Pure Cabinets has just finished creating our kitchen, and we are thrilled with the results. We bought a house just a couple of months ago, and the kitchen needed serious upgrades. We went through a few bids by several companies and didn’t feel like we “clicked” with any of their reps. But then we were lucky to find the amazing Heidi Sas who runs Pure Cabinets. During her very first visit, she impressed us as an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, charming person and a very talented designer. As she swiftly moved around our kitchen taking measurements, she was making immediate suggestions on how to improve the layout of the kitchen, giving us excellent ideas that we never thought of. Such suggestions included moving the sink to a central position, turning the hard-to-reach blind corners into lazy Susans, and switching the dishwasher to the opposite corner to create easy-to-reach drawers. We truly felt the sky was the limit at reasonable prices. Heidi patiently explained everything, mapped out the new kitchen, and sent us the estimate the next day. We were very impressed. The work started immediately. Heidi coordinated our shopping visits to get tile, counter tops, etc. and we were able to find everything we needed. She went the extra mile every time we faced an obstacle. For example, we chose a counter top that we loved (it reminded us of our home on the East Coast we had just left). But then it turned out that this particular stone top had been discontinued. Feeling our disappointment, Heidi put a lot of her energy and business savvy looking for a way to get us what we really wanted. We were ready to give up, but Heidi was dedicated to delivering the best results for us - and succeeded. During all this process, she kept in touch with us almost on a daily basis, texting about the progress of the project, asking questions making sure that we were up-to-date and happy. It felt like we were working with a family member. Any time we would call with a request or concern, she would be very upbeat and would immediately reassure us that everything will be done to our satisfaction. And it always was: She would take care of any problem efficiently working with her team of experts.Her wonderful team members Carlos, Martin, and Mel did an excellent job, each in their area. They were very skillful, professional, courteous, and polite. They were trustworthy and easy to work with. They found ways to overcome unexpected obstacles and worked overtime when necessary.Martin expertly took care of our plumbing and electric needs, and even corrected problems in plumbing that unexpectedly appeared during the renovations - without missing a beat. And Mel, a true artist, did an amazing job creating a backsplash that looked like uninterrupted waves breaking on a shore: exactly the effect we were going for.As a result, we have a new kitchen that we love. We enjoyed working with Heidi - an amazing business woman with a can-do attitude, excellent work ethic, and a great sense of humor. We are so happy with her work that we are already looking into hiring her and her team to upgrade both of our bathrooms.We highly recommend her to anyone hoping to create their dream kitchen or bathroom at a reasonable price.

When we were deciding whether to repaint, reface, or totally replace our cabinets, I called Pure Cabinets after looking on Yelp just to see how much it would be. Heidi answered and was at my house within a couple hours. I was surprised to find out she was the owner of the company, a woman in her 20’s (like me!) I got 4 quotes for the same thing, and Heidi’s was the best. Long story short, she made all our visions for our complete kitchen remodel come to life! Literally everything I sketched out and imagined for what I wanted for our kitchen, she made it happen. I needed cabinets and a counter top quickly for a bathroom remodel. Yuval was terrific! We had the materials sooner than promised and when the counter top came with a crack in it, his fabricator raced to San Marcos from Chula Vista to get a replacement before the holiday weekend. I ended up ordering an additional cabinet and pull out shelves from him because I was so happy with the original job!

