If you order an item that they say is in stock be prepared for them to cancel it in the morning. It seems to be a constant issue with them and is unprofessional. this has not only happened once but twice, once during the holiday season and then when I was trying to get a baby shower gift. I was very limited on time with ordering this item that’s was over 130 dollars plus now having to wait for the money to hit my account is frustrating. I hope they fix this issue because it is just inconvenient for the people who are buying. And they were no help over the phone, they blamed another company for the issue but twice? Really?

Very disappointed with the customer service today...sometimes young people do not realize you came into tge store because you needed help or needed your item today.. so Amazon helped me with my tea box...

Standard Bed Bath and Beyond franchise. Appears to be laid out like the others I’ve been in, and stocked similarly as well. Convenient in that it is in the same lot as Marshall’s, Ross, and the new Orchard Hardware, so you can get a lot of shopping done.

Love looking through all the clever items. Went for something specfic and found the perfect item plus it was on sale plus my 20% off coupon made my purchase a great deal.

I just bought a Shower liner and said I needed 72” long the woman helped me with it and said it was 72” long. Got it home to put it up it’s 70”long. I’m very disappointed that they don’t know how to pick the size I need. You have barely any in the Store to choose from. Now I have to go all the way back and since I don’t drive I will have to find a ride.Sincerely,Patti Bagshaw

After a terrible experience trying to buy a table at jeromes in San marcos, I went to this bed & bath. They had the same exact table for close to half the price and customer service was a million times better as well. I would recommend at least seeing if they have what your looking for. Apparently with covid customer service went out the window and is at a premium. Was not an issue here so give them the opportunity to serve you as well as they did me.

I just get it not that long she refused to even let me finish what I want to say she took my rest and threw it in the the trash What Can of employee BEDBath and Byond have?????? Am soo disappointed INVER felt inhuman like how I felt it today you lost customers like me and my family and I will let my friends knows about it soo sad

The clearance section was lit last week! If its a clearance price online it might not be in the store, but if it is, its less.

Quick checkout. Item was on display so I could totally see what I was buying instead of just looking at the picture on the box. Always use coupons too.

Although the store was very busy on a late Friday afternoon at 5:35 pm, these 3 people (Stacy, Jessica and of course Anita) went out of their way to special order a pressure cooker to be delivered to my home within a week. Very well done. My Husband is very happy!!!

I just came out the store very upset. The employees are helpful but not many so it is hard to find someone to help you. Many of the throw pillows are not marked, so you have to spend lots of time trying to find out the price to check if its in your budget or not. But after you find an employee to help you and give you a price on the item, when you get to the cash register the price is not the price the first employee told you!! but a ridiculous higher amount not even near!So, what happened today is, I find the right throw pillow but without price. An employee help me, and we together were looking for another pillow similar to the one I was interested due was the only one in the whole store. Finally we find another one, same size same texture, similar pattern. She told me to bring both to the cash register. So, I got there and: line. Waiting. Fine. People returning items, etc.. then my turn....but they couldnt find the tag....Another waiting. They start helping the next costumer. Waiting. After taking their time, they find out the freaking pillow was $99.99 instead of $16.99. It is just ridiculous! the lady who was at the cash register with attitude: You want it or not!?My experience on this store it is frustrating, not pleasant. I waste a lot of my time for nothing. The employees are ill trained, not coming back.

Gadget heaven! Also flavored 0 cal syrups. I always manage to find 50 bucks worth of utensils. They honor expired coupons and 20% off coupons are in many newspapers and magazines.

Great staff here and always someone around to help us. Store is kept clean and organized but it wasnt busy in there because we went on a weekday. The weekends are busy and congested. Found what we needed and were able to use our coupons.

Always have your coupons. Cant ever find someone to help. Prices rather high. Otherwise, if you visit enough, youll learn the layout of the store and know where to find stuff. Look for clearance. You never know what you may find.

