My daughter and roommate decided to shop here for university apparel. The sales associates working on this day never greeted them as they entered the store but they greeted the 3 customers entering directly after them(there’s no excuse), all associates failed to offer any assistance and most disappointing was the fact they none of the associates were friendly…not even during the time of purchase. This was really a disappointing negative experience. This is exactly what it is.Try to explain this behavior. Needless to say, my daughter will shop elsewhere.

They have a huge selection and the staff is always so friendly. I love coming here

This is my new favorite store. The shirt quality is amazing and they have so many designs to choose from. I like that they had so many in each size so I wasnt disappointed when I found the perfect shirt and couldnt find my size which normally happens. I will be back a lot!

All shirts have great graphic design! Ended up buying a cute hat. Staff was sooo friendly— ended up talking to the two workers for a good 15/20 minutes! 10/10 recommend for a any TX state student or TX lover in general!

Just a bit disappointed. I bought a lovely long sleeve shirt a few weeks ago. Like most people, before I wore it I washed it and the front decal partially wore off. My husband went to exchange. We got the same shirt because I really did love it. This time I wore it once before wearing it. Once washed, the front decal partially wore down again. For the price of the shirt I would have hoped to have worn it more than once before it looked a year old. Just for reference I’d like to add the second time we got the shirt we made sure to wash cold, gentle and turned inside out. Tumble dry rather than hot heat. **I have reached out to company by email and received no response regarding refund and/or store credit previously offered**

This store is awesome. Anytime we stop here the staff is amazing. I love that they are always smiling. The store has a large variety of items to choose from hats, shirts, socks and more. There is always a sale going on too.

My wife and both received coupons for free bobcat mom and bobcat dad tshirts at different events.Bought 50 bucks worth of stuff at the store. But only got one free shirt because one per family according to policy but yet, when Im back on campus, I saw two different couples with the free shirts. I asked them, and they confirmed they got them both free at the same time. This policy is not in writing, Should I feel discriminated against?

Omg where do I even begin?! They have so many stylish clothing so vintage yet modern which I absolutely love. Their staff is so friendly and they always have amazing deals! I highly recommend this spectacular store to anyone who loves Texas State, San Marcos or Texas in general.

They consistently have a much better selection of TXST shirts, hats, and other merchandise than anyone else in San Marcos. In addition to that, whoever does their design work for the clothing actually takes the time to make the designs look really nice without just doing the typical cut and paste of the name and logo that you see on merchandise from other companies.In addition to being priced lower than the official bookstore, they regularly run sales which keeps the prices of their merchandise very competitive. The staff are very friendly and always do their best to be helpful.

The prices are good here but TXST needs tell the parents that you can only redeem ONE parent shirt per coupon. I was a little disappointed when I went in to get our shirts and I had to pay for my husbands shirt. Maybe they could re-word their flyers to say buy one get one free...

Place is way overpriced but the reason I did give it to stars and not just one was because they do have a better selection than most places although the product I bought was $29 I want a few doors down to a quaint little shop purchase the exact same item for $12.95 that is one a true example because they were the exact same product of how overpriced the store is