After living with very old and deteriorating original particle board cabinets in our circa 1978 home we decided it was finally time to upgrade. We were quoted an exorbitant price for a kitchen remodel and it stalled our forward progress in modernizing our home. We found Heidi with Pure Cabinets while searching for general contractors online. We explained our situation and mentioned that we would also need new counter tops, etc and Heidi said she would help guide us through the whole undertaking. She was lighting-quick in providing us a 3D kitchen design while working with us through several design changes. Heidi and her crew are amazing! I just remodeled my master bath and guest bath and I wanted high-end cabinets, but was struggling with the budget. My contractor found Pure Cabinets -- he visited with Heidi in her showroom and really liked her business model and was impressed with her expertise. He encouraged be to go in and see if I could find some cabinets that would meet my expectations.From the moment I walked in the showroom, I knew I was in the right place. Heidis cabinets have a luxurious look and feel and the construction quality is excellent -- no press board! The fronts are solid hardwood and finished beautifully. The body of the cabinets are very sturdy and use high grade wood. The soft-close hinges and drawer rails are excellent quality -- none of the cheap hardware you see in some big box stores.After looking over the fine cabinets, my only worry was that the price wouldnt meet my budget, but I was amazed at the excellent pricing! And it included all the decorative trim pieces (moldings, etc.).Then Heidi went to work putting together the order -- it was a red carpet experience from start to finish. She made all the little adjustments that make the difference between a mediocre installation and a really polished one. She also has contacts for great installers.Bottom line: My cabinets are now in and I couldnt be more pleased! I would recommend Heidi to anyone whos looking for top quality cabinets at a very reasonable price and with a smooth, worry free installation process. My husband wanted to replace our old kitchen.Ben cought my attention with all the small details of the cabinet it self, we were checking out the pure ash grey shaker, the structure is solid wood ( it was very important for us ) no particle board.The interior and exterior finish was natural, a fact we liked. Dove tail concealed and soft close.We were impressed with the material, the staff was welcoming and the show room was impressive . We got an estimate on sight which included everything . In conclusion, a very pleasant experience .I would recommend to our close ones .

I recently had water damage in my kitchen. It was bad enough to need a full kitchen renovation because it was very old and the damage was extensive. If any woman alone in this process and on a strict budget, has ever had to deal with contractors, its a pretty daunting experience. I experienced plumbers tied to remediation companies which were tied to companies that were so ready to take over the rebuild process without me knowing what was going on or where my money was being spent. Well, I wasnt going to choose the first contractor. My gut feeling told me not to, and I didnt. My first couple of quotes were disappointing because my budget was very small and their quotes were very high. Believe me, this whole situation put me out of my comfort zone. But I did my research, because in the end, I would be responsible for the work getting completed the right way. Its my home. And theyre a lot of companies out there that would take advantage of an inexperienced person having to deal with such a stressful process.I called a neighbor for help who said he always uses google or yelp. I had another neighbor who told me how to check contractors licenses. I really wanted to find companies who worked within my budget and time schedule. After researching and making several appointments for remodeling our 1970s bathroom, we realized that all were more than what we had budgeted and more time consuming than expected.We researched alternatives and found Pure Cabinets.Quality of product: The selection and quality of their cabinets were outstanding in their showroom. Style of cabinet fronts and choices of color met our expectations. We picked our style and color in less than hour.Expedition of project: Heidi,owner, came out to measure the next day and then that same evening we had a plan designed for us for our approval. We were able to design our bathroom with all the cabinet drawers we wanted and needed. In three days, Yuval, co-owner, came and delivered the boxes.Attention to Details: They were able to set-up cabinet demo and installation within five days of initial purchase. Heidi also was able to provide us a source for the counter top. We decided on a beautiful quartz counter. She arranged for the installation and fabrication of the counter. She gave us the steps we needed to have in place prior to installation such as: handles, sink and faucet.Affordable Cost: The entire cabinetry was under the budget we had planned for this part of the remodel. The lower cost did not, in anyway, reflect the quality of the cabinetry.Customer Service: To work with Heidi was wonderful. She answered all our calls and texts quickly and did not think our questions and concerns were menial. She came out to check on the installations, took pictures and gave us thumbs up when they met her her level of acceptance.Pure Cabinets truly lives up to their 5 star reviews. And heres another one! I had a very good experience and that’s an understatement .I had Heidi over for a free in home estimate . She was in and an hour later already provided me with a quote ( the most reasonable quote i have gotten up until that point ), she doesn’t waste time, she lays out everything on the table . it shows that they have some great experience with customer service and honesty .The next day she brought samples to my work place since I didn’t have the time to go to their show room ( my work days end late ) I did visit it later on and it is amazing . Was greeted with a shot of espresso .They were Always with a smile patient and willing to help. My instincts and the price and the service lead me to hire them, and boy am I glad . Process was silky smooth, they took care of every small detail from the design to the actual installation on sight . Their installer Gustavo is amazing, what I liked is the fact that they charge fixed price per installation of a a cabinet, it really made the price of the whole project very reasonable, and the value, the value that you get is beyond good, it’s excellent . The cabinets are working magnificent, they maximized our space thanks to their very talented designer Einav. It took 10 days to complete the whole kitchen .