BB&B Carrys household staple items of good quality at reasonable cost, it is smaller than the big department stores so easier for quick trips, and less than a mile from home. They also have seasonal items, offering variety and interest. And they send me coupons.

I was on a mission to find a clock radio for the bathroom. After not finding it at Target, nor Fryes, I found the perfect one here. Not to big, not too little. All my favorite stayions come in clearly. Yay!

Busy day to be shopping (Dec. 23), but when the item I wanted was not on the shelf, only the floor model, the sales associate closed her lane and went to the back to bring it to the floor for me!!! So I bought it and many other items. Im a very satisfied customer. Plus I used my coupons and saved! It was a great trip.

Bed Bath and beyond is where I always go for my chefs knife. For some reason they always have they entire Henkles and Zwilling 4 star and 5 star pro knife combo sets. So to me that makes them very reliable for my kitchen essentials.

I ordered 7 cleaning supplies online. First shipment was damaged/ leaking and returned to BBB by FedEx. Second shipment took the scenic route from Nevada to California via Memphis TN. FedEx repackaged 3 of the 7 items due to damage/ leaking and delivered with a note saying for me to contact sender. BBB stalled for a week and has finally resent my items for a third time. My contact with BBB was fair but by the 3rd try my confidence is low that they will be able to pack my items in a manner that they will arrive recognizable. Perhaps they havent heard of bubble wrap. Im not sure if I am more irritated with BBB or FedEx. Neither seem to be able to handle a package. I am considering sending bubble wrap to BBB and a state map to FedEx- they obviously werent aware that CA is right next door to NV. Latest tracking says it will take a week so I guess my cleaning supplies are getting a tour of the US again. I am only 6 hours away. I can only imagine how many times my BBB order will get tossed around along the way.

Always very busy. Trying to get help is very difficult. I was using a bridal registry to find a gift. I couldnt find some one to help me. So I went to front of store. I felt sorry for the young cashier. She was all alone with a long line. She paged over head for cashier assistance and for customer service assistance. A cashier came but no one came to help me. The price on somethings are high in my opinion. While I was waiting for assistance I looked at a clearance area. I few really great deals. I bought those items and left. No gift for bride and groom 😣

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help. While I was looking at the product I was looking to buy, I was asked if I needed help. Nice to know that one can still get customer service. I will definitely return to this store.

I lost my card and receipt. Therefore Tracy the manager from this store told me that she was unable to help me with my return. I asked her if I could do store credit but she said no. she was rude and didnt offer me an alternative. I stopped by today again and spoke to Diana . she was rude as well however she was a little more helpful. The customer service here is awful and I will never purchase anything from this store !

Great Bed Bath & Beyond. Its standard, same as most stores, with a big stock and friendly staff. I like BB&B because you can feel free to buy and if you dont like, they have a very forgiving return policy. The staff here is nice and its a pretty cool shopping center.

Didnt have the heavy duty shower hooks I was looking for but they had nice ones.

Save your coupons and bring them in when you need bedding and curtains. We saved a ton of money and the CS folks are eager to help you use the best coupons. Very friendly at this location.

If you need it, it’s there, unless it’s a personal shopping cart. Aint nobody have that though so just buy it online.But I really do love this place.

I am usually very happy to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond. However, on this visit, the cashier shorted me on my discount. She knew that something was wrong because she handed back to me one of my three coupons. I didnt realize it till I got home that she had overcharged for my items. Very disappointing.

This place has a lot of stuff. Dont go in without 20% off coupons. They have Nespresso machines but not the coffee to go in them. They should at least carry Nespresso-compatible pods.

Whats on my mind is that I am very annoyed with Bed Bath and Beyond! I just bought a new down comforter there (at full price) and I was told on checking out that they have a new return policy. (in the interest of full disclosure, to my recollection, I have never returned anything I bought there). She said that from now on, when you return something, they will only honor the lowest price the item was sold at (e.g., if it went on sale after you bought it, you will only get a refund on that lower price), AND that they will be subtracting 20% of your purchase price, for returning an item.Linens n Things: Here I come!
