The staff are always very sweet, even including the workers at the food court and Starbucks inside! I love the seasonal selections they offer throughout the year and their book section is also so nice!!! Everything about this store is pretty great.

I was in line over heard the pharmacy tech ( lindsay) and a customer talking but basically I thought the tech was so rude and needs to be checked on professionalism at work and keep her cool, she was talking to the customer in a rude manner and wouldn’t help her locate what customer/pharmacy her prescription was at. She basically said it’s not here and I don’t know where it could be so rude the tech, I know customer service and that’s not how you treat customers!

Discomforting and dishonest! As a successful man I wanted to give $150 to a very nice associate and was treated wrong and lied to by management I was also planning on donating $10,000 as a surprise to target to increase job awareness and better business 👏 i hope to speak to a higher management team member.

This place is in a perfect location the hotels are all close and the outlets are just across the interstate. Its big and super clean and has what you need as far as necessities if you are here as a tourist.

Target is the only place that I could find swimsuits for my kids, since I like for them to try them on so cannot buy online. Very cute styles, colors and fit even for my picky tween daughter. However, I as disappointed because there was not enough childrens clothing inventory.I couldnt find shorts/shirts in their sizes that we all liked.

Due to not receiving all my bags from the checker, I had to return to the store (which I did not mind at all) only to find that the items that I had purchased were reshelved. After searching the store for the items belonging to me, it was discovered that several items had already been sold, even though, again, they belonged to me since I had purchased them. This policy of selling items that do not belong to Target will absolutely prevent me from shopping there again. It not only wasted my time, it deprived two of my family members from gifts I was attempting to get them due to this policy.

Only days of the week some us can shop and Target is no longer safe for vulnerable seniors as it use to be few weeks ago. I found more than I was expecting. And the service checking out is always great.

This store had exactly what I was looking for and the price was better than anything similar I had seen. Order was ready very quickly; I had very little wait time to pick up my order; employee who brought my order was very friendly.

Called today at 10:30pm to see if they had an item in stock. The automated system stated that the store closes at 11pm and allowed me to get through to a customer rep. However, the person that answered stated that the line could only be used by team members. Really? Your store phone number, the one posted on your website can only be used by team members? Told me to call back tomorrow at 7am. Worst customer service!

Target on-line shopping is convenient and pickup is fast and friendly.

I received horrible customer service and was discriminated against by Paige. She was disrespectful and even though her own home office asked her to run a transaction, she went against company direction and refused service. Paige is biased and discrimination runs throughout this store, from her all the way to the Store Director. They run Target how they feel it should be ran even if Target home office says differently. They both should be terminated. Stay away from this location and Target as a company for keeping employees like Paige and her store manager who discriminate against customers.

I only ordered 1 item but the order and notification process was great. After I was notified that my order was ready I drove up and parked. My order was ready and brought out immediately. The whole process was so easy and convenient.

The staff was absolutely friendly which was a treat especially so close to Christmas.Not once did I hear a sales rep complain about customers or managers. Managers were not being rude to their sales team - as I have seen at other locations.

Your employee threatened me and tried to take my purchased items back into the store and told the ther employee just refund her card, because he didnt like that I was upset that you charged MY CARD for an item that when I came to pick it up I was then told it was not available. When I asked for a manager he first tried to tell me he was a manager but the other employee said he was not. He then refused to leave nad stood next to my car and then typed something ugly on his phone and then held it up to my drivers window. HE IS DERANGED AND SHOULD BE FIRED.

I went in at about 5pm to pick up an online purchase, my red card payment was declined so I used my CC. When I arrived at the store and spoke with the young guy he found someone to help refund my $9 that I would have saved if my red card was used. The associate who came over and politely helped refund my money fixed the issue quickly and was very helpful to everything that I needed.

Experienced an extremely RUDE employee at this store. Unfortunately, I am not comfortable shopping because of treatment towards guest that should never happen. Target needs to invest in training their team on use of manners.

Security does not call police when customers are being harassed in store? His position should be removed immediately. Then manager says she cant give me his name to report him to corporate? Even though we had an issue with the terminal lagging after a order void, with only one register opened the employees showed great adaptivity. The store was neat and it was easy to find items by aisle letter and number.

The store is great and employees are nice but the restroom is always gross. Tissue everywhere. Some weeks ago I witnessed someone cleaning but it was more like they were pushing things to the side. Please check your restrooms more often.

The employees always are so courteous and kind even when the lines are long and hectic. Loved my checker. Didnt get her name, but she even suggested something at Starbucks besides coffee and I loved it. Above and beyond helping the customers!!

Love my local target store, employees are always friendly and happy to go on crazy searches for items I need while I manage my 3yr olds mid afternoon meltdown (only happened 1 time, but still.)

The large hispanic girl at customer service is so pretentious. I asked where I could find mens running shoes, she said in a condensending tone and idiotically, in the mens section. I told here I already checked there. Soon sfterwards, she was shocked to find out like I was that they dont sell any mens running shoes. She needs to be terminated immediately.

