My experience with The computer guys Eric. If I could give a zero star, I would! don’t bother he isn’t a person to be Trusted. I contacted him Over a month ago to set an appointment up I have a business in Carlsbad I explain to him what Internet Service that I will be requesting and that I will be flying from San Francisco to make this appointment.I then emailed him All the information That he requested Two weeks before the appointment I text him just to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment Eric didn’t show up at all NOT even a call. That evening I contacted Eric the only excuse was he never received the emails,Text, as well as no communications with me🤬

Eric is the best computer technician I have ever had do work for me in 25 years. He always does a great job and is so knowledgeable. I have had Eric do a lot of different computer and tech projects for me over the past 2 years and he always figures out the problem and stands by his work. I am always so impressed with his experience and all that he knows about computers. Eric is also very fair and works with the customer to resolve the problem in the shortest amount of time. I recommend Eric 100% and wish I would of found him earlier. He has helped me so much, saved me a lot of money and made my life easier. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Eric for any computer/tech related project. I am very pleased with him.

Get the computer guy to help you! Eric is great. He is fast and creative to find excellent solutions to my particular program. I highly recommend THE COMPUTER GUY!
