We waited for a good 10 minutes for someone to come out and no one showed up.

Patricia, who was the one that took our order, was obviously having a bad day :-( she rushed us and before i finished ordering, she was already at the register charging us. She treated the next customers this way too. I know we all have bad days, but when you work in customer service, you just cant treat people like that. I hope she has better days :-)Update: I see the owner replied to my review. I know you dont care since my review is not the first stating a concern for your workers rushing customers out of the store. I dont see how a business can thrive with that kind of customer service...

If there ever was a place to set your inner fat kid free...this is it!! Everything is so so good and beautifully presented. It comes complete with friendly staff who dont mind you standing there lusting after the treats, and they even give you napkins to wipe off the drool. Today I tried their caramel apple. It was INCREDIBLE. They taste exactly how they look, beautiful. Im laying in bed right now thinking through different fantasies of my next visit. So Good!!

Omg the New Orleans Prailine fudge was so good. Frozen Strawberry Lemonade was delicious. The employee working was so kind and helpful.

The prices are a little high but they do seem to be using high quality ingredients and the shakes we got were amazing. I left off a star because of the high prices and environment inside. It was somewhat dark and about half the freezer case was out of order which may have been why so much of the menu was unavailable.

Lady who was working Sunday at 3:15 PM seemed rushed and had a rude demeanor to customers. Being a fudge shop we asked for some sort of chocolate sauce to go on our ice cones (As advertised in the pictures). The lady claimed they were out. 🤷‍♀️ Traveled from New Braunfels to San Marcos for some speedy Trash Service. She seemed more focused on getting the few customers out of the store than rather serving them.

The things you get here are very good! I got a dipped apple that had caramel, chocolate, and Oreos. The layers of dip were very hard to get to so I had to cut the apple up to be able to eat it. My daughter got one of the marshmallows and she ate it without complaining so she liked it. My fiance got some kind of pecan ice cream and I have to say that it was the BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER TASTED and I usually dont like pecans in my ice cream. The praline pecans were really good too and tasted good in some vanilla ice cream. They are pretty pricey though.

Not what I was expecting for $30. We bought four slices of fudge to go and when we got back to our hotel three of them were hard as a rock and two of them tasted stale. The only one that seemed fresh was the extraordinary chocholate (basic fudge).

Lady was very rude. Flies everywhere. Flies in the display case that had fudge in it ! Flies on the fugue that she was mixing. Every time we told her which ice cream we wanted she would slam the doors.

Service was great. I was disappointed no mint chocolate. That was the flavor I was just craving. First place I have been to selling fudge that did not have it. Did put a request in and staff was very kind.

We just went to The Fudgery for the 1st time.... We went there for ice cream and it was very good - I estimate it has 16% or more butter fat which is what you want when you want to pay for a premium ice cream. Also there was a wide selection of flavors.What separated The Fudgery from most others was that the staff, Justin, the mgr. & Destiny were friendly and responsive to questions regarding questions you might have including qualifying our tastes and how much $s for what you are considering. ie. they just dont stand there and leave you hanging. They interact with you in a way that is considerate.The store was very clean and orderly. The presentation of their fudge and other items was excellent far better than Ive seen elsewhere.Although we were there for ice cream, they provided us a generous sample of their just made Rocky Road fudge. Weve not been fudge fans in general largely because the fudge weve had before is not worth the sugar / calories and the guilt that comes with it. However, this fudge was like no other Ive ever had before. Bottom line? Well be back and The Fudgery is going on our list of Must Have places to go to when our sweet tooths are screaming for attention.

Disappointed in this chocolatier. The sign reads Fudge...$8.99 per slice however neither the sign or the cashier/clerk explained that the slices on display are not the slices referenced on the sign. Those slices are sold by the pound and each pound is $17.98. $34.00 later...most expensive fudge Ive ever purchased and unfortunately fudge was dry and hard, unlike the fresh sample we were given to taste. Wont be back which is sad cuz I do love chocolate.

Rice krispie treats, maple fudge, and pralines were delicious! My mom absolutely loves the rice krispie treats at Disney world and she said these are better. They make everything by hand. Awesome hidden gem!

Waited a long time in line, lobby was filthy with trash on floors and tables, when it was finally our turn, they didnt have mango for smooties, they didnt have waffle cones made, would be a wait if u wanted any, and when I turned to my hubby and asked if he still wanted anything or if he wanted to go. She turned to the next person and said, next. Rude much? Wow, aweful 1st time experience. Ill take my money somewhere else.

I’m rating The Fudgery one star due to horrible customer service. One of the workers had a bad attitude towards my friend and I. Neither one of them said hi to us or asked us what we would like. They made us feel awful to be in there. Can’t say I would recommend it at all.

Im rating this a 1 star because today I went in to get some lemonade and the guy helping me didnt welcome me in or say a word when I asked for lemonade he rolled his eyes at me and then was shaking his head and talking under his breath. Bad customer service .....Very rude, didnt say a word the whole time...i do not recommend this place to anyone.
