The best place to buy shirts, at least for me. The staff is really friendly and knowledgable and will help you with any questions you may have. Anytime I cant find the correct size they will going back and try to find what you need. Great selection of products and all around just a great place to shop. Allison was the greeter at the time we walked in and automatically made us feel welcomed and even went beyond to assist me with finding my size online or other locations! This was my first time at this location and will definitely return. Made these purchases and even made some online ones that will be delivered to their location & I’ll just need to pick up there. Store was kept clean. And with Covid they do require mask!

Always love hot topic. Especially the one at the outlets where things tend to be cheaper. Not a fan of the new age stuff with it blending with a lot of rap and other music scenes. Im a punk and will always be a punk at heart so Id prefer too see it stay punk at heart as well but its always a lovely shopping experience .

Always in stock of the shirts I want when I visit. Not a great selection of funkos. Staff is nice and friendly.

Oh man what can I say about hot topic. Been going here since I was a teen. They still have so much cute, fun and punky stuff! Jewelry here is so cool and a real eyecatcher. It is a little pricey but theres times I find something and I gotta have it. Not just a teen store, great for adults too. (I might have a Harry Potter obsession.)

On my visit there there where staff members standing at the door, conversating. There was no greeting from the staff or how can I help you, I was disappointed while in the store, who was behind the register was doing a fine job, and had to speak up to be heard by the staff to get someone help,

Did not remove the security ink tag off of my purchase! Put the stuff in my purse then came to a couple of stores after and was so embarrassed because they had to stop and search me because of the left tag. I love the stuff in this place. But customer service sucks. I am so mad. Now i gotta figure out how to take this off because i am 2 hours away from San Marcos!

There is no reason to yell at your customers and pursue them all over the store. The scene I saw today was unspeakable. The associate does not need to follow the customer around after the customer puts the mask over their face. The associate pursued the customer all over the store and would not let it go. A shouting match happened first time I have ever seen that.

I love this Hot Topic they have a great selection. I mostly enjoy the funko pop figures, t shirts, and just random accessories. Music isnt too loud and service is great. Store is clean and mostly accessible.

Scored some cute, edgy things for my preteen. Skull nail polishes and bath bombs with surprises inside are just a few of the trinkets you can buy here. Loads of Nightmare before Christmas fan favs. Great service.

I love the fact that this store has a little bit of something for everyone. They have shoes, hats, clothes, stickers, pins, and body jewelry amount lots of other items. I like that they always have all the best trends that the kids are looking for nowadays.

5 stars because the store and staff are great itself. But the store so mainstream now its for kids and teens only literally.

Not much space it move around the store .staff is often on point n friendly.Online orders can be picked up and refunded or returned at the store.Funko collectors love n hate there store on weather there fair about the collectable. I prefer to buy in store before online..

A lot of choices here. I mean it is mainly frequented by teenagers mainly because of anime and stuff like that.Shirts are good though since they have a lot of band shirts that is from the 80s and 90s as well so people like me could still relate.They also have a lot of accessories like button pins and whatnot. I think I did see some funko pop here as well.

The employees here lie about the specials. Joseph or Jeffery refused to honor the buy 2 get one free special for me until I grabbed a fourth item. His excuse was that I couldnt use the discount on clothing AND jewelry, even though all the signs in the store said nothing of the sort.

Just an awesome place with awesome deals. Pop culture to the max. Funny seeing moms and dads going in with their kids. I just keep coming back to this place.

It was eh... Used to be more fun and cool, now its leaned more toward dark and demonic products. I felt like I was in a store for witches...though I will say the employees were helpful.

At Tanger Outlet, good selection of Collectibles, good prices, but not handicapped friendly. Not enough space to swivel a wheelchair, isles to close to maneuver, needs to be accessible to all their customers.
