I have been going here for years and the owners have always been very friendly and courteous. Since their remodel the place is even better. Bigger, nice, clean, more spacious, easy to find items that your looking for. I recommend this store. They do good business being its the only one of this type in San Marcos.

They had good customer service. They were nice and attention was genuine. They had a lot of people asking them questions and did not make anyone feel as though they were bothered. Lots of products, organized, and price was clearly marked. I will be a regular.

The fact that I had to call a total of 5 times and proceed to leave a voicemail before someone picked up the phone is ridiculous. I proceeded to leave a voicemail only because it’s unprofessional to continuously decline a paying customers call. As I started leaving the voicemail and explaining that I’m calling about hair that I was looking for, the woman interrupted my voicemail to pick up the phone only because she heard me on the answering machine. She made the excuse that they were “busy”. At 3:00 as a beauty supply store, there’s no way that they’re so swamped they can’t pick up the phone and place it on hold. On top of that they didn’t even have the hair I was looking for. If you don’t want people to call, don’t have the # posted. Also don’t make up a poor excuse as to why you didn’t answer, you weren’t that busy to continue declining my call. Smh.

So many things and the prices are amazing! I can see this becoming my new favorite place when I want to indulge in anything beauty related. The staff is great too 👍

This store is horrible. Ive bought wigs from them and all of the wigs appears to be old once you get home and you cant return them. I bought an Isoplus perm from them, when I got home and opened the box, the activator was spilled and turned into powder, the perm was taped up with box tape, the shampoo was half full and the spray has been used. I shouldnt have to drive from Kyle to San Marcos to return anything. Just sell people great products the same way we give you our hard earned money.

New location, bigger size, and it’s less crammed; however, I’m shocked from today. I’ve shopped here since 2014 and have not had any problems with them. Usually, I enter the store with my business casual attire on my lunch break. Today, I came here after a work out, displaying all tattoos, wearing my nose ring. Instead of the usual warm greeting, I got no greeting... Weird. A Hispanic girl who was in front of me purchased her items and she received a new discount card... after you shop there multiple times you get a discount. I thought to myself “Well that’s awesome!” The lady rang my items up and she did not offer me a discount card. She didn’t even look me in the eye. I’m disappointed. I’ve probably spent over 1,000 dollars as long as I’ve been a customer from the time that they had the smaller store. I looked at previous comments and was appalled at the behavior of the man. I remember 7 months ago, the lady was injured so he may have been under lots of stress, but that is no reason to accuse someone of stealing and deny a sale... to this day I am no longer a customer. Good luck with your business, but please work on how you treat the population you serve.

I use to go here when I was in high school and loved it. I took my kid and things have definitely changed.

Prices were reasonable and guy behing the counter was pleasant. This is the first time I been there in a very long time and I like the new layout. Its brighter and the merchandise is displayed better. You can actially walk around without hitting items.

This place is packed with merchandise. Its actually kind of hard to move around the store. (Think, Room of Requirement)! The staff seem knowledgeable, if not 100% friendly. I dont like the final sale policy, but I guess I understand. If you are buying extensions, you dont want folks returning them. Better lighting may fix the issue.

Nice stuff

Ive lived here majority of my life and nothing has changed in 10+ years. They close early open late, stare you down, over priced hair. Just Horrible. As Im sitting in the parking lot its 11:24am and they still havent unlocked the doors. I usually while drive to Austin or San Antonio or even order online but since I needed something last minute thought I would give this place a try again. Nope. Order online.

This place deserves zero stars. What happened to me and my friends at this store is completely unacceptable and to be honest really saddens me. My two friends had never been here before so they were looking around, obviously something you do at a store you’ve never been to. The store is very small and crowded, the walls and displays are filled with varying cheap makeup and hair products. Sort of like a hole in the wall dollar tree. There was an Asian man standing behind the counter eyeing us the whole time we were there. As I was making my way from the back of the store to the front getting ready to purchase the items I had in hand, the Asian man comes out of nowhere and points his finger at my friend yelling at her saying she stole a lipstick and that he saw it on camera. That one moment she had the lipstick and the next she didn’t. We were all appalled that this man was accusing her of stealing and yelling at her. She says she didn’t and that she had set down the lipstick. He screams back “Well where is it?” To which she then walks over calmly to where she had set it down and takes it back to the display, proving she did not infact steal anything. He then turns back to me and my other friend that was standing next to me and says “You know what just get out. You guys are acting suspicious walking around. Get out!” And proceeds to snatch the items we are holding out of our hands. At this point I am appalled and have no words to even say to this man. I have never been treated with such disrespect ever. Please don’t come here.
