Pretty legit store, all of the staff was nice to me. Very interesting products that they had, and I mean that in a good way.

I was denied at this establishment because I was not wearing a mask. I explained that it is against my religion to wear a mask. And they stated that there is still no possible way for me to shop in store but they did offer online. But why am I going to give my business to a store that does not respect my religious rights.I can go to the DMV with no mask I can walk into the state capital with no mask I can go float the river with no mask I can hang out with my friends with no mask but somehow when I go into a store for 10 mins I have to conform my way of life in the united States of america because this store wants to push that on their customers and are also ready to legally fight about this issue. Since I was given a paper to get in touch with their district manager.Their response is literally no shirt no shoes no mask no service and that they have that right.But if you can require that someone has the lastest politicized thing on their body in order to buy then its only a jump away from the next thing they want to force on our bodies. And I will not stand for that. In anyway. That is against my religion and I am required by conscience to be against that.I will no longer be shopping at this store and if you feel the same way I do I would ask that you please join me and no longer shop at this store also. We have to stand for what we believe in and this is america we are privileged to have the right to do that and I will not let that be taken away from me easily.

I was looking for a present for my moms birthday and I had no idea what to buy her so I asked Raven to help me out. After asking me about what my mom likes we picked out this really cute oil diffuser and my mom loves it! My mom is always asking for more oils, Thanks again for helping me Raven!

Great service!Bought one of their diffusers and it only worked for a few days.. didn’t have time to get back to the store until 4 weeks later.. the manager was a good dude and traded me out for a new one with a smile on his face!

HORRIBLE experience. I am giving this rating because that is how the employees made me feel while “attempting” to enjoy myself and purchase something the other day. I was completely uncomfortable, felt judged, and basically harassed. It felt like they thought we were trying to steal or something. In the five minutes we were there, the same employee approached me three times after telling them I was okay the first time. The manager was just as invasive. Also, I’ve worked retail for a good while and am knowledgeable about a pleasant shopping experience. I would NEVER treat anyone this way. Disgusted! You can totally purchase elsewhere and for better prices and quality customer service where they respect individuals. Their “welcoming” vibe is such a contradiction when it comes to their employees.

Super rude customer service reps at this store. If you want to be treated like dirt go here.

I enjoyed the selections and the items, and went in with the pretense that they have biodegradable bags. However when I checked out and requested the biodegrable over the cloth the cashier said The planet killing one? and continued to shame me for choosing the alternative. I didnt know ehat to say so I just kept saying yes, and after the fact he did remind me that the alternative was biodegrable. It was gross, and I understand the message, but I already knew the bags were biodegradable and shaming me to purchase a 6.99 one is deplorable.

My first experience was fine, but this particular time wasnt great. I only had a few bucks on my card and wasnt going to buy anything there while with my friends, but I found a really cheap item perfect for another friend. When checking out, I wanted to use a discount I had because I had no plans to shop there again and figured I might as well. The person behind the counter was kind of patronizing like I was wasting the discount even though I had my reasons. I gave in and decided not to use it because of that, but I somehow lost the thing I bought for my friend and went back to get another one. There was a different person this time, but the same thing happened with the attitude when I wanted to use the discount, which I did because I was annoyed at paying full for something I stupidly lost. I understand they were trying to encourage sales/make sure I got the most out of it, but they could have gone about it in a better way or dropped it when I insisted. If I want to use a discount available to me on the product I want, regardless of its price, I should be able to without being treated like an idiot or feeling like I have to justify myself.

Very calm chill vibe, cool people, they have AWESOME deals on their inscents to, it burns for a long time and smells just as good if not better then the brands from India. Youll be very impressed with the elegant frangrances you can find to cover up the smell of that all natural grass. Super good scents for psychic meditation, astral projection. Helps you hit that deeper state of mind, purify mind and body. Great shop

Store was great sooo many wonderful items. I typically buy tote bags but this day I did not feel like it. The cashier 323RM 323TP thought it would be great to tell his coworker out loud how I didnt want to help the environment by purchasing a bag and going on about trash facts that he thought I needed to know. I told the cashier I did not need to be shamed because I didnt purchase a bag today and that he knew nothing about me personally and knows nothing about what I do for the envionment on my own . Needless to say I did not need a cashier to continue commenting after I politely told him no. Unfortunately I will not return but hopefully he will not remain to be rude to others.

My wife bought a shirt from there. While we where trying to check out, the employee kept trying to sell us these cloth bags to put our stuff in. After we politely told him no thanks. He went on to shame us and tried to make us feel bad for having plastic bags. He wouldn’t even let us check out. He wanted to stand there and argue why we should buy these cloth bags. It was a very uncomfortable experience that put us in a bad mood. We won’t ever shop there again.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Prices are a little high, but you can find certain things for pretty cheap. Good selection of crystals, gemstones, and incense.

Amazing place to buy Tibetian stuff....great collection. Always love to go to that store.

When I politely said no to buying one of their bags that planted a tree, the rude cashier answered with “why don’t you go burn down a tree” I have been a customer for many years and I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional employee at this store. She has no idea how bad that made me feel. I had already purchased one weeks before that’s why I said no thank you. If she needs to put down people to boost her ego, maybe she shouldn’t be working at Earthbound trading. Really really unprofessional.

Its a unique little store with some positive zen. You can find a variation of cool items there and is pretty good place to find not so easy items during the holidays.
