Dear manager,I want you to know how I feel after my interaction with you yesterday.10/24/21 around 5pm. You lack honesty you lack sympathy you lack passion for your job.A few weeks back, me and my husband shopped at this store. My husband purchased a pair of shoes. Trusting on your professionalism we didn’t check the box meaning looked inside the box to make sure the size matched and stuff like that.Well yesterday my husband took the shoes out of the box and realized they gave him two left shoes. Really? You don’t care enough to make sure your customer is leaving the store with the correct shoes? This are expensive shoes? Careless!I called and explained the situation. I was offered shipping. This would take about 4 days or more probably to get the correct shoes and send the current ones back. To cheap to offer overnight. I ask if you could overnight and that was a quick NO.Even after explaining that we leave 4 hours away! This was your mistake, this was so preventable if only you cared enough to make sure the shoes matched!Yes you offered regular shipping. However he has an event tomorrow. You were to cheap to over night. Okay so your associate mentioned a possibility of a possible discount or something along the lines.We drove 4 hours to your store. I ask to speak to a manager, when you came to me you didn’t offer sorry for this inconvenience, you had a fake smile, when I asked you for a possible discount or something to meet me half way, you said let me check I’ll be back. You left me standing with my husband and daughters like we are some type of ignorant hungry family. Your associate offered this. So it was my right to ask. You never came back and gave me a resolution on that matter.I was literally standing and walking around for about 35 min. You left me and my family for a fool. I ask a lady if she knew were you went, or if my husband’s shoes were available. She said your shoes are ready and you were no where to be find. That’s okay me and my family are blessed we weren’t looking to get anything free. I was just expecting more in terms of a apology at least.You are a sad coward! You should be ashamed of your behavior.

I love this out store nice selection and even nicer team. I personally love working with Guiomar (i think that’s how you spell it). She is so sweet and takes her job seriously. I shop at the regular stores and outlets and honestly the service i get at the outlet is top notch.

Love shopping here with my dad! We visit every time we’re in town, and the service is always great. John and Guio go out of their way to help us find what we’re looking for and more. The wait times are definitely worth having the whole store to ourselves. The last time I shopped was over the phone with Guio. She was very helpful, and she even put a thank you note! We can’t wait to visit the new location and see them again. Donatella would be proud!

Disagree with the Karen’s. The staff is the best in the center compare to the other luxury brands where I get judge as soon as I walk in. “BIG MISTAKE” never been rushed or told I have a time limit. The wait yes is long but no one is making you come and shop you are waiting because you want to. The staff is very clear on other options they offer if you don’t want to wait in line. No need to be negative or rude, the staff is doing the best to stay open and help us. Thank you Michael & Jordan for always helping me every time I come into town. See you next week :)

I love this place so much that try to I come out every month from Austin. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They let me shop at my own pace, are informative and overall just great. Personally I’ve never seen anything that warrants the bad reviews. Hell, I’ve even considered getting a part job here just cause it’s my happy place.

Had a horrible experience at this location due to an extremely rude and ignorant manager by the name Jennifer Yoder, who lacked consideration when she refused my sales associate to hold a pair of shoe for another pair which needed to be exchanged due to them being defective. I live 6 hours away and was unable to come in when she asked me to, therefore I asked my sales associate to kindly hold a pair Your sales associate understood my situation and kindly, and considerately, held the shoes for me for a date and time agreed upon.To service and provide your clients with great customer service should be top priority. Choosing personnel who can represent your brand well is imperative, and anyone who lacks this important quality should not be a representation of your company. Jennifer demonstrated true unprofessionalism over the phone and inability to show she is able to keep Versace’s highest standards of professional and ethical conduct expected of its employees.I love this outlet, and your associates are the kindest in comparison to other high end stores, but with a unmannerly employee like Jennifer, I feel discouraged of any future shopping at Versace. I also do not appreciate the way she treats her employees who have gone above and beyond to actually help me and take care of me. I will be contacting Versace corporate office about this complainant and experience of Monday. Versace baby!!! We need improvement in who you choose as managers to represent such an iconic brand. This lady Jennifer Ufff!!! more like Ross. Is upsetting that a high end store would hire rude and unskilled personnel like this manager.

There are many other high end names and stores in this outlet mall but this one lets 2 people in at a time and youre waiting forever to get in. Also the security could be more professional compared to the security at the other high end stores

I waited in line over an hour plus,but it was well worth the wait. I purchased several pieces. I personally worked with Guio and she was fantastic. The other staff was fantastic too. I will definitely purchase here again. I love this store !!!

10 OUTTA OF 10 EXPERIENCE. Idk what these people are talking about. You chose to wait in a line. WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC. You can wait like everyone else. Once you get inside you will truly understand. The friendliest staff in the center. The only negative about this Versace store is the manager Jennifer she does not fit the brand at all more like Walmart, she was very rude my last visit. I have never seen this lady before until my recent visit, hope she is never there again. that poor team does not deserve a manager like that. Other than that the staff gave me an amazing VIP experience despite the fact that we are in a pandemic.

Been waiting in line an hour. This is the only store literally only allowing 3-4 ppl at a time in the whole store. I drove an hour to get here. Won’t ever be back. Trash.

Cute product, the staff isn’t the best I’ll be honest the service is hit or miss. Sales associate don’t keep up with clients nor seem to care about selling since product basically sells itself but at least know the prices had to pull out the calculator on my phone to price items myself. Eh for the price you can’t really beat the horrible service I guess. A little ghetto but I’ll be back anyway xoxo

This store is a joke. They are only letting 2 people in at a time and there is no time limit for how long people stay in the store. There was a woman in there by herself for 45 minutes!!! Finally gave up and walked away.

Had a very unpleasant experience. Waited in line 30+ minutes and was rushed once in store. The manager was very rude and kept saying “you have 5 minutes.” I definitely don’t recommend it here.

Bought a perfume as a gift and mind you I don’t come too often in the store but I’ve never been asked for an ID when I’m purchasing perfume??? Staff member was very rude too.
