I called today on 17 Aug at 4:51 pm and spoke with the lead regarding an error they have on their website. Their site is linking with edible arrangements. When trying to place an order it doesnt work. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused. I asked if he could call corporate either his corporate or call rocky mountain and let then know. He said it wasnt his problem. Terrible service. This is not how to handle business or resolve an issue thats having issues allowing customers to place orders online. Ill call rocky mountain in the morning and inform them.

Alison has a team work effort, though very busy when I walked almost closing time and yet she was with the best customer service. Kind, and sweet... she reminded me there are still kind people out there. Thanks Alison Hope this reaches you, keep that smile and that customer service ethic it will get you far in life. Deffenitely going back!

Ice cream flavors are so good, I personally prefer the ones made with yogurth. And they also have treats for your pooch 🥰🥰

Perhaps it is my fault for not doing enough research, but I was expecting more than a few chocolates in a display case inside a Cold Stone Creamery