Great store well stocked, clean and exemplary staff. They always have enough registers open I have rarely had to wait long for checkout. It’s great using the Red Card and getting a 5% discount and other offers the card gives us. Bonus * Starbucks!☕️

Had a little trouble finding everything thing that I needed, but got it all and self checkout was not a problem and without a line...

DO NOT BUY FRESH FOOD !!! Just bought eggs that have a sell date that is three weeks away and I would post a picture of the half green rotting yolks if I could! also purchased fresh baked wheat break two days ago that is already completely molded. Fresh to Target means it was fresh a couple weeks ago when they put it on the shelf. other than that it isnt really hard to sell toys and other consumer goods so they havent managed to screw that up yet.

Fast, easy, it was all there correctly, didnt have to wait in line, didnt have to walk all over the store, I was in and out in 30 min. (I bought some gift cards at the last minute) LOVED IT!!

My first time at this Target was fantastic! Super clean store, and the employees were awesome. The gentleman at the electronics counter noticed we looked lost, and when we said we were looking for a white elephant, he directed us to the exact aisle number where we could find exactly what we wanted, right off the top of his head! Im generally not a fan. The mens clothing line is limited and designed for teens. The furniture is overpriced. But, home essentials and supplies are comprehensive and generally reasonably priced.

Purchased ingredients to make a Ceasar salad and thought I would stop by the food court for a large size of popcorn to consume later on at night whilst watching Sully (the airplane that landed on a river). I noticed for the second time in two weeks that they were out of popcorn so I asked the employee if he could make some more. He replied it would take 10 minutes to which I replied Ill wait.I wandered around the pharmacy area. Ten minutes later I show up only to find out hes not making anymore popcorn in fact they were shutting down the food court because his relief called in sick.People, I already know I can buy groceries anywhere but their popcorn is stupid awesome! Nobody else has it!Target! Dont take your popcorn so lightly! It is a staple of yours! Might I add your lighting is awesome as well. Its the only place I look at myself in the mirror.Your popcorn to Target is like Mickey Mouse to Disney. Dont get rid of it just because its Friday night and some stupid kid called in.When you shut down your food court because an employee called in sick you are selling the stupid kid and not the popcorn you make.Fix the problem. I dont want to hear your crying!Mickey = Disney! Disney = Mickey! Get it......

If you are planning on ordering a pick up... Dont... the employees arent the brightest when picking out items for you. Something will be wrong and youll have to go back in. From wrong colors to expiration dates...

You can find some interesting things here, you should apply for the target card though or you will be paying extra for everything. The target card knocks 5% off everything when you use it. Not worth getting groceries at all w/o it.If you buy electronics here never buy the protection plan, it is worthless.

If you purchase something online and pick it up in the store, they will not give you a receipt in store when you pick up your item. I asked the girl at customer service about getting a receipt (since it was a wedding gift!) and she said I would receive an e-receipt right away, but I didnt! I logged into my target account online and got this message. Sorry, but you cant print a receipt because the item(s) in this order cannot be returned. Apparently if you order something online you dont get a receipt, and you cant return it....... I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future!

After I finished my errand at Tanger, I headed over to Target, as I had several items to purchase there.I always find if you need help, the stockers are the best people to ask in the store. A young woman helped me to find an anti- itch cream in the CVS Pharmacy that is located in Target.I went to the toy section to find a gift for a 3- year- old great nephew. I found a Disney themed vehicle on an end cap but no price. I took it over to the red box that tells you the price by reading the bar code. However the screen said to add your password And it would not go forward. I asked a stocker if she could help me? And she said laughingly, It doesnt want your password And I said. I know because its a 1,000 letters long.She worked on it and it went back whereby one could read prices. I thanked her for her help.I then wandered over to the DVD Section as they have good sale items. I saw a Gone With the Wind DVD for $5.00. I have a video of it but I dont use my video machine that much.I add it to my items.I always checked out with a cashier. At Target they greet you pleasantly, say a word or two about the merchandise, and wish you a great day.Target is kept well in stock. Merchandise is in its place. And the store is cleaned.I make a point to come here and do my shopping.

I really love the store, itself. I could spend hours in Target and there are so many items to look at. My biggest concern is the customer service (or lack thereof). My boyfriend had 4 bad experiences with customer service with a gift that was a limited item, and after repeated confirmations it was ok to pickup, he eventually gave up because it was not ready. I recently went there to order a pair of shoes to be delivered to the store, and the lady (Helen) was completely unaware of how the electronic device for ordering worked. She held up the line for almost 30 minutes fiddling with it and swiping my card, and then said I dont know how this works you should go home and order it. She had no interest in helping me (the whole reason I wanted them shipped is because I went to the store and there was only one pair of shoes left in the wrong size). The employees need to be trained in electronic systems, especially the older employees who may stare at them for painfully long periods of time before just giving up. It has always been super easy and fast for them to say, ok your item is on the way come pick it up ___. Now I know that this Target is pretty unreliable and I should stick to online shopping.

It is definitely a nice clean store and most of the people are helpful and friendly but the prices are definitely higher than Wal-Mart. I do like the snack bar and Starbucks in the store though.
