus ES300 not starting. He said its probably the starter. He had one of his workers drive with me to get the car started by banging on the starter with a hammer. This prevented a towing charge which I appreciated. He replaced the starter at a reasonable price and fixed the idle at no charge. This is my new go to place for car repair.

I had some issues with my 2001 Nissan Maxima and couldn’t get it smogged. They were able to diagnose the issue after two days. The owner (20+yr Nissan Master Tech) worked on the vehicle. He gave me a ride to work! Very reasonable people there. I will go to them in the future.

Good old style mechanics for your modern car

It was a SWEET ENDING to a very sour beginning, thanks to service manager, Chris Nelson and owner, Roger Knight. Long Story, Short: My radiator hose blew off, spewing coolant all over engine compartment and driver side of my Outback (92,000 miles); the dealer quoted me much more than Knight Automotive to replace hoses and thermostat, but failed to tell me that the radiator also needed to be replaced. Pretty tricky!!! Understanding the prior 24-hour long drama, Chris agreed to replace ALL the parts, including the radiator and labor, for the original quote the Subaru dealer gave me for just the hoses and thermostat. I didnt have my vehicle for the entire Labor Day weekend, but that was perfect. I not only saved money with a beautiful repair (including an engine cleaning), I couldnt go out shopping for 4 days!

Roger runs a a great, honest repair shop and has for over 25 years. I have been taking all four of my cars here for over six years. They are courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Knights Automotive for any repairs - big or small!

A few years ago I took my Nissan into the shop; fist time. Chris let me know that I could take it to Nissan and let them pay for it. I did, and they did: $4K. Later, a secondary problem cropped up. Chris mentioned that it was likely connected to problem 1, so the now expired warranty could still cover it. It did. So, more than $4K+ avoided. Car fixed. Client for life. The Ford Edge is there now for brakes. Excellent work, and honesty to go with it.

Last Wednesday my pastor and I were discussing a car problem I was having and he told me he always brings his cars to Knights Automotive. I now know why...Knights are excellent mechanics with integrity.Here is why I say that - I just took my wifes Lexus RX in to have oil leaks fixed, which was going to cost well over $1,000 due having multiple leaks (its a gross leaker). The vehicle has almost $200K miles on it, and major rust due to coming from the northeastern US. Instead of just looking at the single issue (oil leak) and quoting a price, Knights looked at the entire car and gave us the information my wife and I needed to make an informed decision. Specifically, they let us know the car needs new rear break pads and possibly more break work due to the rust, new front and rear engine mounts, and the transmission is working but starting to slip when they accelerated fast (we both drive like Mr. Magoo so had no idea that was happening).Of course we do not want to spend well over $1,000 to fix oil leaks on a car worth $1,000 when there is another $5,000 in work to be done. So Knights lost a $1,000 job. But they gained a lifelong customer.Thank you so much Chris and Roger (and pastor John for referring us to Knights Automotive)!

Had my rear brakes replaced. They took me home and when they were finished with the repair they came to my house and picked me up. They gave me an estimate before they started the job. When I picked up my car they charged me what they said it would be. Didnt try to up sell me.
