Very happy and impressed with Micah who took his time to help me build a new pair of sunglasses on Fathers Day. Helped refurbish and bring new life to an old pair and then helped me find an additional pair for that change up and having multiple selections. I have always bought and built them for my boys, now it was my time and he helped me thru it, didnt make me feel rushed or like he was ready to move on, he stuck with me and handled 3 pairs of glasses for me all at one time. Thank you, he is a 5 star employee and made me feel like a 5 star customer today. Very unusual in this odd time we are in right now, so excellent to see that come back to life today, Excellent employee you have, take care of him.

Staff is very helpful, covid protocols however dont allow much contact with merchandise but return policies are lenient. The location is on the corner lot so you can get in quickly without being stuck in other shop crowds.

Brian a sales representative at the Oakley store was very rude. I drove from San Antonio to pick up a pair of sunglasses and he was not friendly had an attitude and didnt deserve a purchase from me. I only purchased because they didnt have what I wanted in sa. The staff at la Cantera were extremely friendly and were a very knowledgeable staff and I wish they had the product in stock so I could of made the purchase from them. Brian sucks.

I love this store! I was looking for a rare special money clip that was hard to find... they had just gotten a shipment of these and they were nice enough to open all the boxes to get me the lowest numbered clip out of the batch. I know they didn’t have to do that... ! I appreciate the special treatment and them helping me find the perfect match! Go team Oakley! Keep up great work!

The deals were amazing and the employees were really nice

Nice store, very clean and laid out nicely. Didn’t see any separation for ladies so my wife wasn’t to thrilled. I found some good deals in certain areas, other areas seemed very Oakley priced. All in all pretty nice.

How you expect to have repeat customers when they already spend $400+ on pair of sunglasses and then when they need replacement lens you guys don’t make them because they are wire frame but we carry replacement lens for our cheap plastic pairs under 200$... literally told the guy I won’t be buying Oakley’s anymore... which I have for 10 years now. Literally the second time this has happened... I understood with my first pair bexause they were a super old model but I haven’t even had these a year. Time to go to some other brand!

Sales rack had scratches on every lens and everyone I picked, supposedly they were the only ones left. No new ones in back. The sales lady would not give an additional discount for the damages.

Good selection of eye ware. Friendly staff takes time to explain and are patient while we took the time to try many and make a decision.
