I tried to purchase a vanity from Trade Wind Imports but it feels like they don’t want my money. I am more confused than anything.I ordered a vanity for my in-progress new build home and I received a confirmation email. The credit card wasn’t charged. Two weeks later, I emailed the company requesting a shipping update. No response. I then called. Someone responded but I never was able to talk with anyone who could give me any information about my order. This cycle happened 4 times. I have tried contacting them to just talk with SOMEONE who could help me but every time, there’s a breakdown in communication, I am told I will be called back and I receive no calls, no emails, and I have to start over again.At this point, I needed the order cancelled a week ago because of my timeline. But I can’t even do that. I have never written a bad review because I know there are usually things happening behind he scenes that I just am not aware of and I’m understanding to that. No issues if there are, but can someone just tell me so I can move on?And can I get a cancellation confirmation?Thank you.
I love my vanity. Exactly what I was looking for. It was shipped by an inferior shipping company and was damaged. They sent a replacement quickly but it put the project on hold.
